I rented a climate controled unit and then they tell me my stuff will not fit so they upgrade me to a next bigger size but it is not climate controlled. I was unaware of this because I had some friends move my stuff in As quick as I can I will be moving my stuff to a different storage facility. These folks are very incompetent. They had originally told me that my friend could move my stuff in and sign my name to the contract but when it came time to do it they said they didn't say that and then when I finally got that worked out they gave me the wrong unit I can't explain the level of incompetency here.

I've had my storage unit for quite a few years and the service has been outstanding grounds are very well-kept and I've not experienced any damage to property. Reasonable prices and highly recommended for anyone who needs to temporary store items or use it as a facility to keep your place clutter free.

First of all, the kind people who manage the Mr. Store It on Socastee Blvd in Myrtle Beach need to be recognized as both professional and caring persons. They care about you and provide wonderful service. The units there are clean and very accessible. Your belongings are very safe there. I've used Mr Store it several times and they have always been great! The the prices are fair and the customer service is wonderful. Clarice and Dale have been there a long time and always treat me wonderfully. Clarice always remembers me and asks how I'm doing. The units are clean and I didn't have a lock and they loaned me one. Great place. Sad there's an negative comment below because she has a wonderful personality.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Clarissa (Clarice) and Dale were so nice to me. They provided me all the information I needed and took me on a golf cart ride to choose my storage unit. Dale said he lives on the property so there is true 24 hour protection and they have security cameras everywhere. So, the place is safe and convenient. The unit was clean and easy to access.
I like the security gate access which is 7 days a week, also. Clarissa is such a wonderful lady and she is so pleasant to work with even when it gets busy in the office. My realtor, Britni Gaddy, recommended using Mr Store It and I am so glad I took her advice! The place is super clean.

Awful experience. Very disappointed with the lady who works there, Clarice or Clarissa or something like that. She was very rude and seemed angry. Was disrespectful to another co worker who I found to be very professional and respectful. I won't be returning and I'm shocked that someone like her even has a job. Get some help.

What a POSITIVE experience we had! Always a bit nerve racking to store your belongings but worry not if using these folks! Facility is spotless, well maintained and secure. The icing on the cake is they are friendly and truly appreciate YOUR business. Office folks are sooo incredibly easy to work with and kind! We have used other national storage companies for our college kids and those experiences were not positive at all. Using Mr. Store It for the last college kid was a SCORE!

Needed to store a whole house worth of furniture between the sale of one home and the purchase of another. We live out of state and relied on reviews and recommendations for a storage facility. Mr store it was a great place to use for both the large clean facility and the very friendly staff. I would use them again and can recommend them.

Our church has a unit at this facility, and it has been so far better than the one that we had previously at another storage facility. It is very convenient, is not in a remote location, has an overhead light in the unit for nighttime work, and the owners/managers have been very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Nice, clean storage. Came with a friend who needed help loading some thing into her storage unit. I was impressed with how clean the building appeared. I did think it was an unusual set up, of the building itself. All the storage units I've seen are outdoor type units. Where you just park your car next to the big garage-door-looking-unit doors, and open yours up right in the 'road' of the storage facility.
These however, you drive up to the building and you open the door INTO the whole inside of the building. Where there are 'hallways' filled with other storage unit garage door looking doors. Seemed odd to me, since I've never witnessed any like this before. The indoor units were decently sized. My friends unit, I want to say was roughly 8' x 8'. And that's by eyeing it and taking a guess. You could fit a lot of stuff in an 8' x 8' space!
