The only company that sent a representative to my house for a personal evaluation/estimation. Pleasant meeting and very thorough. Scheduled the move on the day we requested. Phoned to see how things were going and asked us to call if we encountered any problems with the movers or any other part of the pickup. Van driver called ahead and arrived on time.

Very careful care was taken of our belongings and took every effort to protect our home and property. Driver kept me informed of every phase of the pickup as it was occurring. Documentation was elaborate and effective. I am thoroughly impressed with Casey Moving Systems/United Van Lines. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality in a mover.

Casey's was used by mayflower to pack my home onto their moving trucks and then to store my items in their warehouse until mayflower picked up the crate of my stuff. A box full of purses went missing with a value of approx $3,000. I called as soon as I found out and nobody called me back. This place hired criminals to pack your stuff. The guys scratched the floors in my house and then got in my husbands face and challenged him when he brought it up, they took off for over and hour to the liquor store, broke and entire cubed storage and then stole my purses. Called and filed a police report but of course they are saying all items went on the truck.

The owner never called me back. The police went there and they have no cameras in their warehouse or at the facility at all. Don't trust these people with your stuff! They won't be accountable.

I found out suddenly that I needed to move. I called on a Thursday and I was fit into the moving schedule on Monday! I had already boxed some stuff, but Jay personally came and dropped off more boxes and packing paper to me. I was wondering how to package art, text Jay and he told me not to worry, they had ways to handle all my art plus off shaped items.

The guys who came to move were efficient and easy to work with, and they finished so fast! Even took apart my heavy bag/speed bag stand and reassembled at the new house. Amazing service, totally exceeded my expectations!

We needed some boxes shredded at our business on short notice. Casey Records was able to shred them onsite and give us a certificate of destruction and they did it at a good price. They were also able to accommodate our schedule. From the moment we called to the time the truck arrived I was happy that we chose this company to handle our shred project. We will definitely consider their offer to place a bin in our office to regularly come and shred. Thanks.

I called to get some shredding done. I spoke to Jennifer and James showed up in a big truck and shredded my boxes. The price to shred each box was reasonable and they were able to come out quickly to get it done. When I called back later, Nick was able to send a certificate of destruction for the job they did. They did a great job.

They were easy to work with but when our items came to our new home many were damaged, scratches and dents and some of my husbands tools were missing. Of course we can't say they took them but we don't have them now. My husband called to complain and was told they would meet in the next couple days haven't heard since!

Moving is a very stressful thing. The last thing you need is a bad moving experience. My experience with Casey Moving Systems was amazing. They were supportive and helpful over the phone. The packers were kind and respectful. We dubbed the loader "Tetris Man" because he seemed to know exactly what items should go where to ensure the best and most efficient fit. The driver was polite and definitely dedicated to making the experience as easy as it could be. We personally, did not have anything lost or damaged, not even a scratch.

I really wanted to hire a moving company that would do a five star job. Goodness knows I went through the motions. I checked Yelp reviews (a mystifying mix of "THE BEST!" and "THE WORST!") I asked for references from friends, and got some quotes. I chose Casey because they were supposed to "do good work" and be worth the higher than average price. Moving day came.

We weren't 100% packed, but they still got on the hustle and packed us up. I was happy as a clam. For some reason it took forever to get the keys to our new place, so they spent a significant part of the time waiting (NOT their fault). Then we got our keys, and things went downhill quickly. While the workers got on the hustle and worked quickly, there was a lack of attention to detail.

At one point, the boss on the job asked me if I wanted them to put the boxes in the garage instead of in the labeled rooms because in his experience people unpack faster that way. I said yes, assuming that he was the pro, and had our best interest at heart. He kept me busy for the rest of the unpacking time with questions about where to put furniture.

It wasn't until after the rush when they left that I noticed what a complete mess they'd made of things. They'd just left boxes wherever. I found three boxes labeled "garage " in our front room. Multiple boxes labeled "GLASS FRAGILE!" Had been left under boxes labeled "BOOKS HEAVY!" In the garage, no effort was made to sort the boxes at all!

They were put in jumbled up stacks of kitchenbedroom1bedroom2garage that we're still unpacking three months later. Plus, when they unpacked they put the last to load first to unload URGENT to open boxes on the BOTTOM of the stack, and the boxes of things that had been in storage for months, first to pack and last to unload boxes that could wait on the TOP of the stacks. Sigh. Sometimes you get what you pay for, but I've paid a lot less for movers who were a lot more helpful.

