The worst experience ever. I ordered from Home Depot and they had these people delivering my refrig. They showed up and I asked about the handles and they told me they were in the refrig and that thy do not put them on which is clearly part of the installation. i put them on myself. I then told them to move the refrig in another room as i need to have another company deliver it to another address.

They indicated that they could do it and to call Home Depot for pricing. long story short is that they came back to pick up my old refrig to deliver it to another address and I have not seen them since. THEY TOOK MY REFRIG! I have been on the phone all day with Home Depot and this company to fill a police report for Theft by Deception. On top of that, he asked for a soda out of the refrig they stole! Do not use them to deliver your dogs food!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Multiple items damaged in the move. Worst part is since the move I have been requesting a paid invoice so I can get reimbursed and all phone calls and emails have been unanswered. Today over 3 months after the move I called again but had to leave another voice mail.

My delivery of a W/D unit was timely and professional, but the "installation" side of things not so much. Be aware, if your dryer unit requires any duct modification on the install they will refuse, even if the result is a setup that does not meet recommended safety specs (I was literally told this by the company rep on the phone). Nowhere was I warned of this, by either Home Depot (who evidently contracts with this company to handle install) or anyone else.

Possible it is hidden somewhere on someone's website in mice type, but even so, calling this service a "free install" without caveats to me toes the line of false advertising. Haven't decided if this is officially complaint worthy (i.e. report to the OAG) but already been given a partial refund by Home Depot, which was good but not good enough. Be forewarned.

Was supposed to revive a delivery of a Home Depot order from this company. They canceled the first scheduled delivery during the delivery window because their employees hadn't shown up to work due to the 2 inches of snow we got. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Two+ hours into my rescheduled delivery window, I got a phone call that they were on their way. Great, opened the door, went back to the kitchen and waited by the phone. 15 minutes later, thought I heard something, went outside, no one was around.

I saw a Penske truck across the street but didn't want to approach a random moving van. I figured if it was them they'd pull in the driveway or call. Went back in the kitchen to wait for a call. Walked back out 10 minutes later and found a "call this 800 number to reschedule" saying they'd waited 15 minutes. Immediately, I called back the number that had called to say they were on their way.

Mark said that he knocked but no one answered and claimed that he called. He confirmed that he was driving the Penske truck I'd seen at the neighbor's house. I didn't have missed call during the time he claimed to have been waiting, and no one had been at the house when the truck was across the street. He refused to come back even though he couldn't have been more than 10 from my house and was incredibly rude making comments like "why are you trying to be like this?" "I see what you're trying to do" "next time you should answer the door" "I already told you that 3 times" "I have time stamped photos of myself at your house" and accusing me of having my phone off.

I'm more than 110% satisfied with their relocation service and pricing! The communcation was stellar from start to finish and the movers were beyond professional, quick and the movers assigned to me gave me peace of mind during my stressful long distance move. There's nothing else to say other than thank you taking excellent care of my belongings and for a fast delivery!

HORRIBLE customer service. Home Depot delivery of appliances. Claimed they would wait 15 minutes. They did no such thing. I called the number back that called me, they had turned their phone off, straight to voicemail. Unbelievable how people operate a business like this. I am trying my best to get home depot to not use this company again.

This place is as sketchy as it gets. The guy my wife worked with, Joe, hemmed and hawed for weeks - throwing out ambiguous, non-specific numbers regarding our move while telling us we couldn't "lock" anything in until 90 days prior to the move date. When we were within the 90 day window, the quote he gave us was above the numbers he spoke about previously, plus had additional random charges included that he couldn't explain.

This place has zero integrity - don't trust them with your move. We consider it a blessing they messed with us during the quote process as based on our interactions, the actual move likely would have been filled with unwelcome surprises.

Very unprofessional! Absolutely awful logistics company! Scheduled for delivery and they never showed up! Didn't even have the professionalism to call or text to let me know! And I have no idea how to reschedule or where my stuff is! And now I can't get in touch because the voice mail box is full, not by me bc I haven't left a vm! That means this company does this to multiple customers ALL OF THE TIME!

