Gabriel's team was AMAZING! On time, courteous, skilled, careful, nice, efficient. I could go on and on! We have never had a better experience moving than with IMS Relocation. They blew our minds!

There was very poor communication from Mike after the quote and it caused confusion to the point of canceling the contract. IMS Relocation kept our deposit and has made no attempt to work this out. Be careful.

Great company, the guys were very friendly and helpful with my move, they handled all my items with care, they even saved me some time by setting up a couple of my items. I recommend this company to anyone relocating from one location to the next.

Wow! Unbelievably easy move working with IMS. From the consultation to the final checklist, 100% perfect and professional. The outstanding loading crew was only topped by the unload crew. Every single item we packed showed up perfect and in the same condition as when they were loaded. The move coordinator was on it every step of the way and everything happened to the minute they said it would. Completely stress free move with IMS!

I couldn't give more praise to this company. During the worst cold spell in the Fort Worth area in some time, the IMS packing team came to our home and got all of our stuff packed in two days. They did this with power on and off, cold temperatures and without complaint. They set the tone for the moving team that came in on the third day and miraculously was done putting it all on the truck in one day!

They gave us a day to ourselves to close on our home. The continuous power outages, cold temperatures and long hours that the IMS team endured, was amazing. They treated our items with care, our home with kid gloves - not damaging anything in the home and loaded all of our items bound for Hawaii. Use this company! They are rock stars!

Couldn't be happier with our experience with IMS Relocation. They were easy to work with, careful with our furniture, and appropriately priced for their quality and service.

Really disappointed! We used IMS to store and then move our belongings between Dallas and Austin. They did a reasonable job on the move but we did have some minor damage of some of our belongings. That's where the disappointment began. The company has been completely unresponsive in dealing with our very modest claim. Our move was completed in November of last year and our claim filed in February.

While they remained "open" during the COVID shut-down, they have failed to respond to any phone call to complete the claim process. Especially disappointed in Stephanie Miller (in the claims department). She will not respond to e-mails or phone calls to resolve this issue. I don't usually right negative reviews; however, I seem to have no other choice but to share my disappointment in this company publicly at this point.

As some damage is typical during moves; being able to promptly deal with reasonable claims is an important part of serving their customers. I've posted a picture of an example of the damage being claimed. Can't recommend these guys.

The packing and care with which my goods were handled was very good. Unfortunately, that is the only positive thing I can say about it. The customer service has generally been abysmal with marginal glimmers of helpfulness. When every company in the world was updating their customers on interruptions to their services during COVID, IMS couldn't have cared less waiting for me to contact them to get an update.

Initially questions asked of the company regarding the procedures for my shipment were met with clipped and surly replies. This improved slightly later in the process, but finally, 5 months and 18 days after they picked up my goods they were delivered today (having been told it would take around 12 weeks and having had to harass constantly for information on what was going on). Avoid the frustration and find a more reputable company - one that seems to care about its customers.

We were extremely please with the crew that moved us. They were very professional and polite. However very disappointed in the sales and customer service. When Mike quoted our move we were in the process of selling some items. He said to let him know what wasn't going before the move and he would adjust the quote. I emailed him twice with items we were no longer taking and never got a reply.

They charged our credit card the day of the move. I contacted customer service and was told the paper work was in accounting and they would email the final bill. After 2 weeks I called again Stephanie told me she would contact them and get back to me. Another week went by with no return call. I called Stephanie again and she said she would contact them and call me back that afternoon. AGAIN no return call.

I called the next day Stephanie said she would connect me. (Im assuming to accounting) I got a voicemail and left a message. Its been over a month since our move and I still trying to get a final bill. We told Mike at the time of the quote that this was a temporary move and if they did a good job we would use them again in 6 months. You think they would have done a better job, as we are definitely not using them now.

Service at the IMS Relocation is very good and professional. The movers were doing an awesome job to move my furniture and stuff from Texas to West Virginia. They were cared my concern about my own stuff. Everything were not damaged. I was very satisfied and had a peace of mind. Managers and crewmen were doing a great job. I was very happy!

Thanks for making my move as seamless as possible. This is my 8th time moving in the past 10 years and by far the best move that I have had! The Jose' brothers did a fantastic job! I would recommend IMS Relocation to anyone in the DFW area!

NOOO! Find someone else! No one is actually in charge of your move, meaning no one has answers when you ask "WHERE IS MY STUFF?". There are multiple middle men who don't communicate with one another, so a lot can happen without anyone knowing. Mayflower called the WRONG phone number at 3:30pm the day before my boxes and furniture were supposed to be delivered many states away from my pick-up location to say, "Ehh, not coming for another 4 days." Since that phone wasn't in use, I had to call them the morning of my delivery and ask "WHERE ARE YOU?!".

My delivery date had even been confirmed 1 week prior, and I signed an agreement saying my boxes and furniture would be delivered on that day. When I called, the person on the other end responded with "really?" Umm yeah really. The entire process and lack of communication were not okay and incredibly unprofessional! Moreover, when I started unpacking my furniture, I had some DAMAGE to expensive furniture due to poor packing on their behalf. Again, not okay! Don't use Mayflower.

