We had this team, which 'specializes' in moving pianos, pick up a gently used baby grand to transport from Phoenix to our home in Gilbert. They dropped our piano. It was even mentioned that they were glad I was there to give them a hand if they needed. The piano was chipped as well as legs. It is now almost two months later- and the damage hasn't been fixed - - after a collective 15+ calls and emails.

As the piano need regulating after being dropped, our kids have not been able to play on it as intended for the last two months. They keep passing the buck between who on the team is calling the shots. Maybe they'll see this, maybe they wont. Either way, next step is to contact BBB and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors/The Corporation Commission. 2 months is BEYOOOOOND patient.

I had used classic before to move furniture within my home so Iwhen I moved from one home to another, I wanted to give them my business. They arrived on time but one of the movers was in such a rush, that he was overstacking boxes on the dolly and the top boxes kept dropping on the floor. With no apology, he'd pick them up, ignore me when I mentioned it, and walk away.

As a result, I had many broken items. They damaged my coffee table and once I had unpacked my entire home and triple checked everything, boxes were missing. One of the boxes had breakable items such as a large vase and I can only guess that they broke it and disposed of it. Sadly, they lost collectible items that are difficult to replace. I showed them some of the damaged items, sent pictures, and they did nothing. They also turned a one day move into two days. A word of caution when using this mover. Your quality will depend on which movers you get but it is not worth the risk.

We had John and Brandon, brothers with classic moving and we were very happy with the time and care that they took with our furniture. We moved into a brand new house and not a scratch or dent anywhere! Thank you again for the professional service and the enjoyable personable move!

Classic Delivery is a top notch company with professional, dedicated and friendly employees. They moved us from one residence to another. They showed up on time and worked hard to get us moved as quickly as possible. They also took great lengths to protect our possessions to prevent any type of damage. The movers were very friendly and took pride om their work.
