Cathy needs to improve her customer service. It's horrendous. They were contracted by my company's moving services to pack and load my tv in Atlanta. I never received an email prior to the day of my move notifying me of the pack date. They called the day before and couldn't accommodate me the next day. Cathy said she would call me back to determine a later date-never happened.
I reached out to Cathy and she never replied back to me - left many voicemails, no reply from her. Had I not driven to my destination, I would've been stuck with my tv in Atlanta because she didn't do her job. Complete inconvenience and a waste of time. Avoid them, at least Cathy. Ask for someone else that can help. She was absolutely helpless.

I was contacted by Cathy over the phone, to get a washer and dryer packed to be moved. She told me the company that was contracted to package the units never showed up! Cathy told me that upon completion of getting the units ready to move that I would get paid. Her or the company JE Kelleher never have paid me. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! look for another company to do your move. Maybe Cathy had not paid the other packing company so that is why they did not show!
