I was evacuating a fire. I went in, signed up, got 50% off first month, got a lock from them, was shown where the elevator and my storage unit was, put my stuff in and was good to go! Can't ask for more than that!

This was a good experience overall. We phoned a few storage places in Los Gatos and decided to look at this facility first. The manager (Yolanda) was great. The first unit we looked at was perfect. Yolanda made the whole rental experience easy and pleasant. I wish all of my endeavors went so well!

I've had a great experience with Los Gatos Storage Services. They have a variety of units to suit your needs, the place is kept very clean and maintained and the people are very friendly. I highly recommend that you consider them for your storage needs.

This is a great storage place with reasonable rates. There is a wide variety of locker sizes. The manager, Jason, is very nice and extremely helpful. When we had to move our parents' things, but weren't sure exactly how much space we would need, he was flexible. He's also got great ideas on how to get rid of possessions that Salvation Army might not want. Just a great guy all around.

I am a current renter at this facility. I had reserved a unit online. unfortunately upon my arrival they did not have what I reserved. After speaking with Jason and expressing my concerns and disappointments I left. The next time I saw Jason. He went far and beyond to try to make the situation less stressful for me and take off some of the cost to make the mix up right.

Which I appreciated. This facility is always clean and the hours are great for those of us that work late. The specials and prices are great too. I reccomend them to everyone who asks me about storage.

I've been storing stuff here for over 10 years (i think - at any rate it's been a *really* long time). It's been great. Management has changed during that time but Jason, the current manager, has always been friendly and helpful. I've stored electronics and audio equipment without any issues; the environment is controlled and all the equipment has done well. I've never had any doubts about security; the controlled access is good. Highly recommend!

This self storage facility is clean, secure, priced reasonably with superb customer service. The manager (Jason) is hands-on, accommodating, and has truly contributed to the most positive experience I've ever had at any storage space rental facility.
