So I'm not going to leave a 1 star review because of 1 bad person but I was extremely disappointed today. I have always been very happy with my storage here till a grumpy old man yelled at me for about going through the gate without entering my code first. I get it, it is in the contract which I didn't read but after telling him that I didn't know that and I would do that from now on, he started off to me in a very unprofessional manner including foul language telling me that I did know because everyone is told that upon signing a contract.
Message received. I will enter the code from now on but that was a terrible way to handle issues and that was completely uncalled for. Being harsh with your customer for no justified reason is bad business. Let's try a friendly reminder next time. Ok? Edit/Update: After thoroughly examining the contract, I found that it doesn't actually say anything about going through the gate without the code.
It says there may be access guidelines but doesn't specify what they are. Knowing the gate thing has to be disclosed verbally and it wasn't. So.sorry cranky man, you were wrong.
