Amazing Spaces Storage Center

Our move went extremely smoothly because of Missy. She volunteered to come in early to help accommodate our schedule. Could not ask for more friendly customer service.

Amazing Spaces is accurately named. Storage units are clean and well-kept. The facility itself is extremely secure with multiple safety precautions to protect your items. Missy is the real shinning star here, her customer service and attention to detail are the main reasons id reccomend this location to any one looking for storage options in Houston.

Great company for all my business needs not just storage. Samantha and James take care of all my requests. Stay awesome guys!

I spent some time talking with the owner and I was extremely impressed. Amazing spaces is by far the best place to store your valuables for a number of reasons. The locations are stunning and the technology and security are second to none. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Not impressed with Penske showing various truck sizes offered at this location but when there was told that was not the case. The young gentleman was trying very hard to meet my needs but decisions made at higher levels inhibit him from meeting my need.

Five stars! Everything was very clean. Security seems really good. Manager was polite and very helpful. And their rates are good. What's not to like?

Moving to Houston from Virginia and needed a unit ASAP. Picked the areafor storage about a week ago because the pictures online were exceedingly nice for what I ecpected from a storage facility. The staff was fantastic. Evia was pleasant to chit chat with while we were working through the paperwork. She was also very helpful in showing me where my unit was, how to get into my unit, and gave useful FYI info regarding the high security standard they maintain there. Very imoressed with the whole experience

I've never had a storage unit before and renting one here was an amazing experience! Missy and Eva were so kind. They both remembered my name after our first conversations and were so sweet and helpful. The vibe of the company and workers is very friendly and comfortable. And the fact that the units have A/C is just amazing. Lots of complimentary carts for moving, snacks and drinks, etc. Great security also! I won't hesitate to rent out another unit when the time comes.

I have nothing positive to say about this company and am glad I moved. Having recently suffered a death in my family I expect some customer service and not a bunch of excuses or fake apologies. I don't care to ever hear from anyone from this location again. Just because you use professional pest control you should maybe try removing the giant dead roaches that are in front of the doors. It's disgusting.

I rented a moving truck, it was clean and in good condition. Location is convenient and facilities are very clean. The staff was very friendly and sooo courteous! They were very accommodating and customer service was excellent.

Never dreamed a storage facility would be 5 star, but trust me it is! Executive conference room available for it's customers, wine storage. Complimentary drinks. Good amount of supplies for sale in store. Always clean & friendly.

Amazing Spaces truly is AMAZING! Their customer service is far beyond expectations. I needed to move in a hurry and they made sure I had everything I needed to make the move seamless. They provide friendly helpful advice and tips (shout out to Brandon and Missy). The space is clean and inviting. My experience was nothing short of extraordinary. I will never use a different facility for storage or moving supplies. I am a customer for life. Thank you for making one part of the moving process stress-free!

Our experience with Amazing Spaces was simply that.amazing! We loved the facility -- always clean, gates were always functioning properly, and the staff was always wonderful. From the moment we rented our 2 units to the moment we turned in our keys, Susan and everyone else we interacted with was so very friendly and helpful. They even brought snacks and water to my movers, mother, and kids while we were moving our stuff out. I will always recommend this location and would rent here again if needed.

I've rented a moving van from them twice now, and both times they have been quick, thorough, and extremely helpful. During my most recent move, their representative, Eva, provided a lot of good advice for the move to make sure everything went seamlessly. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Cody Alfred assisting needs. His customer service was amazing. He was very funny and courteous throughout the entire process. His ability to handle several customers before closing time was excellent. I enjoyed our conversation and his efforts to assist me as I pick up my rental truck for penkse to travel from Houston to Salt Lake City. He has done an amazing job and would recommend their services especially Cody who works extremely hard to meet your needs.

Every single time i went to the office over the past two years, the staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The property is always clean. I had zero issues during my time with the Vintage Park facility.

This storage facility is the best! The buildings and units are very clean, and the security system is A+. The best part is the customer service- Missy, Brooke, and Cody are so friendly, professional and do everything they can to help the customers. I highly recommend them!

I was in awe when I walked in to this facility. I am came from California and I have never seen a storage facility like this one. The main office is big with display of moving boxes and supplies. All nicely layout and organized. What I really liked about Amazing Spaces is that they have a display of unit size inside the main office which is very cool.

You are able check out the unit inside the main office instead of walking to the unit outside in the facility. As for the employees. Eva and Taylor, they greeted us right away when we walked in and were very friendly, helpful and cheerful. You could not have asked for better service. Great place! I only wish California could have a storage store like this one. Thank you Eva and Taylor for everything.

The customer service was amazing, and the storages are always great. The person who attended us, Jackie Middleton, was very polite and sweet. She speaks both English and Spanish so that everyone there understands everything. She is very helpful and warm towards us. Amazing spaces also has a great staff and facility. I would absolutely recommend Amazing Spaces to everyone I know.

Stopped by for a few boxes as I am preparing for a move and saw that this location sells boxes, I wasn't expecting much in terms of customer service since I was only needing to buy a few boxes. However, Eva was an excellent sales representative and was very knowledgeable about her products! The atmosphere is inviting and cozy and they try their best to get to know their customers rather than just up-sell you products or services you don't need. Overall, I had a great experience and I will recommend this location to anyone and everyone. Thank you Eva!

I want to thank Eva Molina for her great and awesome customer service yesterday at the location on West Rd. I had very bad experiences at other locations in the area especially Public Storage with customer service but yesterday Eva was very helpful and sweet. Greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Prices were in my budget. Place is very clean.

She was very courteous and knowledgeable of what I was looking for. With excellent customer service I would definitely recommend Amazing Spaces to family and friends. Great job Eva!

Don't think there is any better way to run a business, not only is the staff freaking amazing and have such great attitudes ( especially Taylor and Eva) but the amenities they offer is nuts! I walked away feeling so great about my purchase I couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you so much amazing Spaces Storage Centers and a very special thank you to Taylor and Eva.

I decided to rent a space here since the reviews were good. But one I thing I didn't expect was the amazing customer service. First off, Eva waited for us til we arrived which was past closing. I would have thought that we'd be rushing through the process but she did a phenomenal job getting us through the paperwork and providing detailed instructions on how to use the facility.

She took her time ensuring that we were highly accommodated. After we were done with our "orientation" we started unloading our stuff. Eva went out of her way to find us carts to help us move our stuff. I wasn't expecting that since it was already past closing. I would highly recommend this facility. This is my first time renting a unit for storage and after my initial visit, I felt confident that I chose the right storage facility. Although it is much farther from where I would have wanted to rent, this was definitely worth the trip with top notch service! Thanks Eva for being so awesome!

We used Amazing Spaces for 2 weeks in between house moves. Phenomenal facility. Matt was extremely helpful in providing multiple units near each other so that it would be easier to store our furniture. Extremely clean and very secure. Matt was very hospitable every time I was there. There was a 2 hour period where the movers were putting furniture into the units.

The place has a conference room where I was able to do work on my laptop while drinking coffee and eating a snack. Overall, some of the best customer service I've experienced.

Matt did a great job making sure we had all we needed for our move. We were greeted and helped promptly upon arriving, our rental truck was ready for us, and he was extremely helpful in assisting with getting the right packing supplies. From walking in the door to driving off, the whole process was quick and easy. Very clean facility and it appears that the storage environment would be similar.

We shopped around for different storage facilities and decided on Amazing Spaces because of their cleanliness and security. We've had other units with different companies but the gated entrance and cameras were an added comfort. The staff was always very pleasant and personable. They also have a wide variety of boxes and general packing and shipping supplies.
