They've been taking care of a very important promotional vehicle for us for the past few months. GREAT! CUSTOMER SERVICE! So nice to find people who really care, and work hard to build a solid business! So glad we found you.

TOTALLY IMPRESSED. The people that work there are extremely nice and knowledgeable and helpful. And the facility was super secure.

Nope extremely dishonest shouldn't be trusted also was lied to to my face about there lunch break after sitting in my car for 30 min to watch them come back take 15 more min then call to ask when will they open if the door were locked to be told they went on a late lunch they will be back in 15 more min mind you I'm watching this from my car even walked to the door to sit on the bench and call high recommend not leaving your stuff with dishonest people if you value your property or time wasted $30 of my time standing there

Super friendly and helpful staff. The U-Haul was in great condition. I would definitely recommend!

The door to bring your things in to your storage space was to narrow to bring in over sized items.

All storage is the best place to store all your goods, the people are the greatest I have ever dealt with, very, ery nice and easy to work with, igive them a five star rating.

Had to come pick up a trailer. Was told that they would be open from 9am until 430 when I arrived they had a closed sign on the door with a will return at time on there.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! This place could kill you. This place always increases the price for their units making us customers pay more for storage units told will have air conditioning and yet it's ALWAYS OFF! You can NOT BREATHE inside especially if you have a top floor unit. The company employees ALWAYS blames the weather conditions and saids it's running which is a TOTAL LIE!

I highly do not recommend this place for storage. I literally can NOT bring my kid who has asthma into this hot environment storage units. This place is hotter than a car that you leave off in Vegas summer heat. Whatever the temperature it is outside, double it and that's what you have inside this place. This place does NOT care about the COVID pandemic because this place only increases the chances to get sick with COVID or possibly die from heat stroke! STAY AWAY!

I don't recommend this place to anyone especially those with kids or the elderly! They charge and charge but refuse to provide the service you are told and promised. Not only it's a health issue but it also destroys the stuff you keep there. THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR COSTUMERS!

If I could give ZEERO STARS I would. We were late to pick up and they were VERY RUDE about it. With a long exasperated sigh, we were told.we are just about ready to close amd since you're so late we have to open a NEW TICKET. ***another exasperated sigh" you're lucky we weren't already locking the door". We felt rushed and felt BAD!

As we left, I took notice of the gas tank, just under 3/4. The instrument panel showed 16.3 miles to the gallon and I drove a total of 57 miles. I did the math according to the mileage and put in $15. The gas tank was EXACTLY where it was when I left. Problem was that I notice then they had marked the mileage wrong at just below a full tank! It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to have used a half a tank of gas.

I explained to them and they INSIST I am wrong. I didn't go up an hills and had one light piece of furniture. I even asked if I was better getting the big truck or pickup! Don't use this place. It's bad enough that they over charged but they are RUDE jerks as well!

This is a very well-run establishment. Rodger helped us with everything we absolutely needed. He bent over backwards to assist us in every way to make it easier to unload our truck. He gave us a great recommendation for a couple of guys to help us do our unload. It was late in the afternoon and we had to get to the Airport car rental location to pick up a car.

We tried Uber but there were no available drivers. Ronda, the storage manager, unbelievably drove us over to pick up our car. That was one of the nicest things we have ever had anybody do for us. We strongly recommend All-Storage at Seven Hills. It is right off of St. Rose Parkway and they have carts to help anyone move their possessions into their storage unit.

Use to live near by this place located right off S. Rose Pkway. They offer several sizes of units to store your stuff. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating to my needs. They also offer U-Haul rentals on site.

Rented a van yesterday and moved my daughter 1.5 miles away. I received a debit for $37 and 3 hours later another charge for $29 and they tried to push one through for $62 which triggered a fraud alert and shut my debit card down until 10am the next day. When I called uhaul, the lady told me my bill was $29 but it was done? The lady told me to call uhaul and said she emailed me the information and number. That was 3 hours ago and still nothing. Poor management, poor customer service and NO communication! Won't be back and going on Twitter with my 140K followers!