Wow such a great place. We took some documents to shred since the wife and I let the pile literally pile up. This company was quick to take our shred stuff and get rid of it for us. They charge 6 bucks per banker box. Not bad. If you tried to shred it yourself, the time alone would be more than what you pay at Casey's. Thank you!

I would like to say that this company really did a great job! They handled our move from Modesto CA to Texas in December. They arranged everything from start to finish. We had had a bad experience with a company we had found over the internet whom was trying to keep our $2200 deposit after we had cancelled. I began looking for another company whom was reputable to put my mind at ease and handle our move without any horror stories.

I contacted this company and received a return call from Clay Smith. Clay was great! He has been doing this for years and really put my mind at ease. He was prompt on getting back with me and setting up an in home estimate. He came out and surveyed all of our household goods and explained their whole process and even gave me some ways to cut costs.

He got back to me with a price which he'd said was a straight talk quote which means it would not be higher than that amount. When we decided to go ahead and book our move with them they arranged to have our packers come out on specific dates leading up to our load date. The packers showed up and packed our belongings for 2 days and the mayflower truck/driver was at our house promptly on loading day.

Driver was great! He called in advance to let us know when he would be there. After loading our stuff the driver gave us a run down of his route and what day he thought he would have our stuff arriving in Texas. He contacted us while in route and gave us the day and time he would arrive and offload our stuff. He showed up exactly when he said he would and all of our goods were off loaded and furniture assembled.

At the end if it all we handed him the cashiers check and has a big sigh of relief! Thanks guys to all who helped to make our move a little less stressful and handling our belongings with care! I would definately recommend these guys to anyone planning a big move!

This company was terrible to deal with. They destroyed our items in the move, then wanted to invoice us for $600 more to fix the items they broke! They didn't even strap our items down before moving us out of state! Beware of hiring Mayflower moving, ask if they will use this terrible company.

This moving company failed to move my stuff in a timely manner and packed it all poorly and caused my goods to be damaged. They agreed to move my stuff and deliver 650 miles away it, took them 14 days. First they didn't have a driver for the truck even though they had almost two weeks from the time I provided my credit card and agreed to the services until pickup date.

What kind of a moving company cant even get a driver for a load inside of 3-4 weeks? Next the driver they did get broke down somewhere along the way causing further delay which cost us an additional weekend with no delivery. They picked up on Sept 24th and did not deliver until October 8th, 4 days past their latest date and a full week past the preferred date. This is a very unprofessional hack outfit from our experience. Attached photos of how the truck looked upon arrival.

I have used them twice & I am truly happy w their services. I highly recommend this company. Well- run & fair pricing. The movers are respectful, professional & hard workers. Mayflower was very reliable and it was easy to communicate with them throughout the process. They did not break or lose any of our items in our move across the country. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing good service. Their professionalism reduces stress in an extremely stressful time.

Wow what a great move this was! We had a very short time frame to pack and move our belongings (including antique clocks and juke boxes and sofa) to the east coast. Jay came out and made all the arrangements to make this happen within 10 days. Ive moved several times and never experienced such a professional moving company. The driver was from United, he and his mover were great!

The 3rd party crater that showed up was efficient and on time too. For a last minute move i was totally prepared for last minute chaos but Jay and Martha in the office did not disappoint at all! Jay even helped with last minute shredding and moving boxes. The large storage facility where our items were stored in the interim in MA was very impressed with the care that our driver took to ensure all of our belongings with protected properly! Wow!

Thank you! Update: 4 months after receiving our items from storage after Casey Movers packed and moved them to storage on the east coast i am just as happy! Every single thing arrived in excellent condition. We were super nervous as we moved 2 antique juke boxes and numerous glass clocks amongst the contents of our entire life. Everything arrived perfect.

I highly recommend Mayflower. I am a repeat customer and have had two good experiences with them. Everyone took really good care of our things. They have a great system for tracking your belongings and a system for checking to make sure you got all of your belongings once you arrive at your destination. The process was smooth and easy. They have lots of options for moving.

I used their packing and moving service the first time and the second time I packed everything and they moved it. The price they quote you is guaranteed and if your load comes in on the scales below the pounds they quote you they will refund you the difference you paid. I would use them again if needed.

Worst experience of my life. The delivery was 7 days late. A lot of our stuff was damaged and quite a few items didnt show up. So far my experience with them regarding our claims has been less than expected. As we unpack we continue to find things that were broke even being wrapped and in boxes.

