On Time Moving & Storage

We went with in and out moving because they were affordable. I told Megan when I first talked to her that I didn't want to spend over $3,000. She got their quote down to $3200. I told her I couldn't pay over that amount and told her I had big furniture. She said it wouldn't be a problem and it wouldn't cost anything over that amount. My husband and I even did several trips of moving things before the movers even got there.

The movers arrived and instantly told us it was going to be at least $2000 more because our furniture was so large, we had to be out of our apartment so he had no other choice then to agree. After that they said because of where they had to park it was going to be another $500, even though he gave them a place to park right in front of our building.

The movers didn't want to park there. Our stuff delivered several days later, which I was not made aware was going to happen. When the stuff got there half of it was damaged and the movers were coming up with every excuse not to want to move things to the correct rooms, and complained about the furniture. I wouldn't recommend this scam company to anyone.

The team was amazing, they were fast and professional. They were also punctual. Would 100% highly recommend their service to anyone! Amazing experience with In & Out Moving & Storage. Both staffs were very professional and accommodating with regard to moving. They were done with the move in a short time and listened when I asked them to place certain items in specific places. They were very friendly and respectful. We are very pleased with the service. We booked a last-minute move after deciding we couldn't shift everything ourselves. The team was very responsive, helpful, and polite in generating a quote and booking our move. On moving day, the guys got everything across efficiently and with great care. I really appreciate that they took the time to put boxes in the applicable rooms on the other side. I would highly recommend it!

Hands down best movers I've used. I've moved 4 times in 7 years locally. They were true professionals who were very polite and funny too. They moved approximately 1300 sf from one location to another in 4 hours. I highly recommend. Each step of the move was seamless from being provided a timely quote to unpacking the last item. Will use them again if I find I have to move (hopefully not).

They are great! Used them twice (2 years in between) and I was extremely happy to see a familiar face from 2 years ago. They are very reliable, SUPER FAST, always on time, and have a great attitude! I always offer them cafecito for all of their hard work at the end because they do an amazing job. They wrapped all our furniture to the best of their ability and were extremely careful.

They payed great attention to any box that said fragile on it and packed the truck very well/organized. You can tell they've been doing this for years especially one of the guys whose name I can't remember but he's the best. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

These guys are the best. They showed up early, wearing masks and so willing to help us in every way. My husband and I were a little behind in packing and they helped us wrap up boxes and furniture. They were so kind, polite and helpful. They made a very stressful time pleasant for us. I will recommend them to my family and closest friends. Not to mention they're lightening fast and careful.

Had a great experience with In & Out Moving & Storage company. They moved some very heavy furniture and dropped it off at multiple spots. They showed up early, communicated every step of the way, and we're very mindful of the timing of the move, as well as the care of the items being moved. Super friendly. We were very impressed with our experience with In and Out Moving, which we hired to move our items from Nashville to Detroit. They were very effective in packing up our flat, all members of staff were calm and friendly. They went above and beyond to make things easy for us, the sofa wouldn't fit through the door, but they worked it out by taking it apart.

One of our tables was already a bit broken, but they kindly fixed it for us with some extra screws. They didn't allow us to lift a finger, which make the moving of our items to be stress free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services. Also, the customer agent I spoke to get a quote and set up the timing was professional and helpful. Thank you, I will be back for more businesses!
