Cross Creek was amazing! We recently moved into a house and no longer needed the extra storage, or we would have absolutely kept our unit. All of the interactions we had with the staff were superb. During covid they had all the proper protocols in place, and the facilities were always extremely clean. In the beginning my wife was nervous about going to the unit alone, but when I showed her the two step verification (the code for the gate and then another code to physically open the door) and all of the cameras that were on the inside, she felt very safe. I have nothing but exceptional things to say about this place! Without a doubt, if you're looking for a storage unit, look no further.

Very clean well lighted and lots of space to get big vehicles in and out of. I really appreciated the staff to take the time with me they did so i could acquire exactly what i needed. I would suggest you check them out before you sign up anywhere else.

Amber and Elizabeth at Cross Creek Storage are great! They're helpful, knowledgeable and courteous! They made my cross-country move easy. Moving a household across several states is challenging, but they made it a piece of cake! I called them several times coordinating the move-in and they called me back immediately - even after hours- I highly recommend them -

The gals in the office are top notch and very helpful, they make you feel like family. The grounds are clean, secure and you have plenty of space to park while in your storage unit. Highly recommend this place.

They were amazing. We would rent with them again. Their customer service was the best I have seen.

Manager here is a screamer got upset that I used my unit daily. I felt very threatened by her and had to move my stuff out in one evening. Dont go here lots of less pricey options around here

Great service, great units, nothing to complain about. Storage in this area is expensive but they are as competitive as any other and always have a good deal for the first few months.
