NEW: This morning I got an Email that prices would be going up for our unit due to "rising operational costs." This is just another company trying to claim Inflation disguising corporate greed. Absolutely ridiculous. Can't wait to get my belongings out of this place. So far this has been an absolute horrible experience. I've had the unit for a little over a month now and so far the gates have been incorrectly working (either stuck up or stuck down), which is a security concern for my items.
The elevator has been out-of-order multiple times and since the sign is inside the doors I've unloaded all me items only to see the sign once inside the building. I then had to reload everything back into my truck. Lastly, I've been contacted about 3 times now by employees requesting my insurance after I've already provided it and been told "I'm good." I have to keep my items stored for a few months but I may ultimately ask for my money back and move my items to a more reliable storage unit.

I was moving storage companies, and drove to Reybold by mistake (it was a long stressful morning), but Donna was exceptionally welcoming. Reybold ended up having a better special and cheaper than where I was supposed to go. The facility is new, CLEAN, SECURE and well perfect! Elevators with carts to make your move in 100% easier.
