Muddy parking. Edit to add The owner Jim is a very disrespectful person who will insult you if you mention the condition he keeps his parking lot in. Many drivers get stuck here on a regular basis so much so the tow company knows the adress by name

We park several of our semis there and they have always been accommodating. Good open lot to park big trucks the owner is particular about how he wants things but nothing wrong with that. Keeps things clean

I called to get an estimate last Thursday. I spoke to a woman named Marian who took an inventory of our household items over the phone and said she would call me the next day with the estimate. It's the following Wednesday and I still haven't heard from anyone with my estimate.

Really nice people but wanted $40 to park my boat in a field with zero fence and zero security. When they fence it in I would love to come Back but not a secure place to store a boat or RV.

I didn't not use them. I am the downstairs neighbor of an apartment that they are moving. It is 8am and they have been stomping up and down the stairs and it's like they have weights on their ankles when they walk. It sounds like they've dropped multiple items and I can hear them hitting the walls. I hope all his stuff is ok. Mayb next time you move for someone that is in an apartment complex, specially one that is up stairs, Try and remember that there's people below them.

I can understand that it'll be a bit louder when going down carrying heavier items but not every single time you take anything. I gave you guys three stars because it's early and I'm cranky.

I would like to sincerely thank J&M moving and mostly Dustin and Reily for helping me move and making a horrible experience work out in the end! They did everything they could to make the move happen even when my closing was delayed a day. And they had other moves scheduled the following day. More people should be like Dustin especially during the holiday season and I will recommend J&M because of the wonderful customer service and how well my belongings were cared for! Thank you all!

Awesome experience! Military move from Jacksonville to Pensacola. Absolutely no issues. Marty and the crew worked hard and extremely professional. Wish I could use them for every move!

Great hardworking guys. The took good care of my belongings and put effort into making sure everything was well protected for the move. I highly recommend this company for sure!

Pay day's on Monday's! Are u kidding me then u have to chase down the driver to get paid. Company doesn't pay u direct. Movers are ok but they take there time to drag it out. Don't offer any benefits and the company pays the driver than u have to hunt down driver all day to get paid. Hold your money u worked hard for hostage. Very shady moving company use someone elese the owner Ted is rude and unprofessional save yourself a headache.

This is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. The owner, Ted, was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. My elderly parents sold their house in Ormond Beach to move closer to me and my sister in the Tampa bay area. My mom made the arrangement for them to move on 4/20/2018 and they even confirmed the night before. 2 men arrived the morning of, and one of them decided he didn't want to do drive across the state even though he knew this was the arrangement.

When I asked to speak to the owner, Ted said he couldn't help me and can't do anything about it and refused to talk to me. He started yelling at me and kept saying he will not speak to me. Clearly he can't handle speaking to a woman. I had asked him if he could help me find someone last minute and he pretty much refused and was so rude. Please, save yourself from this horrible company, and don't use them. The owners Steve and Ted are the worst human beings I have ever dealt with in my life.

I've used these guys twice and they are so great! Super nice people. Very professional. Quick workers. Their minimum charge is $260. They are definitely worth that and more- I hate moving! They really take care of your things here. They wrap items that need additional wrapping. They also will strap down your belongings in the truck well so items don't fall during the trip. Great company!

My wife and I recently needed to move very quickly (job relocation) and didn't have much time between closing on our current home and trying to find a rental that would accommodate our fury friends. We had a 2 hour move from Gainesville to Orlando, Fl. I was getting quotes from companies in Gainesville and Orlando when a family friend suggested J&M Moving.

They had nothing, but great things to say about them, but I figured they would be more expensive as they were not located in either city we were traveling between. This was not the case. They were slightly cheaper than the other quotes I had received, so I figured we'd give them a try. (great choice!) They arrived on time and were very professional about everything.

They seemed to be very knowledgeable on how to pack everything. I would have just tossed stuff in boxes with some news paper, but they had a specific system that worked well as everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition :) I'll definitely be using them again once we buy our next home.

Moved me recently from Jacksonville to South Daytona. Great service and a really good deal compared to some other quotes I got. The person that gave me the estimate was so friendly and understanding of my situation (i.e. Little money to spend and having no truck don't mix when moving!). The guys were careful with my stuff and even helped me pack up my last box. I'm a notorious last minute packer. Will definitely recommend to friends if they ever need help moving!
