Box-n-Go/My Moving Guys saved the day! Frank, the person I spoke to on the phone, was courteous, professional, and organized! Due to my situation, he had me booked and scheduled for two of his movers and their truck to help me move in less than 30 minutes. Paperwork signed and everything! There is a minimum of 4 hours to pay for. It sounded reasonable since my boyfriend and I were moving about 20 miles more west.

The movers arrived on time and were both so friendly. A big shoutout to Sal and Henry for helping my boyfriend and I move so quickly, efficiently and for keeping our furniture safe. We were SO fortunate and SO grateful to have found Frank last minute. I definitely recommend them for any moving purposes! If you want to know about my situation, keep reading.

After booking another moving company 3 weeks in advance, on the day of my scheduled moving day, the other movers canceled! I couldn't believe my ears when I heard this. However, my boyfriend and I had already scheduled this on our calendar, we knew we had to move nonetheless. After scouring and calling a few movers for "same day service" (and finding out they don't do same day service even though their website said so), I was SO lucky to have found Frank at Box-n-Go Storage and Moving.

Let me tell you - after I called and called different moving companies, when I immediately spoke to Frank, I knew he was an honest man behind the phone who kept their promises. Thank you again to Frank's team for helping me move. I can't thank you enough!

This was an amazing experience! Sal and jimmy came on two different occasions and both guys were quick, kind, and professional! Frank was great to work with on the phone and very accommodating. I spoke with the owner to start a box n go storage account. Stan mentioned how easy and honest it would be to go with their storage service. He went thru all details except for one which is very important. After I paid him he continues to with hold information does not mention about a 200 fee they will charge to bring your items to your new apartments to get the items on.so if u want to get anything out of your storage u would need to drive 45 minutes to down town and would have booked the visit online u can't call in and ask to be let into your storage.

There are hundreds of other sites to rent storage from that won't charge u a 200 fee to get into your unit nor force u to drive hella far to avoid a fee this location is disgusting and u won't be happy dealing with these people.

Frank and his guys have been so helpful. Very responsive. Easy to work with and always so kind to help accommodate what we need. Our move ended up being more than we had planned, but they were so accommodating and have taken great care of all of our things in storage as well. A joy to work with. Taking the headache out of moving Will definitely use again.

I've always used box-n-go for my storage but recently I find their service to be unsatisfactory especially handling my auto payments. Auto payments should mean consistency but instead charges varies I have charges one month $118, another $168, then $66 another $120 and another $143. So I decided to change storage facility nearby for the size of the two storage I had with box-n-go for a lot less.

For $90 I have access to my stuff 7 days a week without the crazy delivery fee box-n-go charges of $170 and I don't have to call everyday for an entire week to get an answer to the inconsistency of charges. Last week I called box-n-go to pickup the empty unit and would you know they scheduled the pickup the end of the week Friday, the same day my autopay kicked in so I called them to inquire why my account was charged when they are picking up an empty box.

I was told that it was the autopay but once the unit is pickup it would be refunded back and when I asked if the whole amount would be refunded back I got a reply "yes!" Today, 5/22/2021 I check my account and was only refunded $137.58 not the full amount. Unless you have money to waste, I do not recommend box-n-go. It's not worth the money and headache!

I was helping a neighbor move a 4 bedroom house. They had to be out on Friday and on the Tuesday of that week they asked for my help. I called Box-N-Go and they were able to arrange 4 pods arriving on Wednesday, have a 3-man crew pack the 4 pods and a 26' Uhaul over 2 days, and got them out of the house in time. AMAZING! They were total heroes and I would highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service. Never mentioned a minimum then they proceeded to charge me about 500$ for two hours of work (260 value) Rip off and the manager will never get back to you. Save your money.

I was calling around looking for storage places for my move on March 13th. First I dealt with Stan K, who answered all my questions, and also told me they could do the entire move for me which was great! My move was scheduled for Saturday morning between 8 and 9 AM. The movers did not show up until 10:15, which was kind of a pain, being I was paying for a dog sitter for the day/night.

They did a good job of moving everything out of my tri level town home. I labeled everything that was for storage and what was going to my new house. I did have some issues with their arrival to my new place, but I called Stan T on Monday and he took care of it. Their price for month to month storage was cheaper than other places, only drawback is it is downtown LA.

They will redeliver your storage container and pick it up for 200.00 which seems fair. All in all I spent more than I was expecting as I packed and used all my own boxes, and helped unpack the truck at the new spot. Both Stan's were nice to deal with and my movers were efficient. Would most likely use them again in the future. I tipped the movers with what I could, and supplied bottled water. Take care of your movers people. :

Frank was a star - when I was in a bind he went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. I am very grateful for his excellent assistance.

I was out of state and had to move out of my apartment in LA without physically being there, due to the pandemic. Managing this adventure from 1000 miles away was stressful, but Frank took really good care of me and was extremely patient as I barraged him with questions. The movers did a great job packing and loading all of my stuff in a timely manner, and the whole operation went smoothly. Box-n-Go was by far the best option in my situation, and I can relax now knowing that everything is safely stored until I return to LA. HIGHLY recommend.

