I had a short term rental. Denice did a great job supporting me including making sure the unit was clean prior to my moving items in to it. I used the rental space for 2 months and all went very well. Staff was very friendly.

Amazing customer service! Jill helped me and she made everything easy and painless, I have dealt with a TON of storage places and never felt as comfortable and welcome as DTC self storage!

Horrendous. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Nobody to help at the front as both employees were on lunch at 3:30pm on a weekday. Made a reservation online and upon arriving to put stuff in our unit, were told they had our reservation but the tenant before had not moved out. So, they did not have the space we reserved 2 weeks ago-we were not notified and they could not put us elsewhere. Tried to problem solve and find a different sized unit for our stuff for the time being and they were unwilling to work with us. Asked to speak with supervisor to see if there was anything they could do and were told "that would put my job in jeopardy". Very unprofessional and not helpful to local business owners.

Easy to find the right size, customer service was wonderful, and the payment system was just fine. Secure, climate controlled, and simple. If storage needs arise again, I will return.

Continue to be some of the best humans ever! Our charity was in a pinch and Jill and team hit a home run. Excellent customer service, solution oriented, amazing environment and now friends for life! THANK YOU!

Jill was super helpful. I received an accidental charge and she was quick to reverse it for me and make sure that I was satisfied with the experience. Recommend this place!

This place is amazing Jill and Hunter were very nice and helpful in getting the right size storage unit. I highly recommended this place for your storage needs. I started moving my stuff in the unit from my other storage unit in Parker to this location and it's in a great location and close to where I live.

Great service, very friendly and would definitely recommend! While Jill has helped and been great in the past, Hunter, who I had the pleasure of working with was exceptional. I ran into a bind and needed a second storage unit quickly. He was right on it, very helpful, suggested things I haven't thought of to make my quick move more efficient. DTC storage is amazing. Jill helped us when we rented storage, Jill was professional and friendly, The process of renting was very easy, She made us feel comfortable and less stressful when we were busy relocating to the new place. I felt very safe to leave our stuff in the storage. The place is well maintained, it required code to get in and out with your provided number so they have track of who were in and out. Hours are great, Free truck rental was definitely a plus! Truly amazing storage to rent!

Stressful time, unexpected job loss and move. DTC storage is convenient, affordable, our exchanges with staff were helpful and pleasant. The unit was clean and had plenty of space. We received timely responses to communications and were treated kindly. Made a tough time easier!

I rented a unit here that said it was a drive up unit on the website. When I arrived they gave me one inside. My friend complained about the mix up and the young man at the front was very rude. When we moved things in, cause we needed the storage, bugs started falling from the ceiling all over our stuff. My friend once again called the front to say something and we were then told to get out.

I started to move things out and we were told that if we were not out by 5pm we would be locked in. I asked for a full refund and was only refunded $9.00 out of $89.00. If you like dirty rude people this is the place. I could not believe the treatment we received for calling them out on miss advertising, cleanliness and customer service. Please choose another storage if you want . I will be contacting BBB over my refund. Thanks DTC Self Storage.

Stored here for a few months while moving to Colorado. Great service, great prices and easy access to my storage unit. Highly recommended!

This place is terrible. I had somebody break in from my storage unit and they did nothing to help me out. In fact they have been extremely rude and threatening about me posting a review. My story was on the news and they lied multiple times to the media and the police department. Not a single camera pointing towards my unit. Here is the link to my news story. Love the 24 hr access. Great folks working in the office too. Matthew Paul is very friendly and courteous. Great to talk to and work with.

I really have been a happy customer with DTC Storage - It seems like there are several options of where to go when looking for storage but this one stands out when you consider what I call the 'back office' part of their business. As a recently retired person, what I've come to appreciate the most is the customer service element of the businesses I interact with.

The people who answer the phones know the answers to the questions and will tell you policy that come with the contract of storage. I have been especially thankful for my interaction with Kit who was especially responsive to my phone calls left on voice mail. I can be very critical and judgmental when I don't receive the kind of service I think a company should provide but DTC storage does an exceptional job from A to Z. Brad

Unit was broken into within three weeks. No cameras in the hallways of the unit. Only one camera on the outside of the building. Should have gotten the insurance. my unit wasn't the only one broken into but they wouldn't even call the police.

After moving into my condo in the tech center, I needed storage close by with easy and available access. I found that with DTC. They were so easy to work with and he facilities were great. The 24 hour access was perfect, so I never felt rushed to have to get there in time. A month to month contract was ideal. Thank you for everything!

I am so glad I decided to rent at this locally owned facility and not at the other giant corporate storage chain I was also considering. The on site manager, Kit, really won me over. He made the whole process super easy for me and really worked to get me the right storage unit at the right price. Initially, I had my heart set on a drive up accessed unit, but Kit cut me a deal on a hallway access unit. What's more, he found one super close to the hallway entrance so I don't have to journey far into the building to transport my things. Compared to the other place I toured, Kit actually seemed happy to make time for me.

We discovered he and I both have an affinity for climbing the highest peaks of Colorado. It seemed like he considered me a neighbor instead of just a source of income. Such a breath of fresh air compared to other businesses that fake a smile, go through the motions, and rush you out the door. Another bonus is they have a box truck available for use during their office hours.

The normal cost to use it for the day was waived and so all I had to pay for was gas and mileage. So much cheaper than a Uhaul! DTC Self Storage is clean, secure, and I can rest easy knowing my things are in good hands.

After checking for a SAFE place to store things as I moved back to CO from MO, I found DTC Self Storage! Great rates, I found a discount for first month. Totally safe neighborhood with management living on premises, which was one of my goals. They also have many cameras set up to watch things. Gated and fenced. Super helpful and friendly. I had one unit for almost two years as I brought a U-Haul of boxes each trip back.

I also had a smaller unit for maybe a year. Neat & clean, well kept. For me, having a manager living right there was the most important thing, I never worried about my things when I left them in the unit! The guys working here are awesome & helpful! Highly recommend!

My family rented a storage unit this week at DTC self storage. The manager was very friendly and the property was clean and well kept. The best part was they had the best rates and offer us the use of their truck for free. It was a great experience. I would recommend DTC self storage to anyone that is look for storage in Denver!

I had a great experience today at DTC Self-Storage. Kit was more than helpful with the initial paperwork, etc. The facility is very clean and well kept. The facility allows renters to use their large moving truck, although the user is responsible for fuel and a small per mile charge. The property/premises can be a little tough to navigate(I.e. sharp corners, etc) with a large truck or long trailer, but if you take your time and go slow, you should have no problem.

After checking out two other storage facilities nearby, I found DTC Self Storage. While their prices were comparable (a bit lower actually), their customer service far exceeded the competition. I really wasn't sure how big a space I needed but both Dave and Sean were extraordinarily helpful, patient and efficient. They are simply very good at what they do.

The location is great (just a few minutes off I25) and the facility is clean, well lit and secure. There are a ton of options when you need storage. I can only suggest that you consider doing business with Sean and Dave.
