I had Corey, Seth, and Josh from Seaford Transfer assist me in my move. They were very helpful, attentive, and quick. : I would definitely call them again to help me move and recommend them to my family/friends!

The movers showed up on time. They were very nice, took care with the items they moved for me and placed them exactly where I asked. I will definitely call them for any moving needs. Highly recommend!

I don't recommend using this company for your moving. I had a bad experience with them. They gave me one estimate for 5 hours. When we complete the moving we did it in 2:45mins. And they still charge me for 5 hours, saying that they use more movers. It was Saturday the office was closed when we try to contact them. They told us we can pay by card calling the office, but then we have to pay in cash, because the office was closed.

On Monday we call them to discuss this issues and they always say the Mananger is not at the office and never get back to you. If you decide to move with them be ready to pay more than they tell you.

The staff were very friendly and transparent about every step of the process. They worked quickly to get the details of the load and provide the safest loading options.

Thank you to everyone at Seaford Transfer who made our 1-way move to Florida so easy. I had to change the dates and addresses multiple times and still the move itself was flawless. Colby is professional and very detailed. I actually thought he must be an owner because he was so conscientious. Malik, Michael, Brandon and Kenny work like ants, they don't stop moving, they didn't waste a second playing with phones or smoking or eating or complaining - they were all business while still being friendly, polite and professional.

All of the crew handled my possessions as if they owned them and treated me with respect all the time. The entire experience was pleasant from beginning to end. I was very impressed that the crew arrived when they were scheduled, delivered when they had promised and charged me only what we had agreed to. There is not one detail that could be changed to improve the service I received from everyone I had any contact with at Seaford Transfer. Thank you for your amazing customer service!

These movers were the BEST! It was a last minute request and they showed up ready to go. VERY professional in all aspects, I didn't worry a bit. And that says a lot since they were transferring a piano from house to house. The only thing they didn't do was tune the piano after moving it! I HIGHLY recommend this company. Oh and the price was very reasonable as well.

I had the hardest time finding a reasonable quote and willing company to move a few heavy furniture items from my in-laws in Williamsburg to our new house in Yorktown. Seaford Transfer added me on at a great price. Movers were fast, efficient, and did a great job. Would use again for a larger job. Thanks so much, Seaford Transfer!

Critical: Professionalism Hired to help us load a moving truck. It rained this morning so apparently they sent all of their employees home even though the rain stopped by 2 PM. Now my husband and I are left loading the truck on our own. Not reliable. Service: Packing/unpacking

This is a difficult review to write. Seaford Transfer has been five stars for us in several other moves. However, not so this time. It was a couple days after they unpacked what they packed 5 weeks earlier, when my wife discovered four rings missing from her jewelry box. When I looked into my watch box there were five rings missing.all I owned. No one entered our home after the unpackers left.

We made a full report to the York County Sheriff's Department and sent a letter to Seaford Transfer. The reply to my letter was surprisingly curt, with an attached claim form. I returned the claim form filled in with the cost amount from 50+ years ago, of $2000.00. Some time passed and I sent another letter requesting the status of my claim, but a month later I'm still waiting for a reply.

Live and learn I always say. Update three months later. Turning in a claim to Seaford Transfer is a waste of time. I never received a reply to my letter, so obviously they never intended to provide an explanation for my loss, much less any reimbursement. So keep your fingers crossed that they don't loose or damage your possessions.

Wonderful job of packing and moving all of our household furniture, clothes and kitchen items. I would recommend them to everyone. The three men were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Seaford Transfer, Yorktown, VA

Everything was great from the start. The 2 men arrived on time and were clean, friendly, very careful with handling all items. Fast and courteous. They moved my mom's items to her new place quickly. I would use them again.

Office personnel were amazing, movers were wonderful. They moved my mother and it was scheduled during a snowstorm. They worked about a bunch of schedules to make it work for her! Prices were very good as well.

This company is awesome! My husband and I hired them to move some very heavy furniture. They arrived on time, moved quickly, and took great care with our furniture. Nothing was broken or scratched and the wonderful guys who moved everything did it in less time than estimated. If I need to move again I will definitely be calling them.
