Overall we had a great experience with Los Flores Movers! The movers were very nice and they worked very hard to help us get into our new home!

Great pricing and efficient service on moving day! They handled all items very carefully and were so professional! They've moved us twice and I will always recommend them.

Used for packing and moving. They did an amazing job! Was really impressed with how efficient they were. The movers especially! They worked for 11 hours with only a 15 minute break. Just non-stop. Will use again in the future!

I was very unhappy. Nine o'clock turn to 10 o'clock. I was quoted 294 which I felt that was a lot for my small duplex apartment. I had already started moving boxes prior to hiring them. I had 10 boxes maybe 12 I queen bed one table four chair and a small sectional. Small tv stand and tv. After packing up they took a hour lunch break. There wasn't a distance my move was less than a mile.

So tell me why did I pay over 400.00 almost 5. I will never hired them again. My apartment could of taken less than two hours if your body move as fast your mouth. Then the hidden fees I wasn't told about. If the girl on the phone would of explain in details. I understood they were giving me two hits for two hours at 294. That's what I expected to pay. Won't recommend either.

I've used Los Flores twice now for my latest moves: Beaumont to Houston and vice versa - each time they've been phenomenal. Took six hours, including the commute, to move a two bedroom apartment with three movers. My apartment was on the third floor too. Great value. movers were very quick, respectful and took care of our stuff. I will definitely use them again!

Never again! It wasn't my first move with them, but it's certainly my last! I was promised 3 movers, but only 2 showed up. It took them 6 hrs to move a 1 bedroom apt from first floor to first floor and cost me almost $700! Now mind you the previous move was 3rd floor to first floor and was about 4 hrs! They tried to say it was because I had so many boxes, lies! The last move had double the boxes and again was only 4 hrs. Unacceptable!

Very impressed with the service, handled our furniture with great care and professionalism. The crew leader Roberto was very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you, will definitely recommend this company and this crew to all my friends and family.

This moving company was the best. The three men were absolutely phenomenal. They were timely, efficient and extremely affordable. I asked if they could pack, move, unload and assemble/reassemble a 4 bedroom home in 5 hours. They delivered. The time included travel from Houston proper to Tomball. I recommend this moving company every time.

Move took too long for a 2 bedroom and furniture assembly was not done correctly. Called them to address the issues about the furniture assembly today but received no callback. I am editing my review because they did call back the following day and made arrangements to fix the furniture. They came yesterday and did indeed fix it as promised.

Great people. Great service. Took the time to wrap everything and made sure to not cause any damage to the property. I will definitely consider them for any future moves.

If you are looking for great movers at a great price, i HIGHLY recommend going with Los Flores Movers. They will quickly answer all your questions and they don't waist anytime when moving. They will wrap and protect all your furniture, do a great job loading, unloading and setting up everything right where you want it. They simply do an amazing job, plus they are friendly and really awesome people.

Hello. I have packing scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday, the 23rd, and the move scheduled for Friday, the 28th. I am really concerned because of the lack of communication from your company. I keep calling and I sent an email message yesterday requesting something in writing with pricing and terms and conditions. I am concerned this will end up costing us a ton of money because there are no real parameters or estimates in writing. Now seeing your recent review, I am thinking something has changed with Los Flores Movers from what I remember when I last used them. I think I should cancel.

If I could give you a star I would. Well this app makes me give you 1 star! However unfortunately this was the worst place I could of gone. My husbandwas quoted a price and price was trippled by the end of delivery. Not only that they were 1 hour late. The crew was rude and disrespectful. The total of work and drive was 45 minutes. The driver was loud talking my husband in front of my neighbors. Never again will I use or recommend these people! Would of been cheaper to rent a uhaul and paid someone to help! All of this over 1 piece of furniture

Out experience with Los Flores was excellent. Jose and his crew were helpful, kind, friendly, and did a fantastic job helping us move. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Hopefully we won't be moving any time soon but when we do, we will absolutely go with this company again.

Los Flores moving yes the most efficient moving company I have experienced. The moving team was well coordinated, on time, and handled the furniture, accessories and even some of our junk with the utmost care in its packaging and handling. I would recommend this moving company to any person who cares for their furniture, wants good service, and wants an enjoyable experience in moving.

