I have been using Neighborhood Parcel for over 2 months now shipping valuable and fragile packages. I have never had an issue with anyone complaining about time or manor in which my packages are delivered. The customer service behind the counter is amazingly helpful and transparent. The owner is very personable as well and very considerate. This Business is an awesome alternative to standing in line at the local USPS. I would definitely recommend this business to all my friends and family!

I have been using Neighborhood Parcel for the past couple of years for shipping and shredding. The customer service is very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable, and always try their best to meet the needs of the customer. I have never had a problem with them in all the years I have given them business. Definitely would recommend giving them a visit if you need help with shipping, shredding, or notaries.

Great service! I had to return my Ninja air fryer to Ninja and had no idea how to pack it as the box it came in was long gone. I came in and the women at the desk helped me carry it in as I had arm surgery. She packed it up so well and it made it there safely. She was very clear on the cost of the packing. I already had a shipping label from the company. In a world where everyone is short staffed it was nice to see that there is still great customer service out there still. So thankful for the help and service.

I am glad this business is in my neighborhood, they were a life-saver! Mostly during Covid-19 when every other business was closed. They were great and stayed open for us. I am forever grateful for the service and will support them always. They process my Amazon Returns, fax my Masshealth paperwork and even notarized my documents and overnighted them via FedEx.
