Was looking for a nearby good quality and clean facility decided to check out this self storage place and "wow" never expected to be greated so kindly and professionally. Vanessa was so kind and very informative and professional, she answered all of our questions and showed us the premises, she spoke Spanish and English and it made my mom more comfortable.definitely worth it

I've been here for a few months and initially liked it. One day coming and I opened my storage I see rat poop everywhere. I DO NOT have food in my storage. This immediately upset me knowing I have my business inventory and my late brothers personal belongings that cannot be replaced. I was told on Friday to come till Tuesday to speak to the manager.

There is poop everywhere in my unit. I walked around the hallway behind my storage and seen more which was beyond my belief. How has management not seen this? It's more than obvious. Do they not have employees walk the storage units to make sure everything is okay. This is not one rat but MANY. I just don't know how this has gone unnoticed makes you question if your belongings are even being kept safe. THE RAT PROBLEM NEEDS TO BE FIXED! Paying almost $200 a month to have this problem is not ideal. I hope other members belonging haven't been damage by this. Found another review from 2 years ago that they had rat problems s

This one of thee most very trustworthy businesses in Covina/Azusa. The management is spectacular. They have great customer service. They are polite, considerate, and kind. I recommend for any college student if they need a space. They have great security and have in house carts if you are moving things in and out.

I want to take the time to recognize this establishment and the two very wonderful ladies that I have had the pleasure of doing business with there. When I first purchased the storage I didn't have a truck so I absolutely appreciated that they were able to provide a big truck for me to transfer my belongings. There are a lot of choices out there and I know they aren't Public Storage or Extra Space but they managed to create name for themselves. Although, the area can seem unsafe after hours, I have never had any issues with any type of break ins.

It's been about two years and unfortunately, I no longer require their services. I truly had a care free time while I used their services and I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone. They work hard in maintaining a clean, friendly, and safe environment to store your belongings. Thank you Annie and Angie.

This place is awesome! The staff is so helpful and polite. I needed to rent a unit and made an appointment. I didn't know what size I needed, but the young lady took me around and showed me options and was very patient. I ended up getting a 5x10. I have had them for 4 months now, and they are still awesome! The security system is awesome. If you don't put your code in on the way in. when you unlock your unit, alarm goes off. (I only know this because I accidentally did it once) The staff is so helpful and friendly. Vanessa and Carol are usually there if I need anything, and I recommend this place to everyone!

Not so great this time the fees are really high and you have limited access to your unit. Even worse with COVID-19. The free truck is the main reason I rented space there and they arbitrarily removed that accessibility again using COVID-19 as an excuse. I just feel that if AAA is reducing service they should reduce their fees as well. Won't be back.

Angie, the manager is the nicest and sweetest woman. She was very helpful in assisting me with selecting the best size unit at the best price for my storage needs. She could see that my cousin and I were tired, thirsty, and dirty from moving our stuff and before we even asked she showed us to the restroom so we could clean up and she gave us some cold water. Thank you so much Angie and Annie.

Carol, the manager, deserves her stellar reputation. She and her staff made renting a storage space efficient and easy. When you have an elderly parent who takes a turn for the worse, the stress impacts you in many ways. We needed to find a place for Mom's things quickly and the people at this storage unit were more than accommodating, they were compassionate. Carol particularly is that rare combination of professional and personable. You know that you are in good hands.

We needed to find a bigger storage space, which I can kick myself for not checking out this place sooner! Prices are more affordable and reasonable than other places around. Location is clean and well-maintained. A major plus that the staff is super friendly and helpful!

This was my first experience using a storage facility. Angie was very attentive and explained everything thoroughly. The property is very clean and well kept. The monthly rate was the least expensive I found. I would definitely recommend this place!

AAA Self storage is wonderful. The staff is friendly and patient. They make you feel like part of the family! There is no pressure to reserve a unit and the facility is clean and well kept. Love this storage facility. Very clean and the employees are all very nice. The bathroom is always clean and they have water and cups when needed. They only raise your rates once a year so that is awesome compared to public storage on Azusa rases your monthly charge every 3 months.

This location is great, most of the units have drive up access making loading and unloading very easy. The office and the unit were very clean and the staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend Your Space Self Storage!

Been here for 5 years and had to downgrade today and had a great experience doing. Everyone was very helpful and things went very smooth. Great place to store your things and they work with you and your needs!

My husband and I searched for a few months for a clean and safe Storage Facility in the area that was reasonably priced. We came upon Your Space Self Storage in Norwalk and gave them a call - Karla was very helpful. I met with Karla to rent a unit and she was very helpful and courteous. She showed me the unit and explained the features they had at the facility - I liked the security features and the cleanliness of the place.

We were fortunate to come across a special they were running, so took advantage of the 50% off 2 months. We have moved our things in over the last week and have found everything to be great.

Love this storage facility. It is secure, clean and Annie and the other gals in the office are always so helpful. They give you a courtesy call before your payment is late. They even lent me bolt cutters to cut off my own lock.

Warning STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! From Bums To People Living Here At night do not leave your valuables here! I have been renting for over 5 years here then the office manager develop'd a personal issue with me being on property often to check on my things and made it her personal mission to evict me even with rent paid! Two face customer service here highly disappointed! How else can I watch my things if I can't visit my storage as necessary. This is an updated review! After I learned what type of management was here. never again 1 star
