Very clean and well lit. Victoria was the absolute best - so kind and thorough. She made a stressful situation so much better with her warmth and professionalism. It's only been a few days at Price Self Storage, and I hope it is always this smooth and easy.

The property manager Victoria was super friendly and very helpful. She made the leasing process seamless and was able to secure just the right unit we were looking for. The facility is spacious and clean. Pricing was also very competitive to other companies in our area. We plan to move 2 10' X 10' units that we have at another Storage company to Price in the next few months because of the positive experience we have had.

The folks that I dealt with Jessica and kaleb at The Morena Boulevard location were truly outstanding it's a very complicated facility where you can drive up to your locker or you can walk for miles and so they understood my needs and matched a well-located locker without a hassle the facility is quite remarkably large as is Costco and the Harley-Davidson dealership next to it so it's remarkably safe for the secure and these two employees should be commended on their knowledge

I was after surgery and needed a storage. I called and booked a unit. On the day of moving I had to cancel my booking, I needed more time. Although the contract says no refund unless 2 weeks notification ahead, they understood my situation and managed to fully refund me. I will definitely keep them as my future storage company. Honest and professional team with great service. Thank you.

Just upgraded me unit and everyone was helpful and professional. The storage facility is always clean. The security feature to get into the storage area is great!

The other high ratings for Price Self Storage are well-deserved! I needed a medium-space and reserved it online, with an easy backup phone call to confirm. The rental process does require some time, but that is true of all self storage facilities, and the Price staff was helpful, friendly and quick!

Four STARS because my unit is 20% smaller than advertised! I would give three stars except I really like the people working here. They are very professional and helpful with a good attitude. Overall, the place is very clean and now that they implemented the new security system with the bathroom, more times than not, it is clean. The spaces are lit fairly well, and overall the other tenants seem to be responsible.

Parking can be cramped at times, but I suppose this is to be expected. The main reason I only give 4 stars( should be 3 ) is the size of the units are NOT the advertised size. IT DOES SAY IN THE CONTRACT THESE ARE APPROXIMATE SIZES. My 10x5 feet unit which should be 50 square feet, the actual size is only 9x4.5 which is about 40 square feet, a discrepancy of 10 square feet or 20% short!

This shortage is way way too much in my estimation and i feel I am due back the say $50 a month or so they appear to be overcharging me based on the square foot approximate charges. TAKE A TAPE MEASURE

My experience so far with Price Self Storage has been excellent. I really appreciated Cindy who helped me through the process of signing the necessary contracts, access codes for entry and for showing me the unit that I had rented. The facility is huge yet very clean and well organized. The location of this facility is great for me due to the close proximity to my house and access to the freeway.

I needed a storage unit due to a short escrow & I wildly underestimated the size I needed. I had to go back not once but twice to upgrade the size of my unit & both times the manager, Jayla, was kind & helpful. Moving is super stressful & Jayla & price storage made it easier! Thank you so much Jayla & I will be a price storage customer for life for sure!

They pull clients in with a great deal, but then they increase their rates frequently. I started in Jan 2019 paying $124 and left at the end of Oct at paying $147. There was a long walk to my storage unit. Security gates were not always locked. I went 4/5 times in a month and every time I arrived, the security gate was open. Staff claimed it was a computer glitch.

No garbage cans anywhere to throw garbage and very noisy. I asked to speak to a property manager and was told someone would call me back but no one ever called. I asked where corporate office was located and they said any complaints had to start with the property manager. So nothing was done. My experience at Price Self Storage on Morena Blvd.

Nice storage place, been here too long storing unneeded stuff, lol. My hero here is Jayla, wow she has helped me out numerous times and I'm always completely happy. Definitely on the pricier side, but your stuff is hermetically sealed in most of the units: constant temperature, very little dust, never seen a spider or bug. The squealing recording of a bird of prey echoing in here (to discourage small birds inside) is something to be experienced, you could film a great horror movie in here. Other managers in the past have also been great, Ashlee, etc. Thank you Jayla and staff!

