I needed a rental for some short term storage and couldn't be happier with my decision to use Northstar Mini Storage. It's easiest to just bullet point the high points: - Mike and the staff were easy to work with and responsive - Access was easy and secure - There is plenty of solid equipment in good condition to move your material. Elevators, carts and dollies! - The location is ideal and easy to get to - The entire facility is really clean - Security was multi layered and felt like your belongings were in a safe and protected place. - Well lit - All of that, and it was very competitively priced so I felt like I was getting value for my investment.

I've used storage on a few occasions but nothing has compared to the quality of service I received at North Star. The manager Mike helped me determine the appropriate size for my needs (he actually talked me out of a space that was much larger than I needed) and explained the benefits of climate-controlled storage over cold-storage, which I had no idea about.

The facility is clean and well-kept unlike my previous experiences at other storage facilities. The security is above and beyond what I've come to expect from a storage place. Individual alarms offer me piece of mind. All of this with prices that are as good or better than the other nearest options I researched. I recommend North Star to anyone that asks about storage.

I had never used self-storage before and was blown away by the quality and security of the facility in Shoreview; I had no idea a storage facility would be so modern and high-tech. The level of customer service I received that exceeded my expectations. Rented here years ago and had a good experience so I came back today as I was putting my father in assisted living and needed to store some of his belongings. Signing up took less than 10 minutes. Everything went fast and smooth. Mike, the guy in the office, made this and my previous rental pain free. Great service and convenient location.

Very pleasant and helpful servive. Units are well kept. Easy a access even for a large truck. Grounds casually kept but no obvious hazards. Climate control available. Expanding facilities.

This facility is one of the cleanest most secure storage facilities I have ever seen in my life. The manager Mike provides top notch customer service and is always striving to go above and beyond for his tenets.

Mike is the greatest! He is very personable, and is always happy to answer any questions. It is always clean, and very secure.

Units here are really clean and we'll maintained. Prices are competitive but they don't nickel and dime you to death here like other places. The guy in the office is pretty awesome.
