Don't walk run away from this company! I don't have enough space to type all of the things they did but from packing our furniture without blankets/pads because they didn't bring enough, smoking while loading our stuff, showing up 8 hours late, losing boxes, missing property out of other boxes and causing over $10K in damages. They left our stuff outside our home and said they were coming back the next morning but didn't till three days later.
They even forged paperwork. I wouldn't trust them to pick up my trash let alone anything I want to keep. If you get assigned this company refuse. You'll be saving yourself the stress of dealing with a trash company that doesn't care about their customers!

Everyone at Daniels was amazing to work with from Teresa who was our first contact to Becka who followed up on the move and I can't say enough about the crew that loaded and unloaded our household Lupe Martinez the driver A Camacho, Jason Taylor and last but not least Mike Infante they all did a amazing job showed up on time both to load and unload very cautious with our belongings great people to work with would highly recommend using Daniels can't say enough about the whole team they all knocked it out of the park thanks everyone

We had Daniel's moving company assigned to us for our military move overseas. Jason and Fabiano came to our house Friday morning on time and extremely professional. They brought all their moving materials and got to work right away. Our stuff was handled with complete care and consideration of the long move. Jason said "I treat every item like it's $1 million".
Everything was packed up and not a thing was scratched or broken, I have full faith that our stuff will make it overseas. Then Jason and Fabiano came back on Monday to brown paper wrapped every item I owned and packed it in the shipping boxes. The time and attention to detail that these two took were impressive. You can tell that their years of moving experience came in handy, they did not cut corners and they treated our stuff like it was theirs. If you can request Jason and Fabiano, do it! Thankful for such a quick and easy moving process!

Juan, Ernesto and Jason are the bomb! Super professional and great at their job but so much more than that! So courteous and accommodating during every aspect of our move. They took special care to make sure nothing was damaged or scratched and then placed exactly where I wanted it. Even when I changed my mind they accommodated me As everyone knows a move can be incredibly stressful but these guys definitely took a lot of the angst out of it.
Super great movers but also really good guys! Whoever does the hiring at Daniels is a definite keeper! Every single person I dealt with was a pleasure, knowledgeable and helpful. From the organization of the move working with Becca in the office to working with this team of great guys it is all been absolutely wonderful experience! I hired Daniel's to pack all the contents of my 3-bedroom house & move them across the country. The packers were FANTASTIC! The office staff were really friendly & kept me appraised of things. It was such an easy move! All of my belongings were labeled with stickers & when things were being unloaded from the truck at my destination, everything was there. I highly recommend this company.

Mark and Ernesto helped pack my dad's apartment in Phoenix and move to Tucson all in one day. They were communicative, efficient, and we ended up coming in under the estimate. A great team to work with. All team members involved in the move from creating the estimate to conducing the move were communicative and very professional. Much appreciated

I had a complicated move. From our home to storage and then cross country. Communication was great between myself and the movers. They kept me informed of every update or change. All of the crews that took part in the move were great. All were professional and as I said both moves were as good as it gets. Had some minor furniture damage but nothing major. To be expected when the furniture is handled 4 times. Would recommend them to anyone. Am quite satisfied.

Very disappointed. Jeano Sevard was my relocation agent. I told him was moving from Tucson to Wichita Kansas and he advised me that my delivery would be on the date I wanted or 3 days after. Not True! He was very misleading! The movers loaded my furniture on Sept 21 and my belongings will be delivered Oct 3rd! I was told of the change of delivery after the movers had loaded my furniture onto their truck.
I immediately contacted Jeano and he gives me a story that they are getting back logged from government transfers due to the floods but he would expedite my delivery. Ha ha ha I'm praying that my furniture will not be damaged!

Daniels loaded our stuff in Tucson on 7/29 for delivery in Oregon sometime between 8/2-8/9. I should mention that the price quoted to us by their estimator was way off. She estimated that our load would weight over 11,000 lbs when it actually was closer to 7,500 lbs. Wow! When we contacted their office after our arrival in Oregon on 8/1 to check on our delivery date, they promised that they would talk to their driver & get back to us.
We never heard back from them. So 3 days later we tried them again, only to be told that they did not know where the driver & truck were, because they had lost contact with him. This went on for nearly two weeks! On the 15th of August, they admitted that they couldn't even tell me what state the truck was in. Are you kidding me? The truck finally showed up on 8/18, with only the driver & 1 assistant to unload.
So I spent 7 hours helping to unload my own truck, which is ridiculous. No surprise, several completely demolished items. In my opinion, there is no excuse for not staying in touch with your customers & returning phone calls. The moving industry is certainly in a lot of trouble right now, but I certainly hope that there are other companies out there that are more professional than these guys. Buyer beware.

