I recently needed to get movers to ship items out of state to 2 different locations in a very short period of time. Lori and Aaron at Nationwide made that possible. They were friendly, courteous and professional and understood my client's need. Both of them accommodated my last minute request and the process was a smooth one. I had piece of mind knowing that everything will be accounted for and that items that require extra care when being handled, the movers took the time to ensure they were packed with that extra care. Good morning. My move in March was started and completed in a friendly professional manner. The Foreman set the tone upon arrival for a stress free move. The assistance were polite to me as well as the Forman. Upon arrival at the final stop, the Foreman was familiar with the location. He moved my daughter from the location to her new home. Bo, Charlie, and Markus arrived on time and took their time to carefully pack up all our belongings. I'm in the process of moving across the country, and so far the team at Nationwide has been amazing. They are attentive, responsive, and pleasant to work with overall. Pick up went as well as it could have in spite of an issue with the building. The team helped solve the problem on day of the move, and the guys were able to quickly get things done. Everyone is kind, professional, and most importantly - present to help and make your move as effortless as possible. I'll be back with an update upon delivery!

I can't say enough great things about the experience we had moving my parents from one location to another, 4 hours away, in Florida. Rick was extremely helpful from the very first phone call throughout the entire process.even checking in after the job was complete! Jay and Johnny came to take care of wrapping everything and loading the truck on the day agreed upon.

They delivered, unwrapped and placed everything where needed the very next day. Their professionalism, kindness and communication made what could have been a stressful situation very pleasant. If I could give 10 stars I would. THANK YOU Rick, Jay & Johnny!

4.5 stars. Excellent office staff. Very responsive to our needs. Quick response to messages. Arrival time was delayed and annoying because I had slated to be available between 9-11am. They showed up at 12:40 pm. My entire day was messed up because it became a longer than expected day. Driver Antonio was very professional. Very thorough and courteous. They were cautious with our items. Arrival at destination was on time. I would recommend and would use them again.

Starting with Rick in the local office I was always able to get answers to my questions. He helped me navigate my shifting time line as I had issues with my pick up date due to closing issues on my home. Then for the delivery he was always following up with me to be sure everything was on track. The movers on both ends were very professional and handled each item with care. I could not be more pleased with the whole process and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and hope to use them again in the future.

Absolutely amazing company! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Moving is one the most stressful life changes. This company and the people we worked with made that stress melt away. Our contact was with Laurie and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Laurie not only gave us amazing customer service, but made the set up and arrangements seem-less. Fernando and his crew Darryl, Denzeil, and Jyriah showed up and brought such positive energy, they were professional and super hard working.

The team at Nationwide Van Lines in Plantation Florida made our move from Florida to California in February 2021 as smooth and well-coordinated as one can imagine. First, the team of Rick and Laurie helped us work out all pre move details. How many boxes we might need, what kind of storage space we would need, so forth and son on. Second, the Nationwide team gave us super accurate estimates on what the costs would be. Third, the schedule Nationwide had given us was spot on accurate - to the hour. Nationwide Van Lines in Plantation Florida is a professional, caring group. I recommend them without any reservations whatsoever. You will be happy you called them.

Antonio and his crew did a fantastic job with my move! My apartment complex was a bit challenging so extra kudos for the men that were in charge of my move. Upon delivery they were very careful. Everything was delivered intact. Rick and Laurie from customer service were very supportive and followed up promptly addressing questions and concerns.

I really liked the way Rick handled my move from Cincinnati to FL. I would highly recommend as I have got the service I wanted. They walked the talk for me. I really loved the representative Rick Vera who handled my move end to end. I liked his transparency and honesty. He was prompt to respond to my needs. Was patient to hear out my needs and I didn't have to spend a single penny extra from the quote. He made sure I listed all nitty gritty items before finalizing the deal. All went smoothly. Showed up on time, very pleasant people, safely distanced and masked. We had time constraints and paperwork requirements by our condo bldg- all handled timely and professionally. We had lots of artwork and a ships model that were quite challenging but they also handled it all well. Delivered to its destination quickly and professionally. I recommend them!

