My family has used Nick and his team for a few different moves, each time we were blown away by the speed, care and professionalism they have. When we moved our entire house-full, we disassembled all our furniture ahead of time, so loading and unloading took half hour each. Nothing was missing, nothing was damaged, and we were done before lunch!

Nick and Drew are the nicest guys. Unfortunately, not the best movers. They asked if I had tools so they could take my bed frame apart; every other mover I've hired in the past has always brought their own tools. They didn't remove the furniture feet on my sectional or chair and instead opted to try to jam the furniture through doorways and hallways.
When we arrived at the new location everything in the truck had shifted to the back of the truck. Initially, Nick asked which size truck I thought I needed. Based on uhaul's website I said a 10-15' truck, they rented a 20' truck. I haven't gone through everything yet but I'm not confident items weren't damaged when they slid 10' to the back of the truck in transit.
They didn't handle my items with due care; threw my couch cushions down a flight of stairs. I saw some of my boxes were damaged also. When they attempted to reassemble my bed frame is when I was first aware there was an issue. Pieces of the bed frame were missing, they stated that they were missing from previous movers but never mentioned anything when they were disassembling the bed frame.
The bed frame has since collapsed which had never happened in the past. I reached out to Nick and he said this is why they don't bring tools. They don't want to get blamed when old furniture falls apart, that my bed was literally on its last leg and didn't think he needed to point out the issue because it should have been obvious to me. Well, Nick, it wasn't obvious to me, I had no idea there was an issue until Drew couldn't find all the pieces to reassemble. Furthermore, you quoted me 4 hours, took 6 hours.
I paid $968 plus $100 tip to have 10 pieces of furniture and 20ish boxes to be moved (1 bedroom, 1 livingroom). The last mover charged me $300, and it took half the time. Granted there was a 20 minute longer drive this move but I feel cheated. I do not recommend Knockout Movers and I'm disappointed Nick was unwilling to make any attempt at rectifying the issue.
