A chaotic moving experience. Good intentions and nice folks but they damaged some of our things, items were not organized/protected well, directions were not always followed and leadership was lacking. Very stressful.

Very affordable and efficient movers. I had a unique situation with my move and they were able to provide me with multiple options to accommodate my situation.

It's a shame that companies hire people like these to represent them. I was parked eating my lunch near a whataburger parking lot off of Little York and 59N. These poor excuse of citizens and A-Rocket employees just casually littering without a care in the world. Out of 8 employees that I saw in or near this van, NOT one took the initiative to clean this up.

My company needed to move the entire office into storage as we are going virtual. We were so lucky to find A-Rocket not only to help with the move but the store or items. Rachel Sampson helped arrange everything Came out to and move all the office equipment without a single hitch they showed up exactly when they were supposed to. This is by far the worst customer service I've experienced. The receptionist will cut you off mid sentence and then just transfer you. We have been charged for storage after removing all of our office supplies. I waited over a week for the "sales manager" to call me back! I will never use this company again! BEWARE

TERRIBLE SERVICE. WOULD NOT USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. Wanted to reschedule the night before my scheduled move, telling me they didn't have the proper crews scheduled for my move. Didn't send the right amount of guys and proper truck sizes, which all the guys complained about. Some guys complained aloud in front of me about not wanting to have to work that day. Didn't take care of my belongings: broke equipment, banged up walls and furniture, left boxes stacked in incorrect rooms and in messes vs organized like I specified with labels facing outward so you can read them and neatly stacked on pallets vs tossed any which way with some on pallets and some on garage floor. Took weeks before claims rep came to see my complaint, and it's been several weeks since and I haven't heard back anything regarding how they're going to compensate me.

I had high regard for A-Rocket Movers because they were big supporters of the MS 150 Bike Ride. I used them for an office move two years ago and was favorably impressed. I called for a quote to move the same furniture and they wanted to charge almost 60% more. I tried to negotiate and they came back with an hourly rate and promised me the same movers as the prior move.

When move day came, it was a whole new crew.no problem because they worked well and did the whole move in 2.5 hours. When it came time to pay, I was told they had a 4 hour minimum and a $50 fuel surcharge. These were never before mentioned and I was totally surprised. When I complained, they got a manager on the phone who negotiated a price with me that I was OK with.

Later in the day, the agent I worked with called and complained that I still owed them money. When I told him I never heard about the extra charges, he said that everyone knows they have a 4 hour minimum. How would "everyone" know about that? I also complained about the fuel surcharge at times when fuel is at record lows. He persisted with accusing emails.

I agreed to pay more, but never use them again. I sent the check and have never heard from them again. As I consumer, one of the things I am most cautious of and most angry about is surprise charges after services have been agreed to. Also it is so hard to get and keep a customer that I am surprised that I never got an apology nor anything to make me want to use them again.

My apartment complex used A Rocket to help us move in and they were so respectful, funny, and helpful to get all my things to the top floor with no complaints. They were quick and very gentle with my belongings. Would recommend to anyone. They were awesome!

The most horrible service I have ever recieved. They damaged multiple walls in my brand new home, they damaged my bar, that was worth more than $2,000. I called to see what could be done, and they said they could offer me $100. I asked to speak to the manager, and it's been over 2 weeks, and I am still waiting. Do not ever use these guys to move your things. They are shady, and horrible at customer service.

I love to work with Black owed businesses but sadly they will not be getting any business from me. I attempted to call for moving services on the number they have listed on the site, both 713 and 1888. When I called the 713 number I was transferred to a gentleman who's phone hung up on me. When I tried the 888 a very rude older man named Sam yelled MA'AM THEY OPEN AT 8AM YOU NEED TO NOT CALL NOW, mind you it was 545p and didn't know they couldn't handle my moving quote request at that time. I told him he did not have to be so rude and hung the phone up

A-Rocket movers were recommended to me by a friend, and they definitely lived up to my expectations. I have worked with many moving companies in the past, and these guys by a long shot, were the best. Competitive pricing, fast, careful and friendly movers, professional office staff. Really all that I could ask for. These guys have a very efficient system down and I will absolutely call them again for my next move (hopefully not for a while though!).

Excellent. Used them for a major move, a smaller move and to unpack a storage unit. Always arrived a few minutes early, polite, professional, hard working, no complaints with all the stairs in my house. Fair prices. Would use them every time.

I used A-Rocket to move in early November. The process was simple. I called to speak with an account manager. He took down general information (how many rooms, stories, big pieces of furniture) and put it in his system to estimate what materials and crew were needed for the job. He then gave me an estimate for a big truck with 3 movers in hour increments.

The crew came to the house on time. They worked hard and were very careful with our belongings. One perk is that you do not need to unpack drawers because they wrap the furniture, move it, then unwrap it. The move wasn't an easy one. The old house had 3 stories. The new house has a spiral staircase. Despite the difficulties, the crew did not damage anything, they finished ahead of schedule, and the final cost came out to less than the quote. I highly recommend A-Rocket for residential moves within Houston.

Use these guys at your own peril! When they moved our office furniture they destroyed a carpet beyond repair. After sending their person to inspect they acknowledged that it was their fault and responsibility and said they would take care of it. A "repair" person applied spot remover to a gouge that had no spot, bled the color and made it worse. Since then they refuse to communicate and have not returned multiple calls. the move was three months ago, so it appears they are going to stiff me on the damage they admitted that they did.

These guys are pros! They will come and assess what you have to move, give you an accurate bid, show up on time and work hard. They took care of everything except the unpacking. Personally, I lose momentum by the time I am expected to unpack since I've already packed and hauled a million boxes by then but this experience was so different. They even handled all electronics with great care. I would call these guys again in a second if I ever move again.