Casey Moving Systems moved our stuff from California to Georgia. I have had some bad experiences with moving companies before where I was quoted one price but wound up being charged significantly more. I am very happy to say that was not the case with Casey! They were as good as their word as far as the cost of the move. I wasn't there in CA when they loaded, but the young men who unloaded for us in Georgia did a tremendous job and had terrific attitudes. They worked very hard and were very polite. I was very happy with Casey Moving Systems!

I rented a SAM container (similar to a POD, but bigger and better) from Casey Moving Systems. Bridget was my point-of-contact and every communication I had with her was concise and efficient with her responses always coming VERY promptly. Quite frankly, it was Bridget's first impression that sold me on Casey Moving Systems. Ordering my SAM was entirely painless and it was delivered to my driveway precisely on-time.

The driver told me how to load it, what to avoid and how to use the space most efficiently. Taking his advice, I was able to store A LOT more than I anticipated in my SAM. With all of my VERY heavy furniture, I was afraid I might have overloaded it, but when time came to move my container to Casey's storage yard, no one batted an eye. I originally expected Casey to have my unit for a month or two.

That morphed into about six months as my new home construction seemed to drag on forever! Bridget assured me it was no problem, but I was concerned bugs, critters and weather might be playing hell with my container and its contents. With construction complete, I requested delivery of my container. Bridget, being mindful of my monthly storage fees, made sure to get it to me with ample time to unload, and avoid paying for any additional time.

I greatly appreciated that. My SAM was delivered, again, on-time. I opened it expecting swarms of rats and roaches to come pouring out, but much to my very pleasant surprize, there were none. Next, as I unloaded, I expected to find damage. Certainly, some damage should have occurred, but there was none! Amazingly, even a couple of plastic containers I stacked in my SAM late, that I knew would surely fall, didn't?!

I have no idea how Casey handled my container so gently. Every road to my new home is pot-holed and bumpy, and I damaged plenty of stuff moving with my pickup, but in my SAM there was absolutely ZERO damage! I think Casey's driver had to have floated it in on a cloud!;-) In closing, I just cannot say enough good about Casey Moving Systems. Great people, great company. SIX STARS!

Never even got off the ground! Single dad, moving my 3-bedroom apartment to a single 1-story home down the road, not more than 5 minutes. I'm packing everything in advance, taking everything apart in advance. Individual who met me on-site representing Casey Moving Systems said they wanted a 6 hour minimum ($155/hr for 3 guys), plus I couldn't have more than 50 boxes (+/- 10%) or they would charge me more, plus pay $40 for gas minimum. Asked if they'd keep it at or near 6 hours, the rep would NOT commit. Uhhh, yea, I think NOOO! Asked the rep a day later if he could just move my heavy stuff (fridge, sofas, washer n dryer), no more than 2.5 hour of work. Their rep Clay said he couldn't help me. Wow, whatever. So disgusted!

Had an awesome experience with Casey Moving Systems on a recent move in town. Everyone from my sales rep to the actual movers were very professional and courteous. My belongings arrived within the very short window that was quoted originally. Things were packed well and delivered without harm. I will not think twice about calling them again for any future moves.

We used them to move again and it was horrible. We have moved 6 times and this was the worst one. Young stupid college kids with no respect for our furniture. Broke the leg off our dresser. Cracked the wood on our headboard. Scratched the wood floors in our house we were moving out of. Drug the washer and dryer across the wood floors. Didn't wrap any of our stuff up. Set our nice fabric couch down in the street. Never again will I use them. They were very profession the first time. But this time HORRIBLE!

My wife and I had our second move done by Casey Moving. We probably would have moved ourselves except we had my brother-in-laws piano to move in addition to a few nice pieces of furniture. Jay Casey came out and gave us a detailed estimate. The estimate wasn't the lowest, but after talking to other movers, we felt we were going to get what we paid for.

What we paid for was peace of mind about moving my bro-in-law's piano. We were assured everything would be handled accordingly and it was. The coordinator called the day before to let us know when to expect the crew. When they showed up they were professional and had everything loaded up in no time. We only moved a couple of miles so they had us moved in the same day. I'd recommend you get an estimate from this company before you decide on a mover.

Great assistance and guidance in planning my move with regular updates/communication through out the process. As with any move some minor issues arose but all was quickly handled/resolved. Would highly recommend Casey Moving and used them myself based solely on a high recommendation from another individual.
