Professional Men Moving

I called them multiple times a week before the move, no answer. I left an email the week of the move, no answer. I called them multiple times the day of the move and Damus' mailbox was full so couldn't leave a voicemail. Then the day of the move I get atext asking what time I need them there - like they don't remember scheduling with me! I tell them our time and then they never answered.

So I was left with a truck full of things and no movers at 5pm on a Saturday. So unprofessional and so cruel - moving is stressful enough as is. I came all the way from Virginia that day.

Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness Friend got ghosted by this company. Not cool.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I had hired them but they never showed up. I tried called and getting information and they never responded. They won't pick up or anything. I do NOT recommend their services

Had an urgent need to move a family member from their apartment back home. Found this reference and called for a quote. From the start of the call to the end, was very pleased with Professional Men Moving & labor Services. Communication was good and they worked diligently until the job was done. Very professional and respectful people to work with. My requirements included multiple stops along the way and thus additional planning and logistics. The guys did a fantastic job. Thanks for your help!

Showed up on time and very professional from start to finish. Deon and Daryl took care of my things. Wrapped my furniture and packed my pod tight.

Excellent job done! The movers showed up on time and well very professional. They worked with me every step of the way even though I needed to reschedule last minute due to my pod delivery being pushed back. Definitely recommend!

I would give a zero star rating if I could. They never showed up, nor did they contact me to let me know that they wouldn't arrive. I wouldn't be so annoyed if they had been professional and taken five minutes to call me and cancel.

If I could I would give a -10. They were suppose to be at my apartment at 8:oo am showed up at 8:45 am. They were careless with moving my things. When they were moving my things into my new apartment. They threw my clothes, bags, and boxes into the closet. My brand new dresser(less than a year old) has nicks along the top edges and a deep scratch on top.

I have a set of plastic bins with wheels on the bottom (which are hard to remove) one wheel is missing. The crevice attachment to my vacuum is missing. I complained to Damus and he just tried to make excuses for them. To make a long story short their name should be:UNPROFESSIONAL MEN MOVING CO. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN SAVE YOUR MONEY GET ANOTHER COMPANY

The movers were very professional and polite, they did a excellent job moving my furniture. I am very pleased with my decision of choosing this moving company!
