They were punctual, professional, and really kind. I was amazed and how much they got done in the time I paid for. They took my chaos and got it all packed and loaded and made me feel great.

We used them for to unload into our condo, and they were fast and efficient, and super nice! Recommended.

They quoted us $700 to move a 2 bedroom home, the movers that arrived were unprofessional and lazy. I had to go back and rewrap and pack items that they threw in random boxes, the hydrologic lift pump went out on their truck, so we had to wait 3 hours for them to show up at the new house, and still didn't finish moving our stuff. Then charged us an additional $800 because of the extra time it took them.

Plus they broke 2 pieces of furniture and still haven't moved or delivered the remainder of my furniture and it's been a week. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ****UPDATE to the owners response, while I do understand that it took more time because of YOUR FAULTY equipment, but why should the customer be penalized for that? Do you not understand that because of that, it cost additional money because the new owners were supposed to move in the next day so more people had to be paid to finish the move, which is still not complete.

The majority of that furniture is irreplaceable and if you were incapable of moving such furniture, you should have said so, so that a different company with better experience could have been hired.

These guys were amazing! So friendly and professional, and they handled my move perfectly.

This family-owned, moving company are anything BUT PROFESSIONAL, Marvin and crew are DISHONEST, UNRELIABLE LIARS WITH INCOMPETENTANT PRACTICES, WITH HORRIFIC HIDDEN FEES. DO NOT SCHEDULE with Betton Moving Co. Highly unreliable. Scheduled and confirmed a Saturday move with Beverly, 2x by phone and 3x by email. Spoke to William (owner) on the Saturday. Crew didn't show up for the morning slot or the afternoon slot.

I reached out to this company for my move. I spoke with William Betton (owner) about how many guys he thought I would need based on my stuff. On the day of the move, he calls me saying he's going to be roughly an hour late which was fine. Then he calls me again 5 mins prior to our original time tell me he was pulling. I had to rush back home since he told me he was going to be late.

Once he got to my apartment. He had more guys than what we agreed to and goes to tell me his other truck broke down so he had more guys available. So I thought awesome, he's makes this easier for me. He definitely charged me for the additional guy that I did not ask for. I understand it's a business but do not do stuff like this without consulting your clients first.

For the most part of the move, it was good until the last piece of furniture they brought in. They chipped my wall as well as broke a blind. I pointed it out to the owner and he said he would get everything fixed within week. I followed with him and he said he was still looking. In the end he didn't care and hasn't gotten back to me. I would not recommend this moving company as they did not deliver on their agreed part by any means.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality My mother and stepfather used them. Very slow with moving overall. Were not careful with antique furniture. One antique was broken due to negligence and tried to claim they did not break it. Missing jewelry. The truck they brought was way too small. Do not recommend.

My parents used this company to move a few weeks ago and the service was absolutely awful! It started with scheduling problems. The company scheduled to pack Friday and then move Saturday. Then called back to change it, saying they had scheduled another job and tried to change it to another day. When they came they were paid by the hour and so purposely worked as slow as possible.

They worked until after midnight, for a job that could have been finished in half the time. The packers did a horrible job packing. They just dumped things from different rooms in boxes. They took things out of already organized boxes to dump in other boxes. Placing heirlooms in the bottoms of boxes with no regard as to how they treated it. My parents are still several weeks later trying to find things in the different boxes.

The movers also broke the China cabinet and lost the pegs for cabinets which they said they would fix and replace the next Tuesday. They finally came to fix and replace these after several phone calls and 2 weeks. I would NEVER recommend this complete rip off of a moving company and their horrible customer service.

These guys did such a great job moving my new baby grand piano! Arrived at the pick up location on time, were so gentle and careful with the piano. Delivered and installed it in a timely manner, while answering questions that showed how knowledgeable they are. They know what they are doing and I was very happy that I trusted them with handling my piano. Great customer service for a great price.

Honestly, I still cannot believe how smoothly my move was. There were three guys working quickly and carefully. They actually beat me to my moving location! Mr. Betton and his crew did a wonderful job when moving our new baby grand piano. They were all so personable even though it was at the end of a long day of moving. They were later than scheduled but kept constant communication with me concerning their arrival. They never tried to put me off. They were just taking longer than expected. They were super careful in packing and unpacking the piano.

We are just so happy we chose Betton Moving. We will most definitely recommend them and use them again! As a bonus, Mr. Betton played some beautiful music for us on the piano. He's great! Very entertaining.

I would absolutely recommend Betton movers! We used them multiple times during a multi-floor remodel of our home. Our move was a large project that included moving a piano twice. The movers were extremely careful in moving our furniture as well as our piano! They were patient and listened to our requests and were extremely quick, efficient and polite.

Due to a family member falling ill and later passing during the time of our move we had to reschedule our move multiple times with very short notice and Betton movers were extremely accommodating and understanding of our situation. They worked with us until we could find a time that worked for us and got the job done. We will definitely be using them in the future!

Would give him a negative if I could. Mr. Betton moved me 4/2016. It was by far the most horrendous moving experience ever. 1). He arrived several hours late.with no notice. 2) His truck was run down and dirty. 3) His 2 assistants could not speak English. 4) His helpers often just stood around.on the cell phone until urged to work. 4) Mr. Betton did not bring simple tools.i.e. to disconnect a W&D.He had to ask my neighbors or anyone passing by if they had tools. 5) They broke my flower pot with no offer to pay for it. 6) Upon disconnecting the washer, he left the valve open and it ruined the wall. 7) I had to pay for the damages. 8) It took Mr. Betton several months (resulting from my several contacts) to reimburse me. 9) With 3 movers - It took him 5 hours to move me from a 1bdbr/1bth - 2nd floor apartment to a 1st floor apartment. I had EVERYTHING pre-packed. 10) He over charged. 11) He talks too much. 12) Stay AWAY!

Betton Moving did a great job on my in-town move in July. I was so happy with the service and the price that I added their contact info into my phone and will be using them again next month!

As usual, i was running behind the day of my move, so i called, hoping they were running behind too. Just my luck - i get the guys that were actually punctual. They were awesome though! Not only did they help me knock out the rest of my packing, but everything was loaded up from my apartment with enough time to swing by my storage & grab what i needed from there too.

I've never had movers that were careful with my stuff *&* moved quickly! I'd absolutely get these guys next time i move! (Although i really hope i won't be moving for a LONG time)

Polite, friendly, very respectful. However, they charged me $15 for supplies that the receptionist said were included in the quoted price, they came 20 minutes early (we were still on our way with the truck), took 3 hours instead of the 2 quoted which cost an extra $100 dollars, and THEN charged me an extra $10 because our fridge was bigger than they thought and was slightly difficult to maneuver out of the front door. Save some money, some time, and go with one of the literally hundreds of other options in Houston.

I have moved many times over the years but thanks to William at Betton Moving Company, this move was on of the best experiences we have ever had with a mover. They were prompt, careful & obviously very experienced! They went above & beyond all my expectation & were extremely helpful in every way possible. I highly recommend this company to anyone who want to take the stress out of there move!

First, they got in super late. They had suppose to be at my apartment by 8am, they ended up getting there until 1pm. Then, it took them FOREVER to move a 1 bedroom apartment less than 700 sqft and I was moving only 1 mile away. It took them about 4 hours, in comparison with the 2.5 hours I took for me to move to Tomball to Houston. Then, they lost one of my paintings. William mention they were going to mail me a check and they never did. Overall terrible experience.
