We needed a piano moved for some floor work. Their crew turned up on time, were very careful with our piano. We were very comfortable with them holding it for us while the work was being done. When everything was finished, they brought it back and put it right into its new location. I will definitely contact them the next time we need to move the piano.

This is our second move with Integrity and we would use them again and again. All of our items were delivered safely and without any damage to property or our new home. The crew was very kind, respectful, and had good attitudes. It was a long day and a big move, and never once did they complain or act anxious to be done. Also, Lyndsey at the office was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

I was fortunate to find this company to move my piano. Lindsey called me back quickly and give me a quote that was very reasonable. The three men that showed up were very capable and professional. I highly recommend you use them for all things related to moving. They will even recommend a piano tuner.

Our move was handled in a very professional manner. The crew was polite and careful and took care to clean up even though the move was in cold and snowy weather. They worked very efficiently and came in under the predicted budget. At the end of the move we received a clear explanation of the charges. If the need arises we would use Integrity again and we will recommend Integrity to others.

We tapped Integrity Moving for our office relocation. The Integrity team worked very hard, were efficient, careful, and communicated with us regularly throughout the move experience which was so helpful for us. They also moved us on a bitterly cold, messy day which was no fun for the Integrity team. Still, they did great work and delivered great value! Well done, Team Integrity!

Moving is not fun, but Integrity Moving made it much better! During my initial calls and set up, I worked with Ali who was so very pleasant, helpful and attentive. Mike, the general manager, contacted me prior to moving to ensure we would be able to get everything moved from the multiple locations and was very friendly and helpful. On moving day, our moving crew was Tyler, Tom, and Jay.and they were amazing!
Those men worked so hard and steady on the job, were very efficient, extremely polite and considerate.and that did not change from the moment they began that morning until the end of the move.when I know they had to be exhausted. They were so kind in making sure boxes and furniture were placed correctly and patient with us when we had to figure out where something was going!
And to add, they did this on an extremely cold day with continual smiles. A huge thank you to the entire Integrity crew for an outstanding job! I will highly recommend Integrity Moving to anyone I know of who needs moving services.

Integrity (AKA Columbus Piano Moving) moved a piano for me. I worked with Ali and she was extremely responsive. The movers came on time and provided a call ahead. They were efficient and the piano was delivered without issue. Their prices were a little bit higher than competitors, but their responsive communication and flexibility made up for it.

They moved our piano to storage and they were amazing. We were provided a timeframe they would show up and advised they would call beforehand and that was done. The movers showed up on time and were so kind and professional. They were in and out in a timely manner and they made sure to protect the piano and transport it carefully. Integrity moving and Storage has been amazing and I will definitely use them in the future and I recommend them!