I would like to compliment and recommend this company. I had the most excellent team of movers ever from IMS! This team was so patient and worked so hard moving 3 offices making 4 stops! So polite, so efficient, very approachable. These guys went way beyond the call of duty. I will always call on this company when moving personally or for business. Great company, good honest, caring and ethical people to work with.

It's been a while since I have personally moved! Mike and his team moved me and at the time I was downsizing. SO I had a sofa that I didn't have room for and I didn't want to get rid of. Mike suggested I let him store it for me until I had room for it.

Believe it or not, he held it for me this whole time! While I was out shopping for new sofa this weekend, I remembered the one that I LUVED and thought "I should call Mike. I'm SURE he doesn't still have it, though" I figured it couldn't hurt to call Mike, and I wanted to say Hello and thank him again for coming to the rescue of a client last year who could not find movers.in a pinch Mike and his team packed their whole house on short notice and moved them across the country!

Thanks Again for that Mike! So anyway, today, a few days after my call, Mike texts me a photo. It's a photo of MY SOFA! I'll share the photo in the comments. Not only do they still have the sofa, but it's in great condition and they will deliver it to me next week! Is that Crazy Cool or WHAT! Had to brag about Mike and his team at IMS Relocation a little today, I think you can see why! If you need movers Murray Michael Lohner is the one to call!

Damaged several items of our furniture, driver noted items, then completely rejected our claims.spent over 20k in storage and moving expenses. Terrible customer service. They take your money but give you the standard no once they damage your furniture. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I have also contacted my attorney to discuss next steps. Anybody considering a move should not contract with Mayflower or IMS.I will be contacting Mayflower as well. I will also be contacting the local news stations so they can broadcast what a fraud this company is. Absolutely horrific company.

*Stole $16,000* Terrible Terrible Terrible! IMS Relocation was quick at setting up the appointment and taking our money but when I had any issues they were terrible! We had a hole in the wall that was never fixed or followed up on. They also hire a 3rd party to do the Washer & Dryer and didn't take any responsibility at all with any issues with them.

After they moved us in, we noticed over $16,000 of items were stolen from us. Filed a claim and no one will follow up with us on email or phone calls. Just terrible! Do not use this company.

I cannot recommend this agent for Mayflower, which is unfortunate. The pre-move and actual move experience was very good. The after-move experience is terrible. I filed a claim for 3 items damaged during the move. It has been 5 months and the claim is still not settled. The Claims Company, Estes Relocation hardly returns emails, and never returns phone calls.

I was told in late January that my claim settlement would be complete by end of week, then again in late February that my claim settlement would be sent. It is now late March and no settlement has been received. I have talked with Stephanie at IMS, who has assured me she will help me, but again, no help from her. I have another move to complete, but it will not be with this agent.

Mikes name seems to come up a lot a real slimy sleezball. Dishonest to the core. Late pick up, late delivery, shirking responsibility. Even reported them to the useless BBB which they failed to adequately respond to and BbB still closed the case. This was 6 years ago I can't believe they are still in business can't believe mike can sleep at night can't believe they are kept as vendors for the trucking companies. pay more if you have to not worth the effort

I used them twice. The first was a move from Coppell to Dallas. It was easy and they matched a competitors quote. I had one issue with a scratch in the wood floors. Mike Lohner was quick to get someone out the next day to fix the floors. You would never know it happened. The second move was a complete move out and move in when our floors flooded. The most convenient thing is they have their own storage and I ddin't have to rent a self storage space.

They packed and picked up our entire house in one day (3000 sq ft). They returned a month later when our floors were finished without hassle. I will definitely use them again.

IMS did a pack and move after a funeral for an estate moving from Hurst Texas to both Cincinnati and Sylvania, Ohio over Christmas 2014. Professional packers, movers, driver. The final cost was even less than the quoted price because some of the furniture was lighter than expected. Honest and great customer service.

I'm an experienced international and local mover from military brat to corporate life. This company comes across well during the estimate phase. Their weakness is in packing and logistics. Similar to the other reviews, the packers threw things in boxes damaging many pieces and furniture. It was impossible to manage all of them as only one had English as a 2nd language.

The rest spoke none. The delivery was one week later than promised causing us thousands in additional cost for hotels, etc. Compensation for broken furniture, extra cost, damaged and lost goods was $500. The one good note other than the estimator was the outsourced unpackers were excellent. Though even they said it was the worst packing job they had ever received.

I had a great experience with IMS with my move from Dallas to Houston. Mike and his moving team arrived on time for my move and got started right away. I ordered the packing service and all my items were packaged carefully and quickly. Well worth the cost not to have to pack all my stuff myself. The crew arrived at my new Houston address on time the next morning and got started right away.

Everything was placed properly and quickly. I was a little worried about some of my furniture and art, but everything made it in the same condition it left in. The only things that broken were the things that I packed myself and took with me in my personal vehicle - I thought they would be safer if I packed them and took them with me. My bad. I should've let the professionals do their job. I would highly recommend IMS for any move and would use them again. They were well worth every penny!
