Best Price Boxes

I was looking for a certain size in boxes and called them twice to see if they had them and they transferred me over to a lady that would not answer. The second time I called I had let them know I am moving soon and don't want to make the drive if they didn't have certain items in stock and never heard back. I ended up just making the drive and the location was extremely hard to find and I ended up turning around and leaving. If you advertise yourself as a box place, maybe you should know if you have boxes.

The location is difficult to find! Its not well marked. Its inside a moving companys office with a different name! They were very nice and helpful once I found them. Sometimes they are limited on used supplies (they sell new & used) so maybe call ahead of time to check inventory if used boxes are what you're wanting.

Didn't actually go to the store but they had very friendly customer service, clear pricing and additional services worth checking out.

This place has the best chicken fried steak in tx. Breakfasts are delicious. Steaks are cooked perfectly. It is our first place on the list to eat when we are in the area.

So here's the deal. I have bought boxes at Lowe's very recently, so I know Lowe's prices. The prices of the boxes here are approx. 50% more expensive than Lowe's, for new boxes. A used box was approx. 25% more expensive than a new box at Lowe's. So not really the "best price." It is however an excellent example of advertising puffery.

So why 4 stars ("Good")? Well the lady here was very nice. Although we arrived just as she had closed, she opened back up and let my wife in to collect info. And, since we all were leaving at the same time, she gave us some used boxes (and packing material) for free! OK, so our experience was (probably) not typical (free stuff), and based on prices alone, I would have probably gone three stars (OK). So I'm not sure where they get there price to come up with "half", but it's not a bad option. Bottom line: Worth a look.

Wife went in to buy a handful of boxes for around 23 dollars. Store rang up the sale for 230 dollars. Wife left the store and only caught the mistake later by looking at the receipt. Went back to store, got a refund but unlike the immediate hold on the card the refund will probably take days to resolve. Avoid this place as they are not paying attention to the most basic of details, namely checking to see if they rang up your order correctly. Pathetic. You score an F.

Used boxes were in great shape, however the pick up place at door 5 left little to desire.

Awesome i live in dallas but the location nearby closes on saturday so i made a trip to keller location it was well worth the trip. I was looking for some moving boxes got there a sweet elderly lady sorry forgot her name but she was extremely helpful and friendly made the experience wonderful. Found some good deals on used packing boxes extra large dish boxes they were thicker and more sturdy than regular packing boxes for 1/2 off price ended up getting a little more than I need but rather have more than not enough. Thankyou!

This is a terrible place to get boxes from. Bought 2 wardrobe boxes but the bars were too big for the boxes. Their picture/mirror boxes were very insecure and I was unable to use them. And the dish pack inserts were too small for the dish boxes that they were supposed to go into. On my moving day, I had no way to transport them and I had to be out of my apartment.

So I had to leave them. However, the company refused to do any kind of refund, discount, or accommodation without the boxes. I would never use them again and I recommend that you do the same!

Good selection of boxes for moving/mailing at reasonable price. Staff is very helpful and courteous.