This was my third time I've used this place and just wanna say the two gals at the front desk are always awesome and give me great customer service. I will remain to use this location for all my moving needs

This place is the best. I've been to several UHAUL rental spots in Vegas and this location is my favorite. The front office ladies are so kind and really have the best interest of the customer at heart. Several times Stacey has been so accommodating and really wonderful to work with. I'll definitely be returning!

I rent a unit here and also use their U-Haul services. Always received great service but yesterday was exceptional. Stacey or Tracey (sorry) went above and beyond to help my son and I with a trouble we were experiencing. She was headed home but made sure that we were okay. I was really tired and she made sure everything was taken care of so we can go home. A small act of kindness goes a long way in someone's day.

We rented a truck on 01/21/19. The Caucasian lady at the front desk with brownish, thinning hair asked us how far we were going with the truck and we said to Summerlin and we started estimating miles. She said, "Not that it matters, " so we went on our way. We brought the truck back and the shorter, younger receptionist asked me if I wanted the receipt emailed to me and I said sure.

My boyfriend handed the keys back and the guy behind the desk, 5'7 with glasses took the keys. My boyfriend asked him if he wanted to check the gas before we leave, because we just put $10 of gas in before we dropped it off, and he said don't worry about it. I later checked my charges and it jumped up from pending charges $81.71 to charged $103.90.

I never did get that emailed receipt until today when I called and asked for it. We call and they tell us that they charge by the mile, which was a lie as written above, per the lady, "not that it matters." They also charged us $16.20, 3.6 gallons of gas. The lady on the phone asked us if we asked for an emailed receipt and we said yes. She said when you ask for an emailed receipt, they don't check the gas.

We replied that we specifically asked Brian to check the gas and he said, "Don't worry about it." So, apparently Brian didn't do his job. They basically said the only way to rectify their deception is to make a complaint to U-Haul, which we will do. If you want to be deceived, go to All Storage Seven Hills. Make sure you have them check the gas sand ask for a hard copy receipt if you want to hold them accountable.

Very nice and professional. Place is clean and well maintained. Would recommend to anyone in need of uhaul or storage! Love the staff

I was moving in the cold Ronda brought me hot coco out. I love this place. Clean property and the greatest people.

This was the nicest uhaul place I have ever been too! These ladies were amazing, friendly, and professional. I hope I don't ever have to move (I know I will) but this is where I will go from here on out!

***AVOID***AVOID***AVOID***AVOID*** I had to call several times before anyone answered. I was looking to rent a truck on Saturday morning, but they don't open until 9am!?!?!?!? Then they did not have the truck we we looking for, so we decided on a smaller one and just make an additional trip. Then she tells me there is an additional fee of.99 cents per mile on the weekends!

I don't think so! I had to call several times to get someone on the phone, then you don, t have what i need, you open at 9am on the weekend, and you want to charge me EXTRA! Nice business model! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

This establishment doesn't even deserve a star, they don't deserve a single penny from anyone. We were kicked out, cursed at, threatened, by the manager and his employees. Went in there to rent a dolly and it took the woman over 30 minutes to get something so basic done. I could have done it in 5 minutes or less than 10 minutes. They stuck their tongue out at us and flicked us off.

We did call the cops on them because they were threatening us with a gun. When police arrived they didn't allow them to see the cameras. They are disgusting! Idk but they need to be shut down!

What more do you need from a storage facility? The place itself is huge with units ranging from all shapes and sizes. Packing up valuable belongings? Safety first! The majority of the facility requires a code to get in. They have it on lock, for real. Got a big truck or RV you need to store? All Storage has got you. Need an air conditioned unit? All Storage has got you.

Need boxes? All Storage sells them. It's a bit out of the way, but gives me an excuse to explore another part of town when I make the trek. I also secretly hope that an episode of Storage Wars will be being filmed here every time I pull in. Is that show even on anymore? But alas, no dice just yet.