We were looking to move from Tucson to Houston and came across Daniel's, the local Tucson company representing Atlas, the national moving company. Gino, the representative was able to come to our apartment quickly to give us a quote. He was honest with us in saying that moving with them would take around a week and we would have other folks' things in the van with ours.
Because of this he told us about their partnership with A&L Transport, a local Tucson moving company who could move our things only, and would only take a couple days. The problem was, it took him days to reach out to A&L; we tried to call Gino and ask what the progress was but we didn't hear back for almost a week. We also called A&L ourselves and a couple days later we heard from them and started working with Adrian. From that point A&L was great and responsive and did a great job with our stuff. Just took a while to get whole process going. Still thankful to Gino for recommending A&L.

Let me start by saying I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled to write one about this company to hopefully prevent someone else from having the same terrible moving experience we did. I contacted Daniel's Moving on the advice of a friend for our move from Tucson to Phoenix. The estimator, Geano, was very friendly when he came to the house to give us our quote, but it turned out that everything he had assured me of was false. Luckily I called to confirm my moving date because they had the wrong date listed on their paperwork.
I would have expected a moving company to call and confirm the date with a customer. Fortunately I had the paperwork listing my moving date so they had to honor it. Granted, Geano and I had discussed two dates initially, but I had called and confirmed the actual date with him once it was decided. I was very disappointed on moving day to find out that Geano's reassurances during his visit to our home were false. First, I asked Geano if the company had experience moving pianos, and he said they "moved them all the time". Well, our particular moving crew stated they had never seen a piano like ours (a popular baby grand model) and it took them several hours, phone calls, and a visit from Geano himself on moving day, to disassemble it. Secondly, I asked Geano when he came for our estimate how they packed big screen TVs ( we have a 55 inch flat screen).
He answered "very carefully". When we arrived at the new home, the TV had a half inch dent in the crystal and the picture consisted of a few rainbow colored lines. It was ruined and beyond repair. I asked the movers how it had happened, and one of them started to say to another one, "I told you that would happen.", to which another mover answered, "Shhhh." Right then, I knew something had happened. Turns out they had only padded the screen with one thin blanket.
I never would have let Daniel's move our piano and TV if Geano hadn't been so reassuring. I guess I was naive to put my trust in a well recommended moving company. There are so many other things that went wrong on moving day. The three movers took a 10-15 minute break every time they took a load out to the truck. When they were loading our bikes and the kids' toys, they took the opportunity to ride the bikes around the yard and play with the Nerf guns.
One of the movers was on his cell phone about half the day and moved our possessions while talking on the phone with it tucked into his shoulder. This same mover asked for a drink of water which I provided, yet he never returned the glass. In addition, after lunch I dished up bowls of ice cream for the three movers and they didn't return my dishes or spoons.
After they finally left for the day, I realized that the carpets that I had freshly cleaned for selling our home had been tracked with streaks of black dirt. I was never offered the option of putting down protection on the carpet, which I insisted on the next day. Moving day was equally as stressful. The movers argued with each other and new movers showed up randomly during the day.
At the end of the day (Saturday), I was told that adjustments were being made to my bill but that I couldn't be told what they were until Monday. I was also told by Geano that they were not responsible for the TV damage even though they had packed it themselves. On Monday I was told that I would be charged more than my estimate, although Geano had assured me that I would not be charged more than the quote he provided. I proceeded to contact his manager, who removed the extra charges. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.

I used daniels for 2 local moves and 2 interstate moves and stored my things with them for 8 years. The customer service is the worst! They don't treat their customers with any common courtesy or respect. The claim manager, Vickie is the most toxic rude person you could ever have the misfortune to interact with. It took 4 months to get a claim check for a minimal amount!
My local moves were totally mishandled and I had many items broken over the several moves. When they do hire quality people, they do not last long. I'm so glad to no longer do business with them! There is obviously something wrong in the management of this company to not recognize the value of the customer. I spent a huge amount of money with this company and they treated me like garbage. Use another service, daniels will not value you or your business.

I hired Daniels in Tucson for a Dec. 1, 2015, cross-town move after receiving a glowing recommendation from a friend who had used them. From the first step, with estimator Teresa coming to my place, to the final item unwrapped in my new place, everything went well and as promised. Lissette, in the back office, was so helpful, too. On top of that, Daniel's prices were more than fair.
Would I use them again? Absolutely? Would I recommend them? I already have. For what it's worth, I am retired, have used movers several times over my lifetime to move nice things, and I found Daniel's to be right up there with the best of them. Steve Dibble

Think twice before you have Daniel's move you. This is not the complete list but just some of the problems that I had: - The movers took over 13 hours to pack my house. They sent only 2 packers and refused to send more even though I called the office several time. -They failed to pack 2 closets and several dressers so we had to do it the next day. - They tried to charge me extra to crate a statue even though the cost had been included in their quote. - After we unpacked the boxes, we noticed that they had packed the bolts for my dining room table in an unmarked box that was full of completely unrelated items.
It took me two weeks to find them. - One of my chests was broken when it arrived because they had not removed the contents from the drawers and it was so heavy that it broke in half. So basically, nothing went right. Please do not choose to move with these guys.
