Because we know how hard it can be to run errands during the week, we provide office hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. We even utilize a call center to manage your calls when our office is closed! I rented an enclosed space for over a year. Rent was always on time until I switched banks. Chase declined auto pay. I always paid within hours of receiving call from business. Then I added a parking space. One day I got locked inside the facility fencing. I called the emergency number. It was the the owner. Very rude to me. No help. Hung up on me.
I called back. Left message I was calling cops. In retaliation the owner left VM stating I had 24 hours to move my trailer and clear out unit! Unknown to me my auto pay for trailer was declined on Friday. No call to me Friday or Saturday. Locked inside facility on Sunday. Extremely stressful. Now the owner's number is crossed out on emergency call sign. No apologies. Just harassment toward a 60 year old navy veteran.

I attempted to rent a moving truck from Budget at this location, made my reservation online. I was contacted by this location and basically called a thief because I wasn't renting with a credit card. Apparently their trucks are frequently stolen and I quote, "end up in Wal-Mart's parking lot in Alabama!" Perhaps they could invest in 1.) GPS tracking devices for their vehicles - I'm nearly certain their insurer would provide a discount for this.and 2.) Customer Service Training! TOOK MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Fairly okay prices. I don't like the enforced use of only specific locks. But the storage was clean and dry inside. Access is not 24/7 but it's like 7am till 9pm, secure access with an access code. Facility is fully surrounded by fence. Seems safe and decent Appears to be family run and has very pleasant employees. Edit: had some water damage to 2 of my boxes. Contacted the insurance, they requested pictures.
After pictures were submitted, received a check to cover the described damaged items. Surprisingly painless experience with the insurance company, would definitely recommend getting the insurance there.

Please do not trust this place for a Budget moving truck reservation. After booking an out of state move a month in advance, and calling to confirm twice the week of the move- they called me in less than 24 notice to say they wouldn't have a truck available for my move and did literally nothing to find one for me. I had to cancel and thank God for Penske having a truck available for my move. BEWARE. BEWARE.

Great storage facility! You can pay $10 more a month for 24 hour access to your storage! Easy access & it is gated! No lights in the unit tho! That's the only thing I don't like when I'm trying to get things out late at night. Especially if you pay the extra 10 to have 24 hr access. Also could me more lights outside. Also it is gated!

They were great and helpful. would recommend and very kind. I would like to amend my recommendation. I was told that once a year if your late making a payment once a year they would allow you to waive the fee. Today I went in to ask for a waiver the manager wouldnt give it to me. I had said my mom recently died and I feel like a zombie he said yeah I hear but I am not going to waive the fee.
Also they recently raised their rates. Also if you want to throw out items from your storage unit you have to take the garbage back home to throw it out. If you throw out items there they will charge you for doing that. I would recommend to everyone to find a better place than the public storage unit on Brookpark Rd.

I am a disabled man. I went to the budget truck from this company on Thursday. They rented me a truck with the airbag light check engine light pouring window leak. Passenger key did not work in the door. They knew I was going over 700 miles. When I talk to the manager Wayne he told me and I quote we do not check their vehicles but once a year during maintenance.
They do not even change the oil with the manufactures recommended oil change policy. One star rating is too much to give this company a manager actually Hung up on me. They have no care for there customers
