Spoke with Tabitha and she explained what was available and the specials that they have. She was very polite and understanding. The prices for rooms sizes that are common are very reasonable.

The real scammers: I have rented a unit for my car plus storage insurance. During the agreemented, they increased the amount twice. After i came back to take my car, the windsheild was cracked. However, their insurance denied to cover. I love my friends and family to reffer into scamming.

Very last minute need to get storage items out of garage and into a storage unit. Tabitha went above my expectations to make that need/request happen. In a time when good customer service appears to be a thing of the past, she exemplified great customer service. Thank you Tabitha!

Horrible place to rent. Prices are too high. The reason we moved our boat out of your facility is as follows. 1. Lack of communication, none, or responds 2 weeks after you email them. 2. Our spot was taken at least 2 times while we were told that if we leave our cones while we are away, our spot is reserved. On 2 different occasions our cones were moved and large campers were parked in our spot.

When I called to let the storage place know, they said sorry, we have not been able to get to that lot to monitor things. 3. The conditions of the lot are ridiculous with pot holes everywhere and yet they raised the storage rent. We were only there for 2 months and they raised the rent by $25 more monthly. We assumed it was to help with the cost of fixing the lot conditions and pot holes, which did not happen.

For 7+ years Tabitha Robinson, a property manager at Gopher Storage, has been more than helpful at helping me navigate any issues that I may have with my rental unit. Tabitha's customer service skills and high level of professionalism are what keeps me at Gopher Storage long-term. She is dependable and always willing to go the extra mile. Two thumbs up!

The service and communication was impeccable. The unit and grounds are very clean and organized. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Prices are less expensive than most in the area. The employees at Gopher Mini Storage have bee extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Tabatha especially will answer calls any time of the day and weekend if having code troubles any any other needs.

I've been storing my travel trailer with Gopher Mini for about 4 years now. I've had a positive experience. They've always been fair with me and willing to work out any issues that arise. The flexibility in storage options is what originally interested me in this business. They have both small storage and a large separate lot for vehicles/machines/campers etc.

Worse customer service. Don't care at all. rented a 10 foot truck. Took it 24 miles (was told to fill it back up) filled it up, took 4 gallons. Jerks told me its my fault for over filling and I should have paid attention.even though putting the key in the ignition to see fuel gage is not something you're supposed to do.

I have been a customer of Gopher Mini Storage for the past year. I am very pleased with the service I received from Tabitha who is in charge. Tabitha has helped me get into units when I moved my home and office all into Gopher Storage for various periods of times. She has gone above and beyond to help me find the right storage and has helped me when vacating a unit and going into a smaller or bigger one.

Needed a short-term storage solution for my latest move. My new apartment building wasn't quite finished being built, and I needed storage for my stuff for a little over a month. Tabitha in the office took great care of me, and was very flexible with terms and fees. The facility itself is a typical storage facility, but reasonably clean and everything worked just fine. The entrance gate and codes I was given always worked, and the specific unit I rented was clean and the door and lock mechanism worked fine. Thanks again!
