These guys a very good. You can't beat their prices in my opinion (especially in Scottsdale) and they will take care of your goods that are being moved regardless to a new location or storage. Definitely give them call! They are smaller but you won't regret choosing DiMura's.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Booked this mover weeks in advance. Not once did they reach out to me. I had to call them every time to make sure we were still on. Every time it was confirmed. Day of move they're late.call the mover and he says he didn't even remember talking to me! Even though we just spoke the previous night. And then continued to say they were actually double booked and he would be here by 1pm.

I was completely okay with that.waited all day for them. 1 pm passes and NOTHING. 2pm rolls around and he says he's on his way. 15 minutes later I get a text, not a call, saying he's canceling and can't do the job. I immediately call him to see if we can reschedule. He continued to ignore my calls. The absolute most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Couldn't even answer the phone!

So I told him he was a coward since he wouldn't even answer after he led me on all day that they were coming. Made me wait all day only to cancel and not even have the respect to answer the phone to possibly reschedule. Instead of answering the phone he decided to text me stating "I'm not a slave and hey fuck you". Mind blowing! The "owner" messaged me "hey fuck you" because of HIS scheduling mess up. 1000/10 do not recommend unless you like being cursed at and led on.

I honest can't believe these guys are still in business. Cancelled on me the day of, after I called to inquire about an update. Unreal.

Dimura's Moving Service LLC, specifically the owner Thomas DiMura picked up my client's possessions, refused to complete the remainder of the job, refused to return the $1,694.00 deposit and then stole items from my client. Dimura first picked up my client's possession on April 18, 2020. He was scheduled to deliver the items to North Carolina by May 12, 2020.

The property was never delivered. Instead it remained in Dimura's storage locker for months, until finally my clients had to pay new movers ($4,540.44) to go to the locker, pick up the items then transport them to North Carolina. Upon arrival, various expensive/sentimental items were missing. Dimura has made numerous excuses for not repaying the deposit, such as his Venmo was hacked.

He then proceeded to use expletives on numerous occasions at me, members of my firm and my clients. Do not use this company, please save yourself the emotional and financial trouble.

Scheduled this company to pick up one piece of furniture, local, full price to be paid. He said he would do it. Never showed up, never called, would not return my texts. He is unreliable and threatens people when a bad review is written. Do not hire Tommy Dimura or Dimura's moving company. He does not have respect for the clients or the necessity to have their items moved, or the trust clients place in him.

He talks a big game and he is always the victim. Excuses are abound with this person. Make sure you have video and audio proof for the police when he threatens you. Tommy claims to be a former police officer. Hummm. I think not. He attempt's to intimidate by saying he is a former police officer. To.my was great to work with! Highly motivated, personable and highly organized. Him and his crew worked their hearts out for my wife and I. Not one thing broken or cracked in the move. Highly recommend!

Great movers. they were on time, worked fast and was very careful with all of our furniture including some very old antiques that were handed down in the family. great price, great people. Who could ask for more.

I hired him to move a couch and a persian carpet I'd just purchased. I gave him the approximate dimensions of 8.5 ft long x 4.5 ft deep (which it is). I told him the carpet was 13 feet long and rolled up. He shows up in an SUV with one guy to help him. We questioned if the couch would fit, he insisted it would, and tried twice to load it without wrapping it up in anything.

It wouldn't fit, just as we had tried to suggest to him. During his attempts he nicked the wood right on top of the couch, which had to be pointed out to him. He got angry and swore like a sailor about how he would now have to go back and get a bigger truck. Five minutes after leaving he messaged me and said he couldn't do my job. Subsequent calls to talk about the damage to my couch get no answer. Even if I had given him the wrong dimensions--which I didn't--he should have 1) wrapped the couch, and 2) known that it wouldn't fit in that SUV he brought.

Tommy Dimura took the utmost care in moving all my important and fragile personal belongings. He is a 10 out 10 first class professional at what he does! Thanks Tommy!

I have hired this company TWICE before, and the owner just cancelled my move today (Friday, and 3:30). He's supposed to move me on Sunday. Actually, he BUMPED me from our Friday move.to Sunday. JUST CANCELLED?! So much, for valuing a returning customer! I don't know what happened to these guys. They used to be fantastic. I had to hire another service, at THREE TIMES THE COST TO ME!