Was scheduled to have a microwave and range delivered and installed. Delivery day came and got a call to reschedule due to lack of workers. Rescheduled day came and they did deliver appliances but my wife had to take my son to work by the time they showed up at 130pm. Told them it would take 30 minutes to run him to work and back. They said no problem and said they would go to next stop and return that day to complete the install.

No one showed back up. Called the next day, which was Tuesday, and they said it would be Wednesday before they could return now. Wedsday came and they showed up. Walked in the door and said I can't breathe in here, I'm about to throw up. Said our house was disgusting and refused to do the install. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Daryl Flood Relocation canceled the first delivery the day of as they claimed my fridge got damaged after I had paid someone to sit there all day and wait for my new fridge. The second time a week later, I paid someone again to be there to take the delivery and when the fridge arrived it was completely missing the motor in the fridge! Now Daryl Flood tells me it is going to be two more weeks before I have a fridge, all over the Christmas holidays.

I have a young family with no fridge to whom I have promised my old fridge for over two weeks already. This is outrageous service and no contact, no apology, no updates NOTHING until I call myself to check. No, I do not recommend this company.

Critical: Responsiveness Ordered delivery of a washer for 11/3/2021. Tried to give them a time frame that was agreed upon earlier. Dispatch says no. Dispatch calls me with time of 12 to 4 today. Called numerous times for updates. 653 tonight. I still am waiting. No follow up phone call. No nothing. Terrible service.

Too bad zero stars isn't an option. We ordered appliances through Home Depot and this was the company that fulfilled delivery and installation. The men were so unprofessional. They broke my new refrigerator and the manufacturer had to order us a brand new one. They shattered my old oven in my garage and left the glass there for us to clean up.

One of them dropped the microwave on his face. They were extremely clumsy with things and even told us that they couldn't install our new dishwasher on old plumbing. Which we understood, until we realized that we had actually ordered the new parts for them to be able to install the dishwasher. So we had to pay out of pocket for someone to come and install our dishwasher.

When they got there and installed it, the dishwasher wouldn't turn on. And without a doubt in my mind based on the type of service that we received, the "installers" most likely broke it and that is why they tried to say they couldn't install the dishwasher. This was an overall horrible experience and I'm glad Home Depot dropped their contract. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. or Covid. Lol

20 days since first review. STILL have not received our items. They really, truly, honestly do not care in the least that we've been living without part of our possessions for a month. They just tell us every couple of days that they don't know when they'll deliver our items. How awful, heartless and irresponsible.

These are the worst movers you can get. They threw our things in boxes (we paid a high price for packing services) and lots of expensive and sentimental things were broken. They were also late, brought too small of a crew, and made my husband carry boxes when it came time to load into the truck because the sun was going down. We tipped well (too early in the day, evidently) and hoped for the best, but then the delivery was three weeks late.

And now, as I am unpacking each box rips my heart out with something else that was snapped in half to cram it in a box, or pilled under heavy tools and is now smooshed, or is now in pieces. These guys really suck.

No complaints. Helpful, kind, and ready to work. The guys made sure everything was to my liking, trash was cleaned up, and anything I wanted set up was completed. It's a shame they have contracts with Hilldrup/Mayflower/United who leave a bad taste in people's mouths. Nonethless, I've learned to separate the 3rd party from who they are contracted by.

I purchased a microwave from GE Appliance Store and was given a delivery and install date of Aug. 3, 2021 between 9am - Noon. At Noon no one had shown up so I called Ge and they told me that the time had changed to Noon -4pm. They gave me the company that would be coming "Daryl Flood Logistics" so I looked them up online and saw they have poor reviews.

I called the company and never got a call back. It is now 4pm and they are a NO SHOW and I never have received a call from them. If you are told this company is delivering and installing, my advise is to insist on another company to do the job! They do not respond to you!

Interstate move. Nice guys on the local end. On time. Efficient. However between the local movers and Mayflower storage one dining table was crushed. Several wooden pieces got soaked and have mold and warping. Several boxes were wet In the receiving end the guys who are supposed to remove the crates for the crates items no-showed and didn't respond to calls.