The reason I can give a positive review is due to the Manager Lizabeth Gallegos. As a relatively new manager she has really made a difference in the facility. All the local staff are really very pleasant. As far a senior management is concerned they are interested in one thing and one thing only.raising the rent every six months. Also the one time I was late the fee was staggering. I am surprised it is even legal in California.

This place keeps banker's hours. Open from 7am to 7pm. You would expect to have access after work, but I guess not. How much more could it possibly cost to keep the place open 24 hours a day? Place was clean and we'll maintained. Interior hallway lights are motion activated. Not climate controlled though. Guess it gets pretty hot in there in the summer.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff and management, easy to get in and out, I never felt that my belongings were in danger of being either damaged or stolen. I just cleared out my space because we didn't need it anymore but we'll definitely use them again if needed.

This place screams shady. After sending a message through Craiglist to inquire about their locations close to my area (I identified 3) I didn't receive any information relative to my inquiry, I received an email asking for my email address and telephone number, so that the person copied on the email could reply. One, is that what you consider customer service? Two, why would I give up my contact information to a company that engages in what appear to be shady "marketing" practices?

That person, who identified herself as a "marketing manager" never identified the company she was working for, even when asked directly. I had to go back through craigslist and check all the ads to see which one her reply had been generated through. Do yourself a favor and avoid Price Self Storage. The same "marketing manager" that is urging the public to visit their website rather than get questions answered through the craigslist ads she regularly posts. #poorcustomerservice

Chris was very helpful in adjusting my reservation to fit all my boxes. He was kind, friendly, and polite and made my experience a little less stressful after a long 12 hour day of packing and moving. Thanks, Chris!

I just opened a letter from this storage facility I did not the full balance on my account and my account is delinquent and I owe $.00. And of not taken action will be taken. seriously they need to review account before sending out these notices.

Had a great experience with these guys. Only needed to rent my unit for 3 months but couldn't be more pleased. And the customer service was fantastic!

Ashlee and Raelene are AWESOME! The most helpful, accommodating and truly delightful! They have gone over and above to assist me and are excellent at what they do!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. After moving in they immediately begin raising the price on you, averaging a $10/month increase every few months. They figure it's a bigger hassle to move all your stuff again, but it's no way to earn loyalty from long-time customers. If you don't get an enclosed storage unit, be sure to put a tarp over your belongings.

When I unpacked everything I found all my stuff covered in bird feces, feathers and broken egg shells. Absolutely disgusting. And don't forget to give them 15 days advance notice when you're planning to leave or else they gouge you for that as well. This is a horrible business that I will not utilize ever again.

Krista and Ashley are amazing! they have been so helpful all weekend. We were down to the wire getting everything out and they have been nothing short of kind and helpful. highly recommended!

Went in today to rent a storage unit. Luke was very helpful in helping me pick the storage size I needed. He showed me to several different sizes so I could get the feel of each one and to make sure the unit could accommodate my belongings. Luke & Crystal gave me a great deal on the unit I selected and their customer services was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this place to others and they even offer truck service to pick your things up and bring them to the storage center for you.

We have been renting a storage unit here for the last 3 years and we called in regards to upgrading our storage unit. Ashlee was great! We spoke to her several times over the phone and she was patient and explained all the options. We came in today to move units and pay a year up front. We have dealt with people in the office here over the last couple years but she has been the best!

Dear Linda and Kelley at Price Self Storage, Thank you for stepping up and offering to refund a month on both of my storage units. It is a good company that admits fault and steps up to fix it. I trust when you say you are fixing your bird problems at the Morena facility. I think it is a good decision to replace management that did not respond to customers' concerns. Don't let this place fool you; it's super-duper spacious inside, and brody was I lost. Moved crates of documents into storage unit for my company, so that was a good workout. Spice is the variety of life. Did most of my moving in the morning, but even then it was quite creepy being alone in a storage facility.

This is by far the best storage place in town, from customer service to cleanliness. The staff is the most helpful and truly listens to the customer's needs. Both Jim and Chris were very welcoming. If you need a place to store your stuff this is not just convenient but you won't find a friendlier crew than those working there. Thank you for always taking care of me and my family's needs.
