Arrived on time, very professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again! I had more items than I thought when I received my quote, the movers said it was not a problem and moved all my items, no questions asks and no complaints.

I had a great experience with Expedient Movers. Scott was efficient and accommodating in setting up my last-minute move the day before it happened. Luis and Alon arrived on time, took great care to wrap all the furniture well, and were efficient, friendly, and experienced in their work. I'm happy I went with this company and Will used them again when needed.

Luis and Eric arrived punctually, after calling to confirm as I was told they would do. Their work was efficient and conscientious. As an added bonus, it was performed with a smile, even when they discovered that cats were on the premises and both are allergic! I was impressed with them and with their company, which provided excellent customer service from the initial phone call through the follow-up. I'd highly recommend them for any moving job, from small like mine to really big and involved. Well done and many thanks!

Booking the move was so easy-everything was done through email and text, and it was very efficient. I booked two movers for my 1BR apartment and I was very impressed with how careful they were with my items. I was stressed about some heirloom items and my Peloton, and the movers did a fantastic job caring for my items and ensuring they made it to my new home safely. The movers were very friendly and professional!

I decided to move at the very last minute and was super stressed about finding help. I was able to contact Expedient Movers and communicate back and forth through text so I got an immediate response. All I needed to do was answer a few basic questions about my move and I was lucky enough to be able to get a quote and two available times for the very next day.

I was meet the next day by Dee and Deelee who helped me move my belongings. Both of the gentlemen were very friendly, professional and had everything completed with no issues. This is great company that truly values their clients. I would highly recommend Expedient Movers to anyone needing help moving.

BRANDON and his crew was on time handle their business made sure my stuff was taken care of carefully. Got all of my belongings to the storage safe, packed my stuff in nicely in my storage. They were awesome and treated me with courtesy and respect. They definitely went above and beyond the service, I will be using them again to remove my belongings out of my storage once my house is ready for move-in. Stay Blessed and Keep up the great work.

Called a few places and Expedient Movers were the ones I went with. Scott made it happen with no problem. They were very professional, accommodating and friendly. The guys that came were on time and took there time to move the weight machine I needed moved. They were very efficient and it was all done within an hour. This is the second time I used Expedient Mover, and I am happy I did so. They are cheerful, efficient, responsive and very good at what they do. From the booking to the end of the move there were easy to work with and professional. I also love their movers. They not only were good but also had a great can-do attitude that made everything so much better. I recommend them highly.

I highly recommend these folks! When I called they were so friendly, responsive and understanding - they were able to get me same day service for a small move. The movers who showed up to my house were very kind and professional! An outstanding quality job for a good value - I would definitely call them again for any move I have in the future! Please see my previous review for the first half of my nightmare experience with Expedient. After receiving their ridiculously low reimbursement offer to make up for the damage their movers caused due to ignorance and laziness, I responded back saying the amount was unacceptable and I attached the receipt showing the amount of $218.31 I paid for the tv stand.

I requested a call from someone that day and have yet to receive any response via phone or email. I called Scott Sanderson yesterday 12/21asking about the claim and he said I needed to speak with claims and transferred me over which sent me straight to their voicemail. After not hearing anything again today, I called again late this afternoon asking Scott Sanderson if I could speak with someone about my claim.

He then responded rudely that I need to talk to claims, there is nothing he can do and everything has to go through claims. I began to tell him that nobody will respond to me and I just need a contact number for someone I can speak to and he transferred me to the claims voicemail again when I was mid-sentence. His unprofessionalism and inability to handle any kind of conflict proved to me just how horrible this company is. We'll see if Expedient ever decides to reevaluate their decision and make it right. In the mean time, I will continue to warn everyone about this company and their lack of professionalism.

NEVER USE THEM. Not only did furniture of ours break during the move, they don't reimburse you for the breakage. Compensation for broken items equals that of a low quality cheese pizza. Try to resolve by calling them? They treat you as if you're a SPAM call and essentially hang up on you. Maybe they treat men different, but this lady is considering getting a lawyer it was so bad.