Great service, Vanessa was extremely helpful and flexible since she rescheduled my appointment in the best way. There was some confusion according to first verbal agreement but then Vanessa patiently explained everything with the best approach to the situation. Jose is amazing! His guys and him were efficient and were amazing at switching out my old washer from the 3rd floor to the bottom. Then they brought the new one up as well! Months later, my roommate found them on her own and used them to move some other items. She also had a great experience with them and great pricing. We only found out we used the same company because the guys recognized the house! now they are our go-to for moving things

The guys where prompt, prepared, and efficient. I plan on using Los Flores Movers for all of my moves.

Los Flores helped us move this past weekend and we're very happy with our experience. The guys were on time, they were efficient and polite. They were able disassemble our beds and reassemble them at our new place. In addition, they were able to get our large sofa through a narrow hall without causing damage.

I've had some bad experiences with lazy or crooked movers, but not with Los Flores Movers. I can't recommend them highly enough. They showed up on time, got right to work, loaded everything carefully and quickly and got everything unloaded at my apartment the same way. Very friendly and organized. I have been meaning to write a review on this company for a while, but have not gotten to it for some odd reason. It wasn't until I experienced a really terrible moving company this last time that I have come to appreciate the two times Los Flores has moved me in the past. The movers are professional and exceptional and quick. Most of the stuff they wrapped for me still to this day are safe and secure. I would recommend them ten time over!

We are so glad that we chose Los Flores Movers for our move to the new townhouse. We were apprehensive about selecting a mover and relied on yelp reviews to make a decision. The guys carefully wrapped all furniture and were extremely careful with all our delicate items. We had no damage to anything, not even any scratches on the walls. We decided to go with the flat rate estimate that Gilberto, the owner, provided and he assured us that everything would be taken care of to the last item. We were so thankful that we made the right decision.

On time and did their job in a timely manner. Didn't like the additional TV charge I wasn't told about. $80 per TV adds up.

Wow, I can't say enough about this team of movers. I have a 3 story home that was being designated to 3 different locations (two separate storage units and to my current home). They moved it all to where it was supposed to be, efficiently and carefully. The 3 movers i worked with, were so kind and helpful. They asked me questions rather than just assuming that they knew what should go where.

They were careful with all my breakables, wrapped and taped items i hadn't had a chance to pack yet, and even took my curtains and rods down. I don't know how i would have gotten out without them. They had everything done in less than 5 hours. I will definitely be calling them again when I'm ready to move into my permanent home next year!

I am writing this review while I've been waiting for them on this Sunday morning for over an 1 1/2. They called me this morning to say they are running late. Rudely talking to me like they are doing me a favor by them coming out on a Sunday. Ummmmm, they are charging me a premium 130 bucks and hour and a huge trip charge. They charge on the weekend 30% more then a week day for any one wanting to know.

During the conversation he hangs up on me and calls me 10 mins later and says, " I hung up because I was entering your GPS information in." These are the most unprofessional people that I ever hired in my life. When they did come, they said there is an extra fee for the tv on top of the extra fee for the weekend and trip charge. This place is a rip off and disrespectful to people time and money. Stay away from here, company's like this thrive on people who they think they can take advantage on.

Great move, thank you x3! Three guys and 3 flights of stairs. They got the job done and I'm grateful. Had the tools to break down my platform bed and wrapped my delicate furniture. They definitely took the stress out of moving. My boxes were stacked and moved smoothly. I couldn't have been more pleased

So far, not off to a good start. Confirmed a start time of 9am today. Received a call today at 9:09am with the driver apologizing for being late. Their office is closed today and someone forgot to leave the keys to the truck. Driver said he will be at my pick up address in 30 min. I called back the driver at 10:12am to ask for the status. He said someone will be at their office in 5 min to give them keys and he should be here in 20 min.

So we start the day being 1.5 to 2 hour delay. Moving into a high-rise, I have a schedule time allowed to use the freight elevator and that time is gone so that's great. This company was referred to me by my wife's colleague so this is disappointing to say the least. We will when they arrive and will update this post. Update: arrived 1:45 min late. 2 men instead of the confirmed 3. Was told to move my tv it will be $1 per inch for insurance. Was never informed that on the phone but agreed anyway bc I don't have a choice and need to get this move done.

So it's taking a longer time of 2 men instead of three. I look forward to a call from the owner or management about this asap. I will say that Ricardo is very polite and is a positive part of this move. The mishandling of the time, not having keys to truck, not having 3 men is simply adding towards additional costs that I shouldn't have to pay for. *update - Los Flores reached out and was very professional and credited my account as a courtesy.
