When I rented the space, the staff was pleasant and helpful. When I relinquished the space and forgot my space number, Paula, was VERY patient with me and help me work it all out. KUDOS TO THE STAFF! I'd definately use them again.

I really love this place it's an indoor it's climate controlled got lots of security and good price I mean great price for the area it's in it's phenomenal you won't find a better place

It was so convenient for me to get to and the man in charge "John" was super cool we chatted a little and the 10 15 minutes that we were talking, he had everything done. The shop and the storage units were clean and ready to move my stuff in! They had boxes and the lock comes with the unit so basically I didn't have to go nowhere else. Friendly on the phone and in person.

I'm glad I went there. I mean I had a carload of stuff! Got the unit emptied my car in storage and was out the gate in 45minutes thanks John your a gentleman and a scholar! Well maybe not? 1. Price is 4 stars because it is not as competitive as the Uhaul Storage. 2. Service is 3 stars. After signing the rental contract, I had difficulty to locate my units by myself. Fortunately, I ran into a worker working for Bolsa Chica Self Storage. He kindly ushered me to my units. 3. Facility is 5 stars. The building and rooms are very clean.

I rented a unit here for a little less than a year. I have been very happy with my time here. There are a variety of storage unit sizes from very small to very large. The indoors is kept clean and temperatures are normal so belongings are not deteriorating in extreme conditions. They provide moving carts and you feel like your belongings are very secure.

Everyone has a unique security pin you use to enter, exit, and access your building with your unit. There are also security cameras everywhere and feeds are visible in the front office so you know they are operational. The staff is very friendly and professional. There is a 12 hour access window everyday which is not always the most convenient but it does mean that security is high with strict hours and access being enforced.

Great storage place. Security is insane. Cameras EVERYWHERE! The interior of the units are clean and free of damage. Other places I looked at were more expensive and had evidence of many breakins.

This was by far the best storage unit I ever had. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They actually monitor the cameras and the security system and elevator were always functioning when I went in. I can't say that for one of the other storage places I used in the past. It's also clean and there's bathrooms which is very convenient. Over the three or so years I had a unit I never had a problem and always had good experiences with the staff and facility.

Super clean and secure with the best customer service. Stored with them for years until I moved upstate. They have several layers of security (not just a code into the lot and your lock) and the place is immaculately clean. VERY AFFORDABLE.

It starts with happy professional employees. They showed me around the clean facility, and offered a few storage options. I picked the size that was right for my needs, and it was at an affordable price. The paper work was fast and easy. My stuff is safe and secured. Thank you B.C.S.S.
