We made the mistake of contracting All Points to relocate us from Houston to Fort Worth a month ago on short notice for work relocation. I asked specifically for an 18 wheeler several times during the discussions with Neal Cleghorn due to the fact we had moved a couple years ago and I knew how much stuff we had in the house. The day of the move a large box truck showed up instead which was filled completely.
My wife and I ended up staying all night to load a rental trailer and stack my brand new $70,000 truck to the roofline inside and out trying to get everything else left behind in one trip. Even after loading a 20' trailer and the bed and can of my truck and her car FULL we still had to make another trip back with the trailer to get everything else the next day.
The 3rd party specialist (Shamrock) contracted by All Points to disassemble our $10,000 media center broke a foot off and scratched the tv shelf because I was told to get my hands off of it and he didn't need my help. We filed a dispute with my credit card company and contacted Neal via email with pictures asking for a partial refund to at least cover the rental trailer and fuel costs back and forth.
All Points disputed the refund with our credit card company of $1,000 and has not bothered to contact me regarding some sort of offer. On top of it all we tipped the movers $100 each for working so hard! Now we are having to sue All Points because we cannot get a response from them

Nick Mustachia with All Points was on of the most professional moving consultant I've ever dealt with. He's very responsive, thorough and an overall pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend contacting him directly for all of your moving needs (both local and nationwide). Very pleased with the level of service he provided. What a great moving company. From the very first contact with Neal. To the very end of the move. A first class company. they gave me a quote not to go higher than, and it actually went down. Edwin was the crew leader and was amazing along with the entire crew. By the way, their bid was thousands less than another moving company.

I had a good experience with these guys. A few minor hiccups on the billing side but quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Very fair prices for the work done. The movers themselves were excellent - they showed up on time, worked very hard, very organized, polite, courteous, careful, and really did very high quality work. Cannot speak more highly of them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Setting up the move was very easy but everything following the appointment was an absolute disaster. I was given assurance that our items would be individually packaged and moved from NY to NC by All Points Moving trucks, not fly by night brokers. My wife and I allotted ourselves 5 days to consolidate our belongings so we could package the items as based on our commitment with All Points Moving.
We received a call saying that the driver was on his way 3 days early. The driver placed our items with the items of other individuals and was haphazard with the packaging. Fast forward one week later in NC and we receive our items. 60% of the boxes and furniture was absolutely destroyed. From kitchen tables to vacuums cleaners to missing boxes, every single part of their work was ham-handed and destructive.
Our representative assured us that we didn't need to take out an insurance policy on our items because they would cover up to $10k in damage. Fast forward 1 year and after providing a claim with thousands of dollars in damage, documented with photos, we are being sent a check in the amount of $27. I can make money easily, so I truly do not wish for compensation, despite thousands of dollars spent to replace furniture that was destroyed.
I wish to warn others that every day hard-working people like my wife and I can be taken advantage of by this company. There is no excuse to inflict destruction on my personal property, lie about insuring the items, and then essentially telling me to kick rocks with a pitiful check. I'll be dedicating brief moments of my time over the next few weeks filing complaints with whatever reviews site I can to make sure that this company is kept in check. Their incapability of taking responsibility for the actions of their brokers is unacceptable.

All Points Moving and Storage is the worst moving experience I have every had. Their quotes are hundreds of dollars off from the final invoice price by 25%. Their packing crew was very inefficient in their packing techniques by using more boxes than necessary by using too much packing. Out TV had its own box, but the packer took the time to make a crummy custom pack.
When we opened it we were appalled. They even shipped our own empty TV box. Next their archiving of the box list was so messed up, the delivery driver pulled us aside before the unload to walk us the rough the landing bill. He was very embarrassed. The labeling on the boxes was so illogical that it took us a week longer to unpack.

Horrible experience. First they cancelled on me on a Saturday after 2.5 hours of me waiting for them. They said they can reschedule it for the next day at 7AM. I was up and ready and they never showed up. I called the driver Justin and he never picked up nor returned my call. I called the main number and no one picked up. I have not heard from them since last weekend when they bailed on me and i had to pay for 4 extra days for my apartment.

I set up an appointment on a Monday for someone to come out and give me a quote for Friday, I canceled another appointment so I could be home for their time frame and after 20 min with nobody being here I called and I was told 9 times out of 10 the guy never looks at his appointment calendar. Are you kidding me, How does a company work this way? It's nice to know that they really don't care about peoples business.
