Never bothered to call to advise that truck broke down even after calling to confirm everything was good before the move. Keep in mind this happened 45 minutes after the time they were supposed to show up at the house the day of the move leaving us high and dry on a holiday to try and find another moving company last minute. So unprofessional. Do not recommend.