They offer the great customer service of a small business! Very quick responses via text and email. Accommodating during the Covid-19 chaos, which I really appreciate.

We used BoxnGo a few years ago for deep storage. We were so happy with the experience, that we decided to use them again. I am glad that we did. Frank was very helpful on the phone and the delivery and pick-up of the boxes worked out perfectly. We had very limited space on the alley next to our house, so only two boxes were delivered at a time. Once the first two boxes were filled, they were removed and two other boxes were dropped out.

We were very thankful because this kept the alley as open as possible. The movers, Gabriel & Angel were great to work with. They worked efficiently and carefully as they quickly loaded our furniture and personal belongings into the storage boxes. They made it work. We highly recommend BoxnGo for storage and our moving experience.

Box-n-Go has been amazing to us over two separate experiences in the last few months. Both times, they were able to get my pods to me much faster than any other company and both times they have been super accommodating to my always changing schedule. This week they've even arranged to bring me two pods on less than 24 hour notice. They are easy to reach, answering emails and texts, and that has also been a big bonus for us. Highly recommend!

The courteous and considerate assistance provided by agents Frank and Stan was indeed outstanding customer service. Any concerns or questions were addressed thoughtfully and professionally. I can say my experience with having to have pods delivered and picked up for storage and to have the pods returned to retrieve my items was excellent. Simply put Box-N-Go lives up to its name and I am very happy with the service it provided. Big shout out again to Stan and Frank for taking care of all my customer needs.

I ordered my box online only one day before I needed them to bring it and Frank made sure that I had my delivery and a discount. I had a question about my bill Frank was able to explain everything. I would definitely use the service again in the future.

I have compared the price of several companies and Box-n-Go is the cheapest. Their customer service is pretty good and they have their work done fast. I ordered the loading unloading service as well. Luis did a very good job. The price is very fair. I also had no problem getting a receipt for reimbursement. They could get busy during the summer and holiday time and it's better to schedule box delivery or pick up early on.

We had been using Box N Go a couple of months already and they were very convenient and easy to use. Customer service was great. They will answer all your questions and help you with your needs, especially in packing and moving your things. Good job Box N Go.

It's not easy to find a right service that will give you moving satisfaction. I've dealt with many moving companies in the past, but none of them surpassing my expectations. Some of them are just collecting tons of money. Yes, their move was really fast, but some of my things were damaged, and it charged me more stress and headache problems and also some attempt to nickel and dime you.

I'm so glad that finally found a reliable company that will give satisfaction to my moving experience. The crews are on time, prompt and handled all of my valuable things, like it was their own. All of my items arrived safely; nothing was damaged or broken. I'm so impressed that they volunteered to help me to arrange all of my things and before they left, they cleaned their mess.

Warning: Do not trust what this company promises you! Moving out of state can be very stressful so finding the right company to help you is very important. This company failed on every level. They promised us that they would deliver the containers to our house and that their movers would load them and take them back to their facility on the same day.

They also said that they would be able to ship our containers to Austin TX for us no problem. The day before our move we received a call informing us that their movers were not going to be available anymore. They said the containers can however still be delivered to our house and picked up on the same day and can still be shipped to Texas. This left us scrambling to find movers at the last minute.

On the day of our move our containers were dropped off on time. We were supposed to have the containers until 3pm. The driver must of wanted to make it an early day because he continued to call and to check when we would be done loading them throughout the day. Their head office even called and tried to have the containers picked up 2 days later which would of been impossible since we had to vacate the property on our moving day.

We finished loading the containers by 3 and off they went to the Box n Go warehouse. When it was time to plan the ship date with Box n Go, we called and emailed multiple times. Their response was always that they would have their long distance shipping coordinator reach out to us. This back and forth business went on with them for 2 weeks and we still never received a call from anyone to schedule the shipping date.

We got fed up waiting and had to hire movers to drive to their warehouse to retrieve our belongings and then drive them to Texas for us. I called Box n Go after our movers were done unloading the containers and this was the only time that they informed me that they didn't have anyone in Austin that would be able to deliver the containers to us! This company canceled their movers on us the day before our move and failed to deliver our loaded containers to us as promised.

Great Service, so professional! They were focused and got the work done in a timely manner. Our things were handled everything with care. Definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to hire movers.

I would definitely use this moving company again for future moves. It was my first time to use this moving company and they were amazing to work with. They were very hard working and work so professional. - Work extremely fast and efficiently, and took great care of all of my things, making sure they were wrapped and packaged properly as to avoid any damage during the move.

Their pricing was very reasonable and well worth the quality of their work. Personally, I really hate process of packing and moving, but this crew is extremely friendly and made the move very pleasant and painless. Also, they were very accommodating to me, even though I called them last minute before I needed to move.
