We are a premiere one stop shop for residential and COMMERCIAL Moves!
All local moves are based on hourly rates with 15 minutes increment charge policy and vary depending on crew size and calendar date. Is based upon the mileage from the origin to the destination, and the cubic footage of your belongings.
We will receive your furniture and inspect the condition. In case of damaged furniture, we will notify you and if required, will submit a claim against the transportation firm on your behalf, supported by pictures. When your clients are ready for delivery, we will contact them to schedule a specific date.
You've got better things to do then pack your house. Your life doesn't have to stop just because you're moving! Carry on with your meetings, soccer practice, and music lessons, and have us take care of the packing. We can pack your home the day before and arrive early the next day to move to your new home.

I decided to use SF moving again for a second move and what a mistake that was. The movers backed into a support pole for my driveway gate and snapped it. The movers let me know they had done it and apologized but said they would fix it before leaving. They did not end up fixing it and just left. I contacted the company to report the issue and Jakub came out to take a look.

He acknowledged they had broken it and committed to fixing it. It has now been 6 months and I've sent 5 emails and left 3 messages and they just completely ghosted me. I also contacted my attorney and still may go through route. I am now stuck with a repair of over $1000 for my gate and fence. I will never use this company again and recommend you also look for other options.

Scratch that highly recommend Was not honest with pricing although Arnas & Logan were amazing, professional and very efficient, person that booked (Gabe) did not explain the price difference after they over booked & changed date Will definitely file complaint with state after reviewing contract with no mention of this & email communication. Strongly advise take your business elsewhere. Update; my niece did file complaint and won was reimbursed.

Awful establishment. One of their drivers rear ended me and gave me expired insurance, didn't have registration for the truck. None of the staff has gotten back to me even though I called many times. So now I get to pay for the damages to my vehicle when they were clearly at fault. A business that pulls stuff like this I wouldn't recommend trusting with handling your personal property.

TL;DR - Movers cracked the television (insufficiently wrapped in couple blankets) and caused significant damage to dining table (after we told them multiple times to pay attention to the corners) - collectively over $1000 of damage. This was the shortest move of my life (and I've move cross-continent and cross-ocean several times). The movers said the company will make it right, and they haven't done anything.

It's been five MONTHS. No integrity or accountability. ** The customer service leading up to the move was fantastic. Gabe was very communicative, responding within a day (most times, hours). The movers on the day of were great - very nice. However, that is where the good part of the review ends. Firstly, one of the movers dropped coffee on our carpet (from the place we were moving) without telling anyone.

We found it later and had to spend some time cleaning the carpet or else we would've been charged extra by the property management company. More importantly, it is quite evident the movers received improper training on handling and transporting materials. One of the two most expensive items we own were damaged - one irreparably. This was a television.

It was only wrapped in a few blankets and obviously not secured on transport (all of 15 minutes to our new place). The television arrived cracked in multiple spots! The other item was a custom-made dining table. We explicitly told the movers to be careful and that the corners were fragile. In fact, we implored them to use as much material as possible to wrap the corners.

We told them to not lay it on its side during the transport. They went against our advice and the corner is ruined. The movers assured me SEVERAL times that the company would replace the television and send a furniture "doctor" to try and repair the corner. They were very apologetic and ultimately they worked hard. Despite the damages, we still offered a tip for the rest of the work. Now, on to the matter of resolving the damages.the move happened on June 3 and no one has followed up with me.

I contacted the move coordinator (Gabe) multiple times only receiving one response shortly after the incident that Jakub (the owner) was on vacation and that he alone "handles" the claims. I've called the company multiples times. The response is always the same - I'm so sorry this happened, I'm expediting your message, someone will return my call.

I've asked to be put on hold while track someone down, "sorry we can't do that." No one has contacted me. I have also emailed at least twice a week with no further communications from the company. There's just no accountability, which is shocking considering the moving company has been around for 14 years. It seems like the movers were only saying what they needed to say to make sure they were paid.

I'm disappointed. I'd like to remain hopeful that the company will do the right thing, but seeing as how I've already paid.it doesn't seem like there'll be enough reputational risk at stake to fix this. I'm more than happy to update this review should the company demonstrate some actual integrity.

Unfortunately I can't recommend Super Friends Moving, nor would I ever use them again. We used them for our move on August 1st from Oakland, CA to Seattle, WA. Immediately upon our belongings being unloaded from the truck we noticed damage to our dining table as well as our nice BBQ. We took photos and let Jakub know immediately. He was somewhat responsive (in writing, which I have saved) stating that they would replace the broken piece to the BBQ, the badly torn BBQ cover, as well as send over a "furniture doctor" soon to look at the dining table.

Fast forward more than 2 months later and we have not received a single response after numerous follow-up emails and calls. Because I have his promise to fix/replace these items in writing, I plan to escalate this. Look for another moving company who is responsive and keeps to their promise.

