Moving is always a difficult experience in general. Elite Moving makes it easy. The staff is professional and attentive. They all show that they care about your experience and are invested in making it smooth and plesant. It really is a great company to work with.

They lost my item - never delivered it. Had me mail a claim which I did. And months later they deemed it to be my fault and not compensate for my lost item? How is it my fault if they lost the item? It was a beautiful Pierre one book shelf which I loved and can't even buy another one. Really disappointed as I paid almost $3000 for my move and this was the result.

Elite made what would otherwise be a highly stressful life event a smooth, calm, methodical process. I knew that my belongings and I were in wonderful hands from start to finish. I will most definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone who appreciates both the big picture and the details. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Elite!

Elite moved our 5 bedroom 3,500 SQFT house without a problem. The crew was very professional and courteous. They showed up on time and finished early and under budget. We have moved all over the country and this was the smoothest yet, I highly recommend Elite Movers.

They are the real deal. While I'm sure this doesn't happen every time, their estimate was spot on. They packed us up one day and moved us the next. This was a great investment so I could spend more time on other projects. Professional, agreeable, and attentive. I would hire them again any time.

There's so many moving companies, it can be hard to choose the best one, but I'm really glad I went with Elite. As far as price is concerned, they are on the mid to upper range, but the guys were really efficient and my total cost came in under my estimate. They were friendly, courteous, and careful with the furniture and the home.

Elite Moving was an absolute lifesaver from start to finish. Not only did they manage to squeeze me in on short notice on the busiest move day of the month, but the team they sent was kind, efficient, flexible, and FAST. They took great care with fragile items and furniture and were patient when our truck was late. I can't imagine having gotten through this move without them. If you're moving in the Chicagoland area, you HAVE to call them--they're absolutely worth every single penny.

If you value your possessions and the cherished memories attached to them, do NOT use Elite Moving & Storage Inc. My husband and I moved cross country in the summer of 2020, and I am still discovering items lost or damaged from the move. Damaged items are disappointing, of course, but there's a chance you _might_be able to file a claim through Elite to receive some kind of monetary compensation, but good luck trying to talk to a human being about lost items.

While the booking process seemed quite professional, I should have known that all was not well when the moving team brought in a box that wasn't ours. Fortunately for the owners of that box, I caught the mistake while the movers were still delivering other boxes. Our lost boxes contained all of my recipes, many handwritten, handed down from my mother, aunts, and other friends and family; sheet music with markings from teachers long gone.

All priceless to us. Who knows where our lost boxes went? From our experience, it seems that Elite neither knows nor cares. After calling many times and leaving messages but only reaching two people not in the least bit interested in actually helping (just directing us to a completely useless claim form, ) my husband and I gave up. Yes, I am posting two years late, and I sincerely apologize to anyone who has used this company in the meantime. If it were possible to leave zero or even negative stars, I would.
