Kierra was wonderful to work with! She patiently reviewed the options and helped guide me through the process. She was so very friendly and positive that it made renting a unit a pleasant experience, which is not what you usually think you are going to find when visiting a storage facility. The best part, however, happened the next day. I had asked if Devon has a senior discount.

She apologetically said that they did not. However, she called back the next day to say that she had checked further and that Devon does indeed have a 10% senior discount, which she has applied to both the new rental and one I had previously rented. Who is that honest nowadays? Thanks so much, Kierra!

Great experience! Beth, Jessica, and Kiera we're all fantastic! I received great friendly customer experience and had an easy reservation process. The units are clean and affordable and Devon storage offered a great special, first month free! Who can complain about that? I highly recommend renting here for all your storage needs.

Jennifer and the team at Devon on Camp Horne are great. Always a pleasure to work with and communicate with. We stored most of our belongings in a large unit at this location for over 6 months while we looked for a new home after a move from out of state, and while there was an ownership change during this time, the team made sure all went seamlessly. I will recommend for folks needing storage in the future.

Toured site for upcoming sale of home. Was greeted by Jennifer. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Showed me my options and the moving supplies available for purchase. Very pleased with this facility.

This was the most convenient storage company I've ever used. It was easy to rent, clean, had all the supplies I needed. This is by far the best location and the people who work there are awesome! Friendly and helpful. I will definitely rent again from this location

This facility is very clean. The price is better than any others I checked in the area. Jennifer is excellent! Friendly and knowledgeable. Reply to complaints: you can get a good lock for $10. Homeowners insurance will cover a storage unit. If you don't have that, renters insurance is approximately $150 for a year. $13 a month or so. I would definitely recommend this facility. I was there for 9 months and had zero problems. I do agree that 24 hour access would be nice.

Jennifer the office manager is wonderful and so helpful. I would highly recommend this facility. I've got 3 units and grounds are kept great. Jennifer even does walk through to make sure locks are on units.

Wonderful service always treats me with respect. The lady that works down here is a very very nice person. I have a service animal and she is so sweet to her. The climate controlled storage is very clean. Would definitely consider being here for a very long time. Definitely recommend this place.