I really don't think 1 star is deserved here. But, without it, I can't share and warn others about this company. This is for a service that was supposedly happened last Friday, Nov 19. I purchased the service as a gift to my client. Very quick response, polite, the whole nine yard when I called to get a quote and reserve the date. I even confirmed and paid in full the service the day before.

Here comes the D date, my client all ready to move on her ONLY day off, the movers never arrived. Reached out to the contracted mover (which I just learned the day before that they outsource the job), Rich Gordon (the one confirmed my booking) even Scott (which take over for Rich, because it was after 5 and Rich doesn't answer phone after 5PM, Scott said), and all of a sudden nobody ever answer the phone anymore. Called the next morning, there was a William answered and sounded sincerely care. Said that I didn't actually got charged and will share his supervisor's email so I can address this problem, but same old song, not a peep after.

Here I'm, almost 6 days after, still waiting for someone to reach out and explain what happened. Not to mention I had to scramble to look for a moving truck the day after, and had to do the moving myself. I understand life gets in the way. But NO response at all? How is that called running a business? Please beware. I hope this company don't get to erase reviews that is not to their benefit.

This was the best moving company I've ever used. Process was easy. Amazing men helping and the promotions aren't bad either. They moved my entire home and set up the other in 2 hours.

First of all, the movers were supposed to come out to my place on a Wednesday, which they had cancelled last minute and instead said they could come Friday, so I switched all of my plans around to be ready to move out Friday instead. They had called two days before to confirm while I was busy, and left a message. I called them back and of course they don't answer.

I left a message confirming for the correct date, I left my number, my name, all my information. I never got a call back, or any type of response. Friday comes along, they were supposed to arrive between 9-10am, they never showed up. When I called the company to see what the deal was, they were very unprofessional because I called at least 5 or 6 times before I even got to somebody because they don't answer the phone, they were unorganized, and also told me that the movers were not coming because they never got my confirmation.this wasted an hour of my day waiting for them, and extra 2 hours to find another moving company that was willing to come out the same day to move me out before I had to go to work that same night. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED!

Ordered movers roughly a month in advanced. Talked to someone through text and it seemed as if everything was going to be fine. I then get a call (which I missed) and they left a message saying I needed to call back to confirm the move date and all of that. I called back within maybe 3 minutes of missing the call and left a message saying I confirmed and that if they needed to call back o would be around my phone for the remainder of the day.

I heard nothing. Fast forward. day of the move. I hear nothing. No one shows up. When I call to get some answers they say I'm mot in the system because I didn't confirm. So now I'm stuck here unable to move my stuff and I have to be out. So this company completely screwed me over and am we're incredibly unprofessional with their time management and means of communication. I do NOT recommend this company. Highly.

I've worked with Expedient Movers several times now and have had an excellent experience each time! It's always very easy to schedule with them and their communication is always on point. Their moving team is professional, respectful and hard working! They're wonderful to work with!

Scheduled these guys for a short move (about 2 blocks) for a 1 bedroom apartment. Was scheduled for Friday morning between 9-10am. I had a few questions before the move that I followed up on with no response. On moving day they texted me they were on the way at 8:30 so I felt good. A bit later they called that they had to move some one else's washer/dryer first and that wouldn't be long so I felt ok there and was understandable. 12 PM comes around and still nothing, I was actually able to get a hold of Scott for once who told me he'd call right back with an update.

I never heard back. Movers finally got there after 1, and they actually did a decent job. However still no word from Scott even after I called again and left a voicemail. I finally reached out a third time and followed up with an email which still have not received a response a week later. Small tip- I understand things come up, but at least respond to your paying customers.

A 3+ hour delay (4+ if you count when they told me they were on their way) is unacceptable. Not responding to multiple follow ups is even more unacceptable and horrendous customer service. I did give 2 stars because the movers who came did so an efficient job and handled my stuff with care, but am completely turned off by the company.

