We had a local move in Indianapolis and Brandon & crew were FANTASTIC! We moved from a two bed townhome with tons of stairs to a house and they were quick & efficient without compromising the quality of our move. The entire day with them was only 6 hours long, and they did that without damaging any of our belongings. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Do not use this company! The only thing honest/professional about the company was the guy who did the quote. The crew supervisor really tried his best, but the crew was rough and not experienced. As I noticed damage to items as the movers were setting furniture in rooms, they crew was argumentative and told me the items were already damaged before they moved them.
They are supposed to take pictures of any damage they notice before they move items and there were no pictures of the items having damage before they moved them and damaged them. The supervisor agreed that damage was caused to items and took pictures to turn in to the company. Many items were damaged, and they sent an inspector out to assess the damage.
The inspector repaired chips/gouges in multiple furniture pieces and agreed that one household item was too damaged and needed replaced. The company only agreed to reimburse me a discounted amount (they said they found it online for that price) for replacement of that item that I was unable to locate it anywhere for that price. The inspector asked me if the leather upholstery on a bed that was damaged was wrapped in a furniture pad before wrapped in plastic wrap (it had not been).
He indicated that the damage was not normal wear and told me he was not sure how the company would handle reimbursement/repair of the bed. I researched having the bed reupholstered and submitted the information to Hogan and received a letter that they believe the bed was damaged due to normal wear and that they would not be providing ANY reimbursement.
I informed them that the inspector told me the movers packaged it incorrectly for moving and caused the damage and they said they didn't agree. I also noticed (after the time allotted to report a claim) that a bag of bed pillows was missing. Not sure if anything else is missing, only noticed the pillows missing when I went in search of them. VERY disappointed. Edited to comment on your "settlement" implication: I was issued a check with a letter stating that I would not receive the amount of the replacement cost (the cost I found was $353) of the Jeep cargo cover you damaged beyond repair but the amount you think fair (I cannot find one for that price $240) and that you do not agree with your own inspector that stated the movers damaged the bed and that I you would not pay for any damages to the bed.
The damaged to the leather on the bed was to the top edges of the upholstery where the movers failed to place a furniture pad over the faux leather before wrapping it tightly in plastic wrap. The inspector told me normal wear would occur where the pillows would come into contact with the upholstery, not along edges and at the top. The letter I received stated cashing the check would mean I would have no further recourse.
I called to discuss what the inspector told me and was told there would not be any changes to the amount offered for damages. My only other option was to sue you. My legal fees would cost more than the $1,503 in damages I sustained. I feel the need to warn others of your shady business practices!

I contacted Joe Hapak about setting up a local move. He responded quickly and was able to help walk me through several different options. He was available at all times and was very accommodating to my schedule for the actual move. Cody Dustin & Mike Were assigned to my move. They were incredible. They completed the job faster than the estimated time, did not damage any property, did not make a mess, and were extremely professional.
It was a pleasure working with those three. Overall- an excellent experience from start to finish. I will use this team again and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Joe Hapak and team!

I was connected with Fritz Lay to do a virtual survey. After walking him through our house I was told he would provide a quote the following day. I never received the quote so I kindly followed up with him the following week after the weekend. I asked him if he was going to provide one and he again stated he would but later that afternoon. The afternoon came and went so I followed up again that evening.
He said he was sorry he couldn't help so after waiting several days for a quote that never came we are now delayed in our efforts to find a proper moving company. Perhaps it's simply an employee issue but needless to say we want be using them again.

My moving experience with Fritz Lay and his group was excellent. They really care about their customers and make sure to deliver everything with great care. I liked the attitude of their movers and how they worked with us both while picking and delivering our stuffs from Indiana to Dallas. Very on time delivery. This was my 5th move with in US and I can easily say that my experience was best with this company. I will highly recommend them to anyone as they keep customer first approach.

I am truly 100% satisfied with Mayflower. My move was extremely emotional, as I left a house I truly loved to go back to IL for family reasons. Not only were the movers sensitive to all of this, but they were extremely careful wrapping each item of furniture & other items. The movers kept their schedules & were extremely punctual. I felt confident with the crew the entire time from IN to IL. I would absolutely hire this company again for future moves & have recommended them to my friends & family. Thank you for everything!