THANK YOU Nationwide Van Lines for a first-rate 300-mile move from NJ to VA. From the first call with Laurie Osorio to the pickup and unloading into a storage unit with Uzi and Denzel, all details were clear and professionally handled. They really did take the worry out of the process. They handled my items with care from start to finish. A great start to a new beginning.

We used Nationwide Van Lines for a very large move from Georgia to North Carolina in September. Dennis(The Beast) and crew moved an entire house including a full workshop effortlessly without any damage to our new house. Yes there were some minor issues but no more than with any other move. Alana who coordinated our move was terrific & was always in contact despite moving on Labor Day Weekend. In fact she followed up at a later date just to see how we are enjoying our new home. Good experience for what usually is a very stressful house move.

You can spin it any way you want Rick, but you, me & God knows what you did to us during this move & overcharging at the last minute. You only paid 1/2 of what you totally overcharged us to begin with & that was not near enough for all of the damage, lies & deceit you pulled. I need to continue to warn these people so they are saved before you do the same to them.

I normally dont take time to Leave good reviews for serviced like this because am Usually dissapointed but this company for sure knows what they are doing i hired last week when i moved from coral gables to brickell and it was very smooth they send me a two guys to help me move and the truck was very big, they provide me with mattress protectors and bubble wrap for my furniture, all my belongings were carefully taken care of and i was very happy with th service, i would definitely be using them when i move again.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Nationwide Vans Lines. I was moving from Philadelphia to the Boston area and needed my belongings placed in storage until I found an apartment. I booked it several months in advance and was promised by Rich a 2-day window for pick-up which would be a guaranteed date by one month of the move (it is very difficult for me to take off a day from work without several weeks notice). However, when I called a month before the date I was told that they couldn't narrow it down any further than the 2-day window.

When I was finally able to talk to a supervisor, Alana, she explained that Rich was fired because he was giving out wrong information and agreed to stand by his promise. Rich had also told me that there would be a 7-day window for delivery. Two weeks before the move, I became aware that delivery would be impossible on the 7th day and was told by another associate that they would try to accommodate me.

Move out day was fine (although they were somewhat late). Unfortunately, the price was higher than the estimate. Despite my daily phone calls they did not delivery my belongings within the 6 days I was available. I spoke to Kimberly who was rude and acted annoyed that I was bothering her. She kept insisting she would call with updates but never did.

Finally when I called on day 5 she said my delivery would not be until day 7 and if I couldn't be there to accept it there would be over $1000 to delay the delivery. Fortunately I was able to speak to a supervisor, Nicole, who agreed to delivery it the following Monday or Tuesday with no extra charge. I was never contacted and the delivery date was continually postponed (which I only found out because I kept contacting them).

My belongings were finally delivered almost 3 weeks after the pickup date. When they were finished 2 boxes were unaccounted for. The movers insisted they were moved in but they neglected to check them off. They refused to move anything in order to check. I guess I won't know until I have everything moved out. It will certainly not be by Nationwide Vans. Update: 2 days after I posted this review I was contacted by Rick. He offered me $500 to either take down the review or change it to a 5-star review. I would be wary of the good reviews for this company.

My experience was great from start to finish. My call to customer service representatives to the actual movers was very pleasant, professional, and excellent. I originally spoke to John Nettles in the office and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. My movers /driver Uzi & Dante were excellent, I had a long distance move from Fort Lauderdale to Rock Hill SC. They kept my items in perfect condition and had great personalities. Wonderful. Excellent communication day and night. I was you. I needed to move my child's belongings down the east coast. Nationwides staff from inception to finish were not only helpful courteous pleasant but became like family. So nice to know I could lean on Nationwide in my time of need and they Delivered.