Our experience with Expedient Movers in Sanford, FL was great! We received an immediate quote that was reasonable. They happily scheduled us for a last minute move. Antoine, Jeff, and Willy arrived on time and worked hard from beginning to end. They were friendly and professional. The crew had to move furniture and boxes to a third floor apartment on a hot Florida day.

Not only that, but they successfully muscled a very heavy organ up three flights of stairs! I'm still not sure how they did it, but other companies wouldn't consider moving it unless it was to a first floor. Thank you Antoine, Jeff, and Willy. If it weren't for you, we would STILL be moving furniture and might be playing the organ in the parking lot.

I used expedient movers based off online reviews. From the initial contact to moving day, they were professional and attentive to all concerns. The crew who showed up was exceptional. They worked very efficiently and had the whole job completed within 2 hours. I was really impressed. I would definitely recommend them!

I was looking for local movers who were reasonably priced. I searched on Google and found Expedient Movers. I emailed them and to my surprise I actually received a reply within MINUTES! In less than an hour and within 3 emails back and forth, my move was scheduled and guaranteed. Moving day comes along. I was again amazed that the guys showed up exactly on time (if not a few minutes early).

I will say that I was slightly concerned when they showed up in a U-haul truck instead of a company truck. But that concern disappeared when I saw the first piece of furniture completely wrapped in blankets and plastic wrap. The 2 guys were super friendly and had everything loaded and we were on our way to the new location within 40 minutes. Once at the new location, they quickly moved everything into the house, making sure to ask me where it was supposed to go. Again, they were done and gone within an hour. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Expedient Movers and will certainly be calling on them again the next time I move!

Terrible customer service, did not provide the movers or truckers that were reserved and in contract. They will promise you the moon and not deliver. Items were damaged and claims have not been addressed weeks later. Do not use this company!

These are the worst movers ever! They knew upfront how much stuff I had in storage and that I needed it moved in one day. They scheduled me in the middle of the day by their own choice and around 5:00 pm the movers said they don't work after 5:00 and would have to charge me for another full day to come back. When they brought the last truck to my home, one of them went through my underwear drawer and asked me if I have ever worn the same pair twice because I had so many.

I was just appalled that they went through my personal stuff when I wasn't looking. I paid nearly twice as much as I should have because I decided to give them a chance. DON'T make the same mistake I did! No professionalism whatsoever.

We used a moving company "Expedient Movers Inc" to move antique furniture we had, the movers were clumsy at best and negligent at worst. The truck they came isn't what is shown in pictures, it was beat to hell. They damaged drywall in the house, broke thousands of dollars in furniture and all they have offered is $300. I am a disabled veteran and couldn't move this by myself due to my back issues.

I didn't know until I looked and found numerous BBB complaints against the company, they don't care about neither the citizens of the Tampa Bay area nor the disabled or veteran communities.

So I've been waiting all day. And had to call in to work because the movers were late with excuse after excuse about why they were running late. So you've cost me a days wages and now they just called to cancel No one at the office would answer the phone or return my calls This is the worst experience I've ever had. So unprofessional Now I have to start all over

Do not use. They lie and refuse to communicate. Wasted a day waiting, never showed. If I called went to voice mailed, they checked caller ID. Used another phone they were not familiar and they picked up. Save yourself time and aggregation. DO NOT USE plenty of complaints on BBB. I guess its my fault for not checking them out

I this company is horrible, they did a move for me and many things occurred, first they were over 4 hours past my scheduled time then they did some damage to a wall and never acknowledged it then they damaged my brand new dresser and were acting like it wasnt them and soiled my new all white mattress. You call them and all they tell u is that their claims dept will email you, they wont give you the claims dept number and just leave you hanging. til today over heard nothing from the claims dept it's been a month. oh they will tell you it can take up to 60 days for them to get to you! JUST AWFUL business.

Just used these guys to move from Orlando to Kissimmee, even though they were a little late, Sean and Julio were excellent! It was extremely hot today, but they were able to move me in under 2.5 hours. 100% profession, would use them again.

