Carson Valley Tahoe Self Storage

Just evicted my friend for asking too many questions. She has always paid her rent on time. Good luck renting from these yahoos.

I've rent units at Carson Tahoe a number of times over the last 10 or 12 years. Units and properties have always been clean and well maintained. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Doing business with them has always been a pleasure.

I used this storage for many years. This place is clean and very secure. The staff are very courteous and helpful. When I decided to close my storage I had moved out of state. They made the process very easy and sent me a nice email. Would recommend this place. Thank you to all the staff

I have held storage in Carson Valley/Tahoe Self Store for 20 years. I have always been greeted with kindness and information. The area is secure and clean. Doors and entry equipment consistently perform. A business to be proud to partner with.

Carson Valley Storage is remarkable! During a time of crisis they worked with us, and continued to hold our belongings while we were able to be current. In the end when we were able to get back on our feet and start making payments, they credited back to us an enormous amount so we were able to access our belongings again. We stayed in communication with CVSS and they worked with us the entire time.

While many other business owners would have jumped at the opportunity to sell our stuff, this was not their objective. We are very grateful to them and will be keeping our business with them even though we have relocated. I'm never getting a storage unit anywhere else!

I have been a customer for several years renting 5 different units over that period. I can tell you I have had an excellent experience. Jerry runs a tight ship. The place is always clean and secure. I love the 24/7 access. They do a great job with maintenance and snow removal and they give you credit if you switch units. Add to this the best deal on town and it's a no-brainer.

I've always encountered a smiling face and a friendly greeting whenever I go into the office. I love that I have 24/7 access to my unit, and the price can't be beat! Plus, it's just across the highway from my house. Thank you, CVTSS!

Please put grease on door runners. Very hard to open at times even though I open it every week or two. otherwise great. K20

Good prices, fairly clean with how windy it can get, there. Gate codes, always work, friendly staff. Shortcomings: 1) Never have noticed a, public restroom. 2) Lighting in the, large units would be, A HELP.

Horrible customer service from the snot old lady in the front office. She apparently doesn't like veterans and has a rude attitude from the first phone call. The lot attendants are very trustworthy and hard workers to keep this place as good as it looks. The last problem I had when checking out is the fact they won't give me my last 25 days of the month money back, I feel ripped off and upset from the way I have been talked to while I was using this place. If I liked them better, I would have stayed because they were cheapest and convenient.
