Mary at the Petaluma Loc n stor was extremely helpful! She was very knowledgeable and provided an answer to all the questions I had!

Nothing fancy about this place. But the storage lockers are clean. It took us less than 10 minutes to rent one. The service was friendly. Super convenient location. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

I have used this storage facility twice now and have had great experiences both time. The storage units are clean and secure. The employees are super friendly and helpful.

Mary did a wonderful job helping us select our storage unit. She was very helpful working with a sign up difficulty. She is an asset to the Loc-n-Stor company. Damian assisted Mary by phone and was very helpful and accommodating. We are looking forward to storing at the Petaluma location.

This is the 2nd time I've rented here and although they're under new management, I still think highly of Loc-n-Stor. The manager, Rebecca, is firm yet fair and responds to all things, in a timely manner. The location is perfect, with easy access to Hwy 101 both North and South. This was and still is a selling point for me. They are competitively priced and all units are on street level - another selling point.

No elevators or dollies needed, thank goodness. One final, important point, the gate is accessible 365 days a year. NO closing for holidays which never made sense to me why other places still do this.

So. I was told and warned by the storage center up the street not to use Loc n Stor. They stated "It is a bad location and not safe". I decided to go anyway and Boy they were wrong. I walked in and was greeted by Rebecca with a warm smile and wave. If it wasn't for Covid she would of shock my hand. Office was small but, accommodating. She had me in and out in no time.

When I needed a different unit she placed a reservation and in a couple weeks I was in my new unit. The staff are very professional and helpful. I value my items in storage and am positive they are safe. The best thing for me is the small town feel. Rebecca made sure I was satisfied before offering any additional information like payment methods, lock style etc. I'm Very happy with the service and quality of their security. Cheers: Vern P.

Rebecca in the Petaluma office was very helpful in getting updated information for auto-pay. On-line experience was "almost" OK, but talking to a real human was most reassuring. I wish they would let me give her six stars.

I bought some boxes and tape from the Petaluma location and had such great customer service. I dealt with the manager, Rebecca, and was very pleased. She was polite and respectful, the way everyone should be when working with the public. Top notch.
