I was okay for a while with Ace Storage because the site was affordable and was clean. That was 6 years ago. Currently, the management of Ace Storage has been jacking up the rent with little, if any, improvements of the property. Be prepared for crushed asphalt gravel that gets buried in winter months and becomes a dirt field. Yearly maintenance by said owner of Ace Storage that is pretty much like spraying white lines on a football field, except this field is full of other persons property.

This paint craps gets sprayed down onto the gravel, has overspray that marks your tires, wheels and trailer depending on how low to the ground your property might be. Owner doesn't seem to care. After all it not his fault you stored your property on his dirt/gravel field. Team these negatives with new road construction and high winds and you are sure gonna regret storing your nice toys, even if they are covered, at Ace Storage. I sure do regret it ALOT! Moving to a different storage site soon!

Revised- 1 star- they continue to raise prices, and the price of my boat parking just increased from $70 a month to $90 a month, nearly a 30% increase year over year! This is why we are seeing inflation- it's corporate greed! Not a huge fan of this location either because there's no stop light at the intersection and with now 2 lanes of traffic on Santa Fe, it's going to be nearly impossible to pull out. Not to mention you could also get stopped by a train first. Just the motivation I needed to start searching elsewhere.

Terrible food. Terrible service. Wish I could say better and at first I was like wow but then it became obvious that the big tv equals big rip off

Was able to rent out a spot here really quick. Marlene was super fun to work with, friendly and professional. The process was pretty simple and so far so good. Nice clear spots and just enough space. Price is very reasonable for what they have to offer, so would recommend.

We have rented a space from here for the last 6 or 7 yrs. can't remember. Their prices are comparable to other storage areas and it's a pull through. They always reach out if there is a problem. And will give us a heads up. hail storm, etc. Secure yard and coded gate allows them to track who goes in and out.

To whomever this may concern the employees and owner at a storage are the most caring understanding in helping their customers in providing excellent storage and security to those who choose to store their personal belongings at their facility more than I have ever imagined any business could be. I 100% recommend storing your belongings there and from my personal experiences from which I have stored their many many times and still do you will find no other business or company such as Ace storage anywhere else. You can try the rest but they're the best.

I have used several other storage places in the Denver area over the years and have never had a problem. I bought an off-road utility vehicle in 2017 along with a trailer and a variety of other items to upgrade the vehicle and trailer. I even bought a hitch lock from Ace Storage that they said would deter anyone from stealing it as you would need a torch to get it off.

I dropped the vehicle and trailer off in early Oct of 2020 and didn't go there again until early Dec at which time I learned that it had been stolen from the property; in spite of the fact that the owners/managers gave me a song and dance of how secure the facility is. Well.that was a bunch of BS. The perpetrators used a "guest" code to get into the facility and were able to ramble around the area for some time and decided to steal my trailer and vehicle.

Since the owners won't speak to me I have numerous questions such as: Why would they have a guest code? If they did, how did they obtain it? If the owners gave it to them do they not check and verify ID? But, as I stated, they won't speak with me. The sheriffs department has the video of them keying in the code and entering as well as leaving the premises with my trailer and vehicle.

They of course removed their license plates. Now, to top this off we just found out that another party, early in 2020 had a similar thing happen with their ski boat. Guest pass and all. You should NEVER store anything of value in this place. Their security is non-existent. There are many more places with far better reputations. If you are already using them just call this a warning to move your property out of there.

Ace Storage helped me personally and with my business. Regarding my business, I was a real estate broker for 44 years. Many times during a business year, my clients used a very beneficial ACE program that helped my clients store household goods between the move of the existing home to their next home. I used this program for 25 years and it works. Ace's program of dropping a trailer at the home of a client for them to pack was a great program that many of my clients used.

After the trailer was packed, Ace would get the trailer and store it at Ace Storage until they closed on their next home. In 2020, I retired and I used the services of Ace Storage to help me with my next move. No other companies have a program like this. If you are a Realtor, call Ace today and let them explain the benefits for you and your clients. If you are just moving, Ace is the company to call for all of your storage needs.

Wonderful place not only are the views beautiful on the outside and the people there a pleasure. RV & Boat Storage, Large Trailer & Container storage as well as many other sizes, not mention 24 hour access! Plus love the pay for 2 months get 1 free!

The turn off of the main highway has virtually no room for you to fully get safely out of traffic before turning onto a very narrow road and crossing the train tracks (which are immediately adjacent to the main road) I was heading south and making a right hand turn, the only way I can possibly imagine this turn being doable with a large RV or trailer would be to drive a couple of miles down the road, turn around, and turn left heading north. Cars travel pretty fast down this road so it poses a lot of safety concerns.

On top of that if there is a train going by, you're going to sit poking out into the highway while waiting 5 minutes for the freight train to pass and people flying by or possibly wrecking into your RV. 2. The highway has a speed limit of 55 and most people go 70, so turning out of here (assuming you can even get in) pulling a trailer takes a good 5+ minutes to wait for an opening in traffic to safely pull out, there's no stop light. 3.

To call the place "modest, " would be a stretch. There's junk everywhere and a muddy dirty parking lot with an office in an old run down house. There are places where the fences/gates are sagging or not standing up straight which doesn't exactly scream "high security, " even with their claim of a well lit area and security cameras. 4. They won't store anything older than a 2000, even if it's in great shape. which is pretty rich considering the shanty they are running their business out of. 5. The service is terrible and the staff is rude.

One review says they cant attest to price, however I just spent 7 hours driving around to locations that claimed they had a spot, only to get there (apparently calling me on my way would be too inconvenient.) and be told they were wrong. So not only did Ace have a spot, but they were completely friendly, very helpful, and the price is extremely competitive.

It's actually among the lower end of what I could find quoted today. Just paid them for several weeks in advance, but I dont see why I wont be a customer of theirs for the next several years.

Ace storage is a true pleasure to do business with, offering spectacular service at reasonable rates. Cindy and the rest of the office staff go out of their way to serve the customers. I used them for many years and recommend them highly.

I've used Ace to store my work trailer for two years now. There is plenty of room to maneuver, the gate works well, it doesn't look like a junk yard, and Cindy in the office is very pleasant to work with. That's about all you can ask for. I can't attest to how the price compares with other nearby locations, but it seems reasonable.

Ace storage is wonderfully convenient, safe and easy to move your RV/ trailer in and out of its space. Cindy and Bow the office managers are great to work with and always Pleasant to see and be around. If you have a big beautiful expensive toy this is the place where you're going to want to keep it!

The customer service at Ace is fantastic! Plus with the 24 hour access I do not need to worry about when I will be getting my work trailer back into storage.
