We used this company out of Wilmington, NC for on site temp storage after Hurricane Florence. I would NOT recommend them to anyone for two reasons. One, when we open up the pod to empty our furniture we discovered the pod had leaked and damaged some, not all, but some of our furniture. I took photos of the standing water and damage and sent it to PODs of Wilmington.
They did not respond. Second, they could not pick up the pod when our month was up but said don't worry no charge. But they did charge us the extra month rent, which they corrected after talking to headquarters of pods. Three calls to national headquarters and still no response from Wilmington PODs for resolution for our damage. This is not a decent way to treat customers.