Booked a out of state move with them in Feb for June. They quoted a 3-10 day transit for our stuff. Verified that travel time up on the day they picked up everything from my house. 3 days after my pickup date they call me to tell me it will be an extra 30+ days. Unacceptable, I'm now sleeping on an air mattress with only a weeks worth of clothes.

The only thing they offered is a $100 a day which doesn't give me a bed or any of the other many things I need. This could of been avoided if they gave proper quotes on times before picking up my stuff.

Horrible experience. Movers left heavy items outside in the rain to be destroyed, including some they dismantled, lied about it, and then didn't actually move us because of an "active infestation" despite us having hired an exterminator that gave the all clear. They've been continually dishonest throughout communications and after giving us a "full refund" when we had to go with different movers, they then threatened to report us to collections for third party charges that were covered in the original amount we'd paid and had refunded.

See pictures. They say they didn't move anything- but the steamer trunk is still on their hand cart! There are a lot of positive reviews on here, but please please read through all the negative ones if you want a genuine picture of what this company is like. They are polite at first contact, but an absolute nightmare to work with once contracts have been signed. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. They are still giving us a headache months later.

I just had a horrible experience with Daryl Flood Logistics! My refrigerator was set to be delivered. It's been on back order since before Christmas. They called me last week to set up a delivery and explained that they could only deliver it on Thursdays. I explained I was working that day and unable to get off and asked for a late delivery time and cleared this with my boss.

I was told they would help accommodate this. They just called to inform me that my time for delivery was between 11-3 so literally the middle of the day. Said they would be sure to make it a late afternoon delivery at around 1230. Also I was told they couldn't accommodate every person's schedule and that we were just a number to them picked out of a computer.

Also said this is the only time and date and the order would be canceled! Absolutely horrible customer service. Nothing worse than being told your nothing but a number to them!

UPDATE: Korey with Quality Control came back out to my house and was everything Derrick was not. He was so professional, going above and beyond to fix my problems and make sure everything was installed correctly and beautifully. I really really appreciate HD/DF taking the time to hear my compliant and having Korey come back out to make it right. Thank you Korey for redeeming Daryl Flood and my experience with appliance install! ---------------------------------------------------- I just had Derrick Fleming come to my house in Nashville to properly install my dishwasher (which Brandon didn't do the first time).

He was completely rude, put out and not professional. He refused to install the dishwasher on the sides and refused to show me how to unlock the refrigerator. I was completely appalled at his behavior and complete lack of customer service. Please fire Derrick from Daryl Flood. He is a terrible representation of your firm and makes me never want to use Home Depot or this service again.

Dispatchers here are the worst. They do not keep their words and do not ask for your permission before setting up time for delivery. The male dispatcher would tell me "I'll give you a call back" and never would to confirm time.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! I can not thank them enough, I moved from Texas to New York with Mayflower/Daryl Flood. Colleen who did my apartment assessment via video conference was AMAZING! She gave me multiple quote options for full pack, partial, self-pack, with and without storage.etc every time I changed the date and the need for long term vs short term storage she gave me options in both Texas AND New York, depending on where I wanted my items to be.

I went with a full-pack with some need of storage, which I chose to keep in Texas because the prices were better. Mayflower via Colleen as my coordinator was super easy and very flexible when I had to make last minute changes. The woman, Jenny, who helped organize the move logistics kept in contact with me and checked on the day before and the day of my move.

The movers in Texas NEVER once asked me for any extra money, the quote was even a few cents LOWER than we originally thought because of the date changes. The movers were on time and packed all my items with care, never rushing. On arrival to New York the movers for mayflower on that end were professional and polite, unpacked my items and when there were broken legs on my nightstand they brought it right to my attention and advised me to take pictures immediately, they did not try to hide anything from me.

I had the full insurance on my move and when I had questions Jenny was VERY easy to get in touch with. The mayflower agent in NY also contacted me the day my items arrived to check in on how things were going to ensure my satisfaction. I will say that I had a few items damaged in the move, the nightstand being the biggest piece, I contacted Jenny about making the claim, which was SUPER easy and I received a check for the damage within the week of my claim.

