Jon was excellent to work with. Jared was impressive with set up of installation. Then they sent Andy, Garth & Nick to install and I couldn't rave more about their professionalism and hard work.

Dave and Jake were absolutely awesome. They came in prepared and did the entire shed installation job in under 4 hours. Krissy from the design and planning has been phenomenal.very responsive and helpful. Eastern Shed is not cheap but the quality is 5 stars all around. I was considering Home Depot but these sheds are 10 times more durable and better looking.

They fabricate these with attention to detail; and lumber used is very good quality.nice and straight. They also used Azek all around which is rarely done. They did not skimp on the quality. So thank you Eastern Shed.you are truly a professional set of crew who know what they're doing. I went through a few shed builders for quotes but even if you were the highest, your quality is light years away. Plus you provide great warranty on all your work.

My experience with Eastern Shed was the way all business interactions should be. From the day I walked into the office, I was greeted with a staff that helped me with the model shed that fit my needs and the custom upgrades I wanted. I made a few changes from my first visit till two weeks before delivery and it was no problem. The day of delivery went exactly as I was told it would.

The delivery, set up crew, Dave, Jake, and Calvin arrived on time and were extremely professional and efficient with unloading, setup, and cleanup. Great experience designing, ordering, and receiving our shed. Everyone was so helpful and nice! Email support was quick, courteous, and answered all our questions. On site craftsmen (we had Dave, Jake, and Calvin) were very professional and pleasant. Shed is exactly as ordered and went up in a matter of hours. I think you can get cheaper sheds, but the quality, service, and convenience here is worth any extra

We purchased a large 16x24 Grand Delmar shed/small garage from Eastern Shed. We were extremely pleased with how the shed came out. It appears to be very well constructed with a lot of attention to detail. The actual assembly process was nothing short of amazing. My neighbors watched in awe as the Eastern Shed team assembled what is essentially a small garage in about 4 hours.

They are truly a well-oiled machine. Despite the quick assembly, it appears they did excellent work. I can't think of any real issues we ever had throughout the process short of a bit of challenge on occasion in getting responses to questions, however I believe they were also pretty overwhelmed by demand when we ordered. It would also have been nice if they provided a little more detail on how to fasten a shed to a concrete slab (which we had to do) however I understand that most of their sheds are sold with wood floors. Overall they make a great product, and I highly recommend them.

Mark and Luis were great! The office said they would show up between 7-8 on a Monday and they showed up at 7:15. They were very helpful and communicative with what they were going to do and brought me outside when the base of the shed was leveled to make sure it was okay to build the rest of the shed. They were FAST in building the shed as well. It took them about 2-2.5 hours. I would highly recommend Eastern Shed and their services to anyone looking for a new shed!

The purchase process was easy and pressure free. Our installers, Dave & Jake, were awesome. They were on time, respectful, fast, neat, and really knew what they were doing. I will request them should I ever need another shed.

I needed a shed and Eastern Shed delivered at every step. The process of identifying the style and details of the shed was streamlined with both an excellent website and through discussion with the office and samples sent promptly in the mail. The timeline for delivery was bet precisely and flexibility for installation was provided. During installation the team (Dave, Jake and Calvin) were prompt, professional, and went above and beyond installing the shed as I wanted. They also provided details on how to best maintain the shed. I'd use them again and recommend them highly.

I had a fantastic experience with Eastern Shed Company! I put a deposit on a shed at the end of 2021, and they built it for me this April. All along the way they were great, advising me when I had questions, sending me color samples and putting up with (minor) last minute tweaks to my shed design. The process was smooth from start to finish. I love the design app they have, and being able to use the "AR" feature I could see how it would look in my yard - a *great* use of AR.

When the day came for installation, the crew was on time, professional, answered any questions I had and were done right when they said they'd be. VERY happy with the look and the quality. Highly recommended!

Exceptional design and quality. I am very satisfied with the whole process. Working with Krissy and her ability to get the same materials to match my homes existing exterior. Krissy understood the importance of what I was trying to achieve. Great curb appeal and to fit in aesthetically. The crew was earlier than they said and worked non stop to get it done.

They answered my questions and let me pick the orientation. My shed was scheduled for June so the bonus is that I got it installed weeks earlier. I would highly recommend Eastern Shed Company.

I was I need of a new shed as the one with our house was in disarray. We went to the showroom and employees were very helpful and assisted in explaining all options. Very focused on the needs we had and not selling upgrades to just sell upgrades. They project delivery September time frame and actually called mid august for install, but I kept orginal September install as my prep was not completed. They called back and scheduled for September 1st. Install took less than 3 hours very clean and professional

I purchased a shed in September 2017 from Eastern Shed. Everything went according to plan. The scheduling of installation was easy and they were timely and professional. Their sheds are top quality and their customer service is just as good. I had a couple of minor issues and Jared took care of them fast and without any issues. This is a company that stands behind their product. Great experience.

Great job on the install of our shed. Called to schedule and showed up when they said they would. The two installers were friendly and worked efficiently. We love our new shed!

This review is based on the customer service only. I did not purchase a shed through Eastern. I went to the site in Andover and the sales rep was extremely unfriendly. I'm not sure if it was due to the fact he was the only person there on a Saturday during their sale or if that's just how he is. I wanted to see the products and get a quote, his demeanor was rude and seemed like he had no interest in assisting me unless he knew I was placing the order.

It was almost as if I had to pay then get my questions answered. When you're standing in a room with four other people and you're greeted with, "You going to buy a shed?" no hello or any other socially acceptable greeting. It seemed as if I was being singled out due to me appearing young. Was I going to buy a shed? Yes, I was prepared to place a deposit, if the product met my needs, that day. But, that initial encounter was so off-putting I left. If that is the attitude you get as a potential customer, I can only imagine how it is after you've already given them your money.

This is our second experience with Eastern Shed. Having run out of storage space, we were looking for a possible addition to our perfectly fine 10 yr old model. After months of research, we decided to try and replicate the quality we got the first time. Jared was terrific during the design process taking our rough ideas and turning them into what I "really wanted".

He asked all the right questions to ensure we got the roofing and siding colors right and that the entrance door matched the other shed. These buildings are positioned side by side so symmetry was important. We bought a 16x20 Delmar with nearly every option they offered. Matt, Tim and Jake arrived at the crack of dawn on the coldest day of the year to start the construction.

The old shed is terrific, but with upgraded construction techniques, the new unit is even better with a house construction feel. We could not be happier and our neighbors have all raves about how beautiful it looks! You will not regret working with Jared and the Eastern Shed team!

Went in person to the Eastern Shed location in North Andover, MA on a Sunday without an appointment and they took me right away. The process was so easy, the sales person very helpful, and the result was a great shed. They even came to my house to make sure it would fit prior to ordering and were super responsive and easy to communicate with through out the process (before and after the order/deposit).

It was delivered and installed without a hitch, and came in about 3-4 weeks after ordering (original timeline was 4-6 weeks, so it was really fast!). They aren't the cheapest sheds around, but they make the process so painless and have great service, you can even change your choices pretty much up until the time of delivery. I would highly recommend this business!
