Stacy is a ROCK STAR! She helped us get everything moved in quickly and was very nice to work with! The facilities are very Awesome and they actually keep the temperature around 75 degrees which was a change from other "climate controlled" places we have rented. We actually had a glass shatter in another storage (not strongbox) because it was so hot in the facility. They have carts for everyone's use, great big elevators, and electric doors to make moving easy. The facility was top notch and very clean.

Amazing customer service! Ms. Stacey made sure to give me the best rate possible, and she even made sure my unit was convenient with close access to the elevator. Any questions I had, she gave me an immediate answer to. She recognized us by name at all times, and made sure our experience was as pleasant as possible. There were many storage units in the area, but I would choose Strongbox again and again-without hesitation!

I can't recommend Strongbox Self Storage enough! The environment and service is head and shoulders above our prior experiences with storage companies in the Birmingham area. Staff is wonderful to work with and the prices and service are so much better. I just wish I'd moved my storage to Strongbox earlier.