I will say also that my delivery in NY was delayed outside of the contracted delivery spread, so Jenny contacted me via telephone and email and was apologetic and very professional, she helped me arrange a new delivery date that worked for ME and then Mayflower refunded me for the delayed days that were on their end, I received a check within two weeks of Jenny filing the refund.

I can not say enough GREAT things about this experience with Mayflower/DarylFlood and will 100% recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you so much Mayflower, you made my stressful move in a time of uncertainty so easy!

My wife and I are extremely happy for the exceptional service provided by Daryl Flood Relocation. More aptly, Sean Lee, the driver was outstanding. He made certain that everything was handled professionally and all of our furniture and boxes were loaded within time frames without stress. Sean also delivered all of our items without any breakage, damage or missing boxes.

He delivered on the first day of the delivery schedule! In this process Sean and Daryl Flood Relocation were on their game. We highly recommend Sean and Daryl Flood Relocation to everyone!

Everyone involved in our move from beginning to end were awesome. We have moved a lot in the last few years. I believe these guys were the hardest working movers we have ever had. The minute Colleen Cline Walked in the door, I knew I would use Daryl Flood. I had already gotten several quotes and no one was a personable, friendly and knowledgeable as Colleen. The price was fair and she gave me all kinds of tips for packing and moving. The moving crew was professional, friendly, and quick and made our life so easy when it came to moving day. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mover, and If I need a mover again, I will surely be calling Colleen for help.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Multiple items damaged or never assembled. Mover was in a hurry to "get to his next destination" and it showed. Communication is horrific as I'm still waiting for someone to contact me. I wish I read these reviews prior to my choice to use their horrific service. This company was recommended to me, so if I can help save someone complete frustration of dealing with an irresponsible company, I'm happy to do so.

I used Daryl Flood Relocation for a corporate relocation for work and I have to say they made the whole process so easy. They were able to coordinate the move between me and my husband in another city. They kept us totally up to date on timing. The movers were careful with our items, wrapped them well and even rewrapped some pieces we already had so they felt secure in them.

The delivery went smoothly. I had a last minute schedule change and had to push it out a week and they were totally accommodating. When the movers arrived, they were a great team of 3 guys. Friendly, professional, communicative and made it work out great. On top of that, nothing arrived broken. I've only used professional movers once before, so I don't have a ton of experience, but this was a great one.

I have used Daryl Flood Relocation multiple times for corporate relocations and never had an issue. In fact, I request them each and every time. My Coordinator has always been Cindy Bingheim and she does a fantastic job with communication and follow through. I always know what's going to happen and when so there are no surprises. My household items have always been packed well and moved without issue.

On two occasions I had some minor damage to a couple of small items and Cindy made the claims process super simple and resolved the issue quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I simply cannot say enough about Daryl Flood Relocation and will use them again and again in the future when I need relocation assistance.

By far the worst moving company I have ever worked with (I have moved over 12 times). From the unresponsive and useless coordinators to the movers that disrespected my Mother and urinated all over my bathroom. They lost a box that I packed myself after refusing to document it. They damaged EVERY single piece of furniture I own. They refuse to repair everything because I had to abruptly move again due to my brother's death.

I sent in a detailed list and photos of all damages immediately after my move.and didn't move again until 6 months later.but that wasn't sufficient proof. They don't care about you, your money, or your belongings. If you care about customer service and respect, this isn't the right company to go with. Beware!

We recently used Daryl Flood for packing our household goods, Kevin the driver and his wife were excellent and professional. I especially liked getting an electronic list of our box numbers and details. The movers attitude were excellent and a pleasure to be around for the 3 days it took to move our goods. My experience with Daryl Flood Relocation and Logistics and their phenomenal workers such as Jorge Pan, Giovanni Jimenez and the rest of the crew was nothing short of excellent. Not only were their customer service skills and quick packaging a great first impression, their incredible work ethic carried consistently all the way down to the last load, a proper send off and professional goodbye. Although this was only my first experience, they have certainly set some high standards for the next crew I get the pleasure of working with. High recommended!
