Extreme Piano Moving

On the Thornton Parkway I-25 southbound ramp this morning. Their box truck didn't bother stopping for the light at the end of the ramp. Then hauled down the highway passing most other vehicles. I was quite surprised to see so many reviews regarding the unprofessional and unsafe operation of their moving trucks on public highways.

Really disappointing experience. Scheduled a move with them for a grand piano at our school. However when the movers arrived, they refused to wear masks so they weren't allowed in the building. Don't waste your time.

Have used these movers on multiple occasions. The first couple times there were no problems. However on successive moves there have been chips in multiple places, and a noticeable smudge on the case {probably from the padding being put on too loose} that cannot be rubbed out even with a polishing compound. I give them 2 stars as they have one of the better rates, but I'm considering using someone else the next time I need to have this done.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Driver made an aggressive U-Turn on Sante-Fe and cut both lanes of traffic off. Once confronted the driver threw something at my vehicle. Really hope this isn't how your company drives around with pianos.

Used their services to move my piano. After going down the internet list contacting several places, I didn't receiving any response until Extreme Piano. Used to call Extreme when I worked in a job that required a few piano moves a year. Always pleased with their service. Men who came (Covid time) donned their masks before coming into my house, got the job done in 20 minutes, made sure I was happy where they'd placed the instrument, adjusted the carpet back to it's original location. One of the guys mentioned my huge sage plant in the back yard, so by the time they were gone I'd handed off a good size start for a plant in his own yard. Nothing more satisfying than that!

Great experience with Extreme Piano Moving! Their expert team successfully navigated a tricky turn and set of stairs to move our 7-ft Baldwin grand into our townhouse. Second time using this company and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move their instrument.

These guys are awesome! We have used the twice to move our baby grand piano. Each time I am amazed at how fast they are. This time we shopped around to see if we could find someone cheaper and others could match the price or refused to move it with how our stairs are arranged this time. Extreme Piano Moving did it so fast and cheaper than their competitors. Very polite crew. Very satisfied customers. Twice!

I can't attest directly to the quality of work, but I will say if their employees are any indication then this company should be avoided at all costs. Was driving on I-70, trying to merge from an on-ramp, and was not only cut off by one of your drivers, but cut off multiple times while being rudely waved at by the passenger in the truck as they then proceeded to cut me off from shifting lanes. Someone with these obvious anger issues should probably not be in charge of moving people's expensive pianos.

I contacted this company after calling several places. Their prices are listed on the website, and they knew the difference between different kinds of upright pianos instead of just charging me the higher amount without doing any research. I have never had to move a piano, but I have a lot of experience moving. The guys from Extreme Piano Moving knew what they were doing.

They were literally in and out of the pickup location in less than 5 minutes. Not a scratch on the wood floors, no bumps on the steps, and amazing teamwork between the two of them. Jacob and Justin did an awesome job! I will most definitely use this company if I ever need to move my piano again!

My piano tuner, Ed Howes, recommended Extreme Piano Moving. I trust Ed. From my first warm phone inquiry with Justin, to the first notes I played on the piano in its new home, I was impressed and pleased with the move. On the appointed day and time, the crew arrived, friendly, and ready to work. I watched the performance of dissembling and packing up the baby grand. Seeing it turned up on its edge took my breath away, but it didn't bother the guys at all.

They've done this before! Then to its new home, up stairs, around corners, and into a cozy space in our library. From vertical to horizontal position, they maneuvered it perfectly into place. Nary a nick or a knock on piano, furniture, or hardwood floor. They helped position the piano, took time to visit a bit, and were off. Not that time really matters, but their efficiency is impressive.

From arrival at one door and departure from the other, with an hour's drive between, the whole performance took 2 hours and 10 minutes. I would recommend them with no hesitation!