I want to strangle this p**ck. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, AT ALL COSTS! They are liars. You can't trust a word that they say. Run away from this company, like it's on fire.and getting ready to explode!

Great guys! Never hired movers before and I think they set the bar too high for if I ever hire movers in the future. Fast, quick and professional. You will not be disappointed if you hire these guys!

Tom did a wonderful job with the move and was very friendly. He came on time and was very careful when loading on furniture and boxes. Also a great value as he charges less then the market value and provides top notch service. No hidden costs as what he quotes you prior to the move is what he charges. I highly recommend him for a short move within the valley.

If I were to use moving service again, I would definitely contact DiMura! They are so efficient, reliable, fast, and absolutely mindful of our fragile items. They brought all the necessary gears to make sure the job will get done without stalling time. They will not rip your money away. We tipped them a lot because we were so thankful and just so appreciative especially in the Arizona's summer heat. Their rates have outcompeted any other moving services nearby. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Tom the owner has not returned our $600 deposit from a move that he cancelled. We have Called over 20 times and left messages we have yet to see him pay. We're a young working family that works hard. This company has No integrity, do not use, scam artist/thief. As of today, 7-18-18 business owner Tom DiMura has yet to repay or resolve the outstanding $600 STILL OWED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY HIGHLY UNETHICAL.

Great experience working with this company. Team arrived exactly on time, worked efficiently, and was VERY careful with all of our furniture. I would not hesitate to hire them again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs moving services. The owner of the company was present during our entire move and made sure everything went exactly how it should.

I used Di Mura movers in a move from Scottsdale to Tempe AZ. Tom and Rodney were professional, efficient, and cost effective. The arrived on time and loaded their truck without delay. I searched several movers websites and Di Mura movers had the lowest estimate. They had the truck loaded and us moved in in about 3 hours. These two men treated our possessions with the utmost care and took the time to do the job right. If I could give the a six star review I would do it.

As you can see there are only 5 star and one star reviews on the page. I can only speak for myself but for my transaction they were great! Very safely moved my piano down flights of stairs and delivered it to my new place safe and sound. They didn't ask or talk money once the entire time until the job was done. If i need difficult stuff moved, I will use again!

Abridged: Thomas agreed to deliver my items across the country. He arrived to pick up my belongings but later could not deliver them, forcing me to hire a second moving service to pick up where he left off. 9 months later he is still unable to provide a refund for services not rendered. My experience with Thomas and Dimura's Moving Service was from December 2016 to January 2017.

It was for a cross-country move from AZ to PA, so bear in mind it may not reflect an in-state move. Pros: Moving team was actually very friendly. Items were intact and undamaged. Cons: Moving team arrived at late and staggered times. Thomas used racial epithets to describe his clients. Highly unprofessional. Never actually delivered my items to target destination. Took half the money to move belongings and my car to his storage unit until he was to go to PA. Called 3 weeks later to say he could not make the move because his other East Coast clients 'fell through.' I ended up spending another $2,500 to have an auto transport take my car and a ReloCube take my belongings from his place.

I asked for a refund, lo and behold he had already spent my deposit, and opened up a conversation about creating a payment plan. Along came a slew of false promises to 'send me my money back, ' and excuses as to why payments were delayed. 9 months later and here I am, acknowledging that I will likely never receive anything but sending out fair warning to anyone else trying to use this 'business, ' for a long-distance move.

Hired them for my move 2 days ago and overall they did a very good job. Moving in the summer heat in AZ is not easy. I can see both of the movers have a lot of experience and they did manage to move my big couch through the narrow stairway and doorway in my old apartment which is impressive as when I moved in the moving guys couldn't get that couch in in their first try and had to leave it in my garage.

But one of the guys did break my lamp during the move otherwise I would give them 5 star. One of the movers looks like in his 50s. He still can do the job but I just dont think he should be hired to do this job at his age, not safe and no good for his health. Anyway, overall I am satisfied.

These guys up front are SUPER nice, but they broke all my shit and stole an irreplaceable family heirloom.

