I saw on an independent rating that Allied (with Olympian) rated highest in customer service. I fully agree with this highest rating. Everyone I dealt with was forth-coming and clear. They told the whole story of what was happening and what it would cost. I never had a problem reaching them and most of the time one of their agents was calling me, sometimes the day ahead to check on how their partners were doing. This is an organization of top-notch people.

Communication is key in anything we do today. Nobody likes to be left in the dark or be surprised by hidden costs and extras. With Olypian the communication was excellent! From the initial visit (Mike) and estimate to the unloading at our destination we were constantly updated on pickup and delivery details (Aurelia). Our driver (Carl) of the transport also kept us informed as to his schedule. Overall great experience moving over 2200 miles across the USA! Would highly recommend this team!

From the first phone call the communication was great! The quote was accurate and they honored it even though we went over a little. The packers did a fantastic job and took great care to make sure everything was packed so it would not break scratch or crack. The movers did a great job as well on both ends of the move. We've used this company once before and are very happy to use them again. I highly recommend them!

They took extraordinary care with our belongings. The packers were fast and thorough. Best moving experience ever.

They are awesome. Dave Silliman helped me in every way he could. At closing on Saturday he let me drop my trailer in there gated lot. Even let me check out the shipment. Today came my truck had to go in shop he got my trailer pulled forward so I can load and parked in a safe spot until my repair are finished on my truck. DAVE YOU EVER NEED A FAVOR REACH OUT BUD.

Would never use Allied again! Poorly coordinated Boxes are missing- no way to know this originally because when they are delivering impossible to keep track Expensive art piece destroyed Expensive coffee make broken/ lamp broken Some items not packed in a logical manner Making it difficult to find certain items- electrical cords missing from a lamp making it useless First day 2 packers showed up, next day only 1 for a large house Loaders we're efficient and very nice;unloading crew did a good job. 3rd party people on both ends were very good While delivery was in their time frame, the loading was complete on Thursday and truck didn't leave till Monday.

The truck arrived Wed but was not delivered till Friday Waiting to hear how our claims will be treated Feel I was never explained there process beforehand -packers/loaders/drivers/unloaders all different people

Olympian's bid was considerably lower than the others. The process was very smooth - everyone was friendly and courteous. From coordinator to driver and crew(s) - we are completely satisfied. The crews were a delight, and really put us at ease. JR, Daniel, Aurelia, and Mike Tuttle all get high marks for super service. Thank you!

The driver of the van was super! There were 3 ladies packing my things. They were packed very well. I found no damage to anything. This was a 2,000 mile move. Allies is an old company and still a great value on the moving arena. I would use them again if I needed to move. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a moving company.

Broke my stuff, lost some stuff, left other peoples' stuff at my house. Completely disassembled office furniture and then lost all the assembly hardware, completely disassembled wrought iron and wood breakfast table, and again lost all assembly hardware! Driver had my wife sign a form without reading it, and we later looked at our copy, and he had rated HIMSELF "excellent" in every category.kinda dishonest, don't you think? I wouldn't let Olympian move my doghouse. Enough said?

The team of J Ventura and Jose were fantastic! They did the packing and the unpacking in an efficient, careful, and very friendly way. The communication with Mike Tuttle was always quick and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I do recommend this moving company. They do need to be better at communicating the form and time of payment better though.