Update: I did eventually get in touch with them a few days later and the guy said he had been out for a few days and there wasn't anyone else manning the office for the days they were calling. I guess they are a small company that's why. Im updating this to a four stars. My stuff was fine, except for one couch that had two buttons torn off somehow -- They've had my stuff in storage for months and they are refusing to pick up my phone calls, reply to my voice messages or my emails.

I am calling them multiple times a day for the past few days. I asked them if I can have another moving company come get my stuff as they are booked, and they left a voice message that would involve a fee of a 100 dollars! Why? For coming and getting my stuff? And now I've been calling them multiple times a day to ask if I need an appointment for getting my stuff, and they are absolutely refusing to reply on any platform. I am absolutely sick of leaving three voice messages a day. I won't recommend them to anyone.

Recommended by a close friend but ended up being the worst experience for me who has had multiple prior moving experiences. Submitted an request online for an upcoming move in 4 weeks, picked the available date shown, provided detailed information on size of the moving. Conducted (virtual) in-home survey. Two weeks later was told move was suddenly "unavailable".

Multiple calls to clarify were unreturned and only received days later a message repeating the "unavailability". No option to reschedule was given. And I had to scramble for a new mover now with only a 2-week lead time. This is not all. I also ordered moving boxes that never arrived and couldn't get answer on what happened to those boxes which is really puzzling.

Please note that their rate is quite high and I was (supposedly) paying for high quality service which turned out to be nonexistent. My impression is that this company is too arrogant in a time where there is plenty of work available, that they can afford to pick and choose and do not care about every single customer. Go with them at your risk. The attached screenshot is the only type of communication that I received.

I wish I could give this company 0 star rating as we've got the worst experience you could imagine - one week before the move and no moving company for that date as Super Friends lost our booking somewhere in their system. I contacted Super Friends in May about the quote for our moving in the end on June. I was appointed the estimator for the virtual tour and after that he said that they would contact me closer to the moving date which was scheduled for June, 25th.

I've never heard from them since then and contacted them couple days ago, 1.5 weeks before our move-out/in. There was badly broken communication within the company as they couldn't find any paperwork related to our move. And the worst part - we aren't in their schedule and cannot be squeezed in as they are "booked till mid of July". They just recommended us to contact other companies and didn't try to help us or correct the mistake happened on their side.

They not only move your stuff in and out but also just MOVE ON if by their fault you end up with house full of boxes and no moving service scheduled. Now our family has to complete the Mission Impossible - to find another moving company or truck which is hard in this time of year and with such a short notice. Horrible service!

I cannot give my business to them. Do they have a nice website? Sure. But then I had to talk to someone. That someone provided an estimate of 2-3 more hours than every other estimate I have, and 1 additional person. He stated repeatedly that there's usually more than the customer accounted for; which in my case is not possible. If anything, I can get away with less, but he didn't want to hear it.

This inflates my price by about $500. He also quibbled over the number of items I verbally mentioned and the number of items in the inventory provided on their site. In addition to me mentioning 2 couches and him countering that I have 1 couch and "1 love seat that you didn't mention" (dude, that's the other couch in 'a couple of couches'); we are literally talking about 2 night stands and a lamp.

I can take them myself if that's really the difference, but it wasn't a difference worth arguing over. It was pretty clear they had no interest in my actual need, and it sure felt like they just wanted to get that price up. I don't trust them after this conversation, and I don't think anyone else should.

Aaron and his crew were amazing! Great moving experience. They were fast, friendly, careful with my stuff and very helpful. I'd hire them again in an instant.

BEWARE DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS! We hired them to move some of our items into our garage for staging in late April and were impressed with the crew so hired them for our move. We could not have been more disappointed. They were hired to both pack the remaining items and move them. We had requested the same crew led by Evan. Evan was nice and appeared to do a nice job. Luke however, was horrific!

He did a terrible job of following our requests and packing. He just threw things into boxes. We ended up with several damaged pieces including an original piece of artwork. When the box was damaged it put a hole in the painting. See photos. We contacted Jakub who indicated he would rebate some of our money. I have followed up three times to inquire --first he claimed to not have the correct address, then he was on vacation now no reply.

I waited and gave them ample opportunity to address the problems before posting any reviews. Unfortunately after two months it's clear they have no intention of taking responsibility for their actions and the damage caused. I would never hire this company again. They do not care about your items and do not follow through.

Super Friends did a great job in my local move. They arrived on time with great attitudes. Preston, Erik, and Kaytron did a great job communicating with me about what needed to be done each step of the way and took great care in packing, loading, and unloading my belongings. They worked well with the staff at both my new and old apartments. They had all the necessary materials and tools. And they completed the job within the quoted budget. Will think of Super Friends first if I have any future moving needs.

I just moved to San Francisco from Seattle and this was a really good experience with Super Friends Moving. I really highly recommend this company and I'll call them again if I have to move again. They arrive just in time, all my furniture and boxes in perfect condition, really nice prices and 100% trustworthy.