Please beware of this company and do your research. They have at least 8 complaints against them with only one resolved with the BBB and a C rating for terrible service. They reassembled furniture wrong, lost the screws and bolts, stole tools, and damaged furniture. All furniture was new within the last two years. I moved down the street. Instead of loading the truck they walked my belongs down the street. it took forever and caused damages. They do not return calls or emails for complaints or claims.

Watch out! They say insured, but only for.60 cents per pound, which is not enough to cover what they are moving. So beware, anything of any value will not be covered! My green egg grill was dropped and cracked and they only cover $150.00 on a $1,200.00 grill. BEWARE!

I'm back, I think my last update was 2 years ago and we are finally moving into a brand new home after saving for several years and we're glad we don't have to go on a hunt for movers. Expedient Movers will be our choice again. This will be our 4th move with them.

I've had a lot of experience moving in the past, and this was by far my best experience! Expedient Movers were a dream to work with! From the beginning my interactions with Erik Pendleton, our moving coordinator, were easy, professional, and helpful. With one of the most positive attitude's I have encountered in the business, he offered guidance and suggestions and asked simple questions to help determine the amount of items we'd likely need to move.

When we had to make some modifications closer to our move date, I was again met with A positive and helpful attitude. I felt like Erik was 'for' me and had a genuine interest in making sure my move was as easy as possible. I was sent email confirmations of our move date, our inventory, what to expect on my move date and any actionable items I still needed to address.

The day of the move went incredibly smoothly! The gentleman that helped us move were professional, capable, careful, really strong and quick! They had amazing attitudes and made the process fun! I really can't recommend them more highly! I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

My boyfriend and I both used Expedient to move from Orlando and Lakeland to Davenport. Max and Jermaine were absolutely amazing, I highly recommend Expedient because we had such a great experience. Both places were moved into one in under 5 hours! One of them was on the 5th floor. I am super impressed and will use them for our next move without a single doubt!

I've used Expedient Movers twice now, once for a local move and one for a 2+hr move. The guys that have been sent have been professional, competent, and hardworking. They've completed everything in the estimated time and I've never had anything be damaged at all. The office staff is the worst part of the company, which sucks because it's the first thing you deal with, but it's not bad enough at all to counteract the actual movers.

Movers did not secure my furniture properly and now, as a result, a have a broken television screen, broken mirrors, bent wooden frame for my futon and broken glass for my coffee table. These guys are not professionals and clearly do not know what they are doing!

Wow.where do I start?.can I give zero stars? 1. showed up late 2. did not bring a large enough truck which required two trips - guess who paid extra? 3. Employees literally argued and almost had a fist fight. Crew leader spent way too much time micro-managing his crew. 4. In spite of the fact that the owner/manager knew the move was going badly, stopped by to drop off supplies to his guys but didn't even bother to come in and discuss the issues with me; just dropped the supplies and drove away.which speaks volumes. 5. damaged furniture but denied claim because I had shrink wrapped the item before the move.(silly me, I thought the goal was to have everything packed and ready to go). 6. took twice the normal time to get to destination (guess who paid?).

Despite disputing the charge, the owner has made no attempt to resolve his companies poor customer service. Without a doubt the most UNPROFESSIONAL moving experience I've ever had. AVOID EXPEDIENT MOVERS. Now on to the the BBB website.

I called 3 different movers and Expedient was by far the most affordable. I was moving 2 bedrooms, a living room and table and chairs along with miscellaneous boxed items. There was a little delay getting started due to one of the men having a family emergency, but they showed up just 30 minutes later and went straight to it. Jason, Corey and Santos worked like army ants getting everything out.

My master bedroom suit is imported solid wood and extremely heavy. They had no problem getting it torn down and on the truck. They took just 3 hours and I know if it had been my friends and I would have been 3 days. haha. i had to move my stuff to storage temporarily until I get into my new place and I told them I that I would definitely be calling them again and requesting the same crew. Thanks again Expedient Movers for making my move a little less painful (I had rotator cuff surgery 5 weeks prior to my move). :-)
