Excellent experience working with Hale Ryan at Metroplex Piano in Plano. He knew so much about the mechanics & special characteristics of various models. It was an enlightening experience. Hale was patient and informative, helping us decide in the right piano in a friendly way. The Bosendorfer models at Metroplex are truly unique, with a sound somewhat like that of a violin. The craftsmanship and musical quality of these pianos was impressive.

Based on their great online reputation (found Metroplex Piano through some research) I chatted on the site and was contacted by Hale Ryan. We got the purchase done by phone (he texted pictures and specs) and delivery happened within a couple days. I highly recommend this company and especially Hale Ryan. Clearly he is someone with a lot of passion and a lifetime of expertise.

I'd waited for years to find the right piano, Hale and the team at Metroplex not only helped me find the piano of my dreams but also where nothing but knowledgeable, accommodating, and treated me like family. Without them and they're service I would not have found my forever piano and so easily gotten it delivered and set up at home. Couldn't recommend them more strongly!

On the advice of my son telling me I needed a new piano instead of just tuning my 41-year-old piano, I went to Metroplex Piano in Plano where I was greeted at the door by Hale Ryan. Once I was introduced to the Kayserburg line of pianos, I was hooked. Over the next few days, Hale sent me additional information and videos highlighting the pianos I was interested in. When I returned to the store to purchase the Kayserburg KA6X 52 inch upright piano, Hale stayed after hours to complete the process to my satisfaction and the beautiful new piano was delivered just a few days later!

I'm a vocal music teacher who has wanted a grand piano for a long time. As I was browsing Metroplex Piano online, a chat popped up and put me in touch with Hale Ryan. He asked me what I was looking for in an instrument, my budget, and my availability to come into the store. He also turned me on to Seiler pianos. I thought I would buy a Yamaha. When I got there and played the Seiler, I knew it was the instrument for me. Hale was very knowledgeable about all the pianos sold at Metroplex.

He demonstrated the dynamic range of the Seiler and blew me away. He's a great salesman and also an awesome conversationalist. The piano delivery was smoothly and professionally done and I LOVE my new baby! Just a wonderful experience all around.

I am a pianist and very picky, so I asked one of my friends who is a concert pianist who he gets his pianos from. He recommended Hale, and I was grateful, because I'm very picky, this is a large investment, and I wanted to make sure I was getting the biggest bang for my buck. I called Hale and immediately we hit it off. He talked to me for an hour about his background and we agreed completely on what we liked and didn't like.

I came into the store the next day with a Yamaha grand in mind, but he said, "Just check out a few other options." He didn't give me any prices, just told me to play. After i played them I gave him my rankings, and turns out, the one I liked the best was half the price of the Yamaha I picked out. I was stunned, and my wallet was super grateful. From beginning to end, he made sure the process was seamless and made sure our family got the piano of our dreams. The delivery guys were awesome and took so much care with the piano. I highly recommend a Broadmann and using Hale as your sales person.

I had a very great experience with Mr. Hale Ryan at Metroplex piano. He answered all my son's question, provided detailed and accurate information to me. He was very patient with us. We did not feel any rush or push to purchase. We tried multiple pianos multiple time. Something I should mention is his piano knowledge. He not only knows his pianos very good but has a vast knowledge about other brands and models and can give you accurate comparison. I should say thank you to him for his help resulted in purchasing the best option fit to my son's need.

We bought a Brodman upright piano few weeks ago and our son loves it. Hale took the time to show us few pianos and explained everything in detail. He was very helpful.

I've never purchased an acoustic piano before so I didn't really know what I was doing. Hale was very patient and showed me several different pianos over the span of about 2 hours and explained the differences between all the different makes and models. In the end I believe that I made a very informed decision and was very happy with the piano I chose, a Seiler ED-186 in polished ebony with nickel hardware.

It's a beautiful instrument, has absolutely amazing tone, and the price fit my budget. I would highly recommend Metroplex Piano if you are looking for a new piano, just ask for Hale!

Love this place! Huge selection of new and used pianos. I bought a new Yamaha C2X from Hale. He listened to what I wanted, made suggestions, and patiently explained features and benefits of several pianos at various price points. There was no pressure. He knows that buying a piano is a huge commitment and wanted me to be happy. I got a fair price on my piano and the delivery experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Hale!