I was supposed to leave a review a while ago and completely forgot. Anyways, for anyone that had an issue with Tommy and his guys.then it's most likely your own fault. These guys are top notch professionals! Tommy was there on time, and didn't stop or take a break until the move was completed. I don't know if that is typical, but they impressed me fully.

They are cognizant that these are people's belongings and they use care and precision. I will use these guys in the future and will refer them to others. DO NOT listen to any negative reviews listed below. Tommy and his guys will do the job right and be up front and honest!

DiMura bid on a move that was to be picked up on Jan 9th in Queen Creek, AZ and to be delivered to Fallbrook, Ca. He changed pick to the 8th because he had to be in Calif on the 9th. My son and I were going to meet him there to make sure the jukebox was wrapped and properly tied down. Because I had to be there on the 8th I (70 yrs old) had to drive over alone, I arrived at 2pm my window was between 1-3pm.

I waited until 6pm, I called 4 or 5 times left my number on his voice mail. I call until about 9:30 pm still voice mail, on the 9th I call again voice mail, as of this writing still no word from him. I reaffirmed on the night of the 7th he told me he would be there, and thanked me for changing my schedule. **********DO NOT USE THIS MAN************ HE LEFT ME HIGH AND DRY DiMura called today Jan 12, first time I heard from him since I called him to reaffirm the pick up of my jukebox on Jan 7.

He yelled and swore at me for living a negative feedback, and saying someone stiffed him for 2200.00 as if that was my problem. Someone stiffs him so he stiffs me, that makes sense. His actions are child like, he also threatened to beat the crap of of me.

Do not use this moving service! I had scheduled to use this mover a month in advance. The day before my move across the country he cancelled on me and left me high and dry with no other options or suggestions for other movers. I put a new request on ship for more money because i was desperate and then he bid on my new shipment. DISHONEST and UNRELIABLE!

After my initial review I was in contact with the owner. He apologized and offered to help with unpacking and moving furniture as a further apology. I declined, but appreciate his gesture.

Worst moving service ever. Boxes were thrown around countless items broken in transport and when I called to complain whoever it was that was in charge hung up on me while refusing to give their name. Never use this service.

Contacted via telephone about moving some couches across town, assured me it would not be a problem and quoted me a reasonable rate. Showed up late, movers were sketchy and seemed to be on drugs. Used all kinds of vulgar language around my kids while two argued over how to move couch around difficult corner. I asked them to leave and was berated, poor service.

Will never deal with again. EDIT to add: i was contacted by the owner of the company on yelp he said "your a pussy just like your buddy fbi willl contact you you will be sued" I have no clue what he is rambling about. Avoid.

Tom is awesome! I used these guys for my move in January of this year after getting a quote from them in November. Their prices are amazing and their service is even better. They showed up right on time and were able to do everything in under 3 hours. They shrink wrapped my headboard, couch, and TV to avoid any stains, cracks, etc. They also set up everything for me when we got to the new location. Quick, efficient, great prices.can't ask for anything more than that in a moving company! Thanks again!

Okay there must be a problem if I am the second review on here! Anyways this was the worst company EVERRR i unfortunately was helping my friend find a mover and i came across this CO who offered me a deal and I went ahead and hired them. My friend didn't receive none of his belongings from when TOM had his people pick up on 12/31/13 til March 5th!

So disappointing because I had contacted many companies and decided to go with this one. I would call him on behalf of my friend because he wouldn't answer his calls! He sounds super nice with his convincing and charming voice like a sweet grandpa in an Italian New Yorker accent saying don't worry kid I am working on it just give me time!

After 3 months (March 5 2014) my friend received only part of his clothing but all furniture, kitchenware, bathroom stuff, jewelry, watches, cologne, and the rest of his clothing are still with Tom! He is rude and will probably go nuts when he reads this because when my friend wrote a review he called him cursing at him because he wrote on here! So my friends lawyer had him remove because otherwise, Tom wasn't going to sent his stuff! Also, the voicemail to this # says Ramirez moving something but his receipt is DiMuras.fishy. Tom is a LIAR, do NOT trust him, he will steal your stuff!
